Every screenshot here comes from one recording session on 8 October, made on a Practice account that IQ Option had registered in Paraguay; the traderoom clock showed UTC-3. Our VPN server is listed by its provider as Asunción and flagged “virtual”; a location lookup put it in São Paulo, but IQ Option’s sign-up form accepted Paraguay as the country of residence. All payment flows stopped before the final button, so no money was sent.

How to deposit on IQ Option in Paraguay, step by step
Our walkthrough uses Visa / Mastercard, the right-hand tile. The numbered red boxes give the order of the clicks.
Step 1: Press Deposit
Find the green Deposit button (1) at the very top right, to the right of the balance. The $10,000 you see is Practice money.
Step 2: Choose “Top up your account”
In the Make a Deposit window, the grey Refill to $10,000 only resets the practice balance. Real money starts with the green Top up your account button (1); the real balance is $0.00 until then.
Step 3: Select Visa / Mastercard
The method page has no banner on our account. “Recommended” shows Neteller, Skrill and Visa / Mastercard (1), each instant, and the “Crypto deposit” block follows with seven coins at 5 to 60 minutes.
Step 4: Pick the account currency
Nothing was ticked when the currency step opened. We clicked USD (1) and then Next (2). EUR and GBP are the alternatives; the guaraní is not offered. The grey note says the currency cannot be changed once you have made a first deposit.
Step 5: Enter the amount
Type the amount (1) or press a preset from $10 to $1,000. The promotion box (2) was an empty code field with an Apply button, and the heading said “View available (0)”, so no offer was open to our account at that moment.
A single dollar turns the field red and brings up the card range, “From $10 to $11,050” (1).
Step 6: Complete the card form
Fill the card block (1) with the number, the month and year of expiry, the CVC and the name printed on the card. IQ Option ticks “Save my card for future instant payments” for you (2). Once the terms are accepted (3), the green Deposit $10 button (4) pays. We never pressed it.

Volet.com is on the page only. A note under the table says some countries have restrictions on certain deposit methods until an account is fully verified.
Depositing with Neteller
Neteller took $10 to $1,000,000. Below the amount (1), the form asks for the email address of your Neteller account (2); “Link my Neteller Account for instant payments” is ticked. Accept the terms (3) and Deposit $10 (4) pays. We typed no address and did not press the button.
Depositing with Skrill
Skrill accepted the same range, “From $10 to $1,000,000”. Enter the amount (1), tick the terms (2) and press Proceed to Payment (3), which sends you on to Skrill’s own page. We did not press it.
Depositing with Tether (USDT) and other coins
The coins are Bitcoin, Cardano, Ethereum (ERC-20), Litecoin, Ripple (XRP), Tether (USDT) on TRC20 and USDC on BNB Smart Chain; IQ Option converts what you send into your account currency. Tether’s range was $10 to $1,000,000. After the amount (1), a grey note (2) explains that the wallet address on the next page can be used again for any amount of $10 or more. Accept the terms (3) and press Proceed to Payment (4), then send only over TRC20. For more: does IQ Option accept crypto.
Withdrawing from IQ Option in Paraguay
On the withdrawals page, the first withdrawal of every calendar month is free (1), whichever method you use, and each further one costs 2% up to 30 USD. Two Visa/MasterCard rows (2) come first, followed by six coins, Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com USD and WebMoney WMZ. Bank transfers are not listed.

The footnote lets card issuers take up to 21 calendar days and says a request can take up to 3 business days. The coin rows are Cardano, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, Tether (TRC20) and USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain); Bitcoin is missing. Check the rules in Paraguay first
IQ Option let us register from Paraguay, but that is no Paraguayan authorisation, and the wording of one regulator warning reaches people who promote online trading, so read it with care. In October 2022 the securities commission (CNV) warned the public about offers made on social networks in the name of an entity called “BE”, which promoted trading with binary operations through platforms called NFX, Shift, Titan and Relic. According to the report in La Nación, the commission said that BE, “or those persons who promote the possibility of obtaining profits” from such trading (our translation), are not registered with it and are not authorised to make public offers of securities. A 2017 press report quotes the securities law as punishing public offers of securities without registration with up to three years in prison or a fine. IQ Option is not named in either report, we found no case against anyone who promotes binary options and no block of the site, and we could not locate the CNV’s own communiqué. Whether a given trading platform or its promotion falls under these rules is for the authorities and the courts to say, not us. We cannot give legal advice: if you plan to deposit or to promote a platform, get proper advice first, and never risk more than you can afford to lose. If your deposit has not arrived
- Is it still inside the time shown? Cards, Skrill and Neteller are instant; a coin can need up to an hour.
- Is the Neteller email right? The form wants the address of your own Neteller account.
- Did the chain match? A coin sent over another network than the form’s may never arrive; Tether runs on TRC20.
- Did your bank block it? Card payments abroad are sometimes refused. Ask the issuer, or use an e-wallet.
