Last updated: 9 October 2026. Recorded on 9 October 2026 with a Practice account registered in Paraguay (a connection that IQ Option took for Paraguayan); official table read on 8 October 2026. There was no real money in the account, so IQ Option offered no form and we did not withdraw anything.
In Paraguay, withdrawing from IQ Option means opening the withdrawal page, choosing a card, an e-wallet or one of six cryptocurrencies, entering the amount and confirming. The official minimums: cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney at $2, Neteller at $10 and the six coins at $12. The first withdrawal in a calendar month is free, and later ones cost 2% (at most $30). The steps are identical in every country, so they live in the general withdrawal guide. This page covers what differs for a Paraguayan account: the list of methods, the minimums, the fee, the waiting times and the checks for a late payout.
Quick answer
- Fee: nothing for one withdrawal a month, whichever method; then 2% of the amount, capped at $30 (€30 or £25).
- Minimum (official table): $2 to cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney; $10 to Neteller; $12 to the six coins.
- No bank: the table lists no Paraguayan bank or wallet; money goes back to a card, an e-wallet or a crypto address.
- Time: the e-wallets and coins take 1–24 hours; a card can need up to 21 calendar days because of your bank; IQ Option itself asks for up to 3 business days.
- Bitcoin: not in the official table, but listed (1 to 24 hours) on the withdrawal page of our account on 9 October; the page had no card entry.
- Empty balance: instead of a form, the withdrawal page shows “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0”.
Paraguay on the withdrawal page: what the account sees
We opened iqoption.com/en/withdrawal on 9 October 2026 over a connection that IQ Option recognised as Paraguayan, logged in to a Practice account registered in Paraguay. The real account held $0.00, so the page showed the method list and no form. The same page in Spanish is at iqoption.com/es/withdrawal.
- The page itself. Under the Withdrawal heading, a notice (1) says that you have 1 free withdrawal until the end of the calendar month. The left-hand column (2) shows each method with its processing time and opened with a coin: the selected entry on our account was Bitcoin (BTC). Right panel: Bitcoin (BTC), the selected method, with “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” (3) and a Withdrawal Conditions link (4) that opens IQ Option’s official table.

- The list. 11 entries were listed: Bitcoin, Cardano, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, Tether (USDT) TRC20 and USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain), then Neteller and Skrill (1), Volet.com USD, marked “Under Maintenance” that day (2), and last Webmoney WMZ. Every entry except Volet.com showed “1 – 24 hours”. The list showed no bank and no Visa/Mastercard entry.

- Requests and questions. The Withdrawal requests panel (1) sits under the list and was empty (“No requests”). Further down are the page’s Frequently Asked Questions (2), which refer to a Brazilian amount (150.00 BRL) that does not apply to a Paraguayan account.

The account’s list and the official table agree on the six coins, Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney at 1 to 24 hours. The two differ in two places. The list adds Bitcoin, which the table does not have, and it lacks the card entry that the table has (two Visa/MasterCard rows). Neither shows a bank. No form appeared with a zero balance, so we cannot show how a withdrawal ends; your own withdrawal page lists what your account can use.
Official minimums for Paraguay
IQ Option’s official table for our Paraguayan account lists these methods. The minimums are in dollars, euros or pounds, the currencies a Paraguayan account can hold.

| Method | Minimum withdrawal | Time shown |
|---|---|---|
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (first row) | $2 (or €3, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (second row) | $2 (or €2, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| E-wallets: Neteller | $10 (or €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
| E-wallets: Skrill, Volet.com USD, Webmoney WMZ | $2 (or €2, £2) | 1–24 hours |
| Crypto: Cardano (ADA), Ethereum (ETH) ERC-20, Litecoin (LTC), Ripple (XRP), Tether (USDT) TRC20, USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain) | $12 (or €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
Paraguay’s table has no bank and no local wallet: two Visa/MasterCard rows (€3 and €2 on the euro side), Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney at $2, Neteller at $10 and six coins at $12. The account is held in US dollars, euros or pounds, so every minimum is in those currencies.
Where the money can go
IQ Option’s help centre links the two directions: the method you deposit with limits where you can withdraw. An e-wallet deposit can only come back to the same e-wallet account, and a card payout cannot be larger than what the card paid in. The Paraguayan cashier offers Neteller, Skrill, Visa / Mastercard and seven coins, and nothing else. Each of those methods also has a withdrawal row, so none is deposit-only, and there is no local bank or wallet in either direction.
Costs: one free withdrawal, then 2%
IQ Option charges nothing for the first withdrawal of a calendar month, whatever the method. Each later one costs 2%, capped at $30 (€30 or £25) on a dollar account. A second withdrawal of $400 costs $8; one at the $12 crypto minimum costs $0.24. The cap is reached at $1,500, so a withdrawal of $7,500 costs $30, not $150. The receiving bank, wallet or card issuer can add its own charge. Other costs are in our fees guide.
Waiting times in Paraguay
- Before the payout: the help centre says requests are processed within 3 business days, and the notes under the official table ask you to allow the same, whatever the method.
- Card payouts: the table says instant, yet the issuing bank may need up to 21 calendar days, which is outside IQ Option’s control.
- E-wallets and crypto (Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com, WebMoney and the six coins): 1 to 24 hours in the table, and, for an e-wallet, about a day after IQ Option completes the request, says the help centre.
Verify first, withdraw second
IQ Option’s help centre says you need to verify your identity before you can withdraw: a photo of an identity document, and, if you deposited by card, both sides of the card with the CVV hidden. Documents are checked within 3 business days, so verify before you need the money. See our account verification guide.
A note on the rules in Paraguay
IQ Option let us register from Paraguay, but that is no Paraguayan authorisation, and the wording of one regulator warning reaches people who promote online trading, so read it with care. In October 2022 the securities commission (CNV) warned the public about offers made on social networks in the name of an entity called “BE” that promoted trading with binary operations. According to the report in La Nación, the commission said that BE, “or those persons who promote the possibility of obtaining profits” from such trading (our translation), are not registered with it and are not authorised to make public offers of securities. IQ Option is not named, and we found no case against anyone who promotes binary options and no block of the site. We cannot give legal advice. The complete note is in the deposit guide.
Money not arrived? Check these
- Read the status. The panel under the method list shows where the request stands: Requested and In process are still on IQ Option’s side, Funds sent is not.
- Think about the method. A card can take 21 calendar days; e-wallets and coins are listed at 1 to 24 hours.
- Check the amount. Stay between the method’s minimum and your balance.
- Contact support. Use the chat inside the platform (Chats & Support in the left sidebar) or write to support@iqoption.com. See our support guide.
