Last updated: 9 October 2026. Screenshots of the withdrawal page: 9 October 2026, Practice account registered in Jamaica, connection recognised by IQ Option as Jamaican. Official conditions: read on 8 October 2026. The account held no real money, so IQ Option listed the methods but offered no form, and we withdrew nothing.
Getting money out of IQ Option in Jamaica takes a visit to the withdrawal page, where you choose a card, an e-wallet or one of six cryptocurrencies, enter the amount and confirm. The smallest amounts: $2 for cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney, $10 for Neteller and $12 for the six coins. IQ Option charges 2% on every withdrawal after the first one of the month, up to $30. The steps are identical in every country, so they live in the general withdrawal guide. This page covers what differs for a Jamaican account: the list of methods, the minimums, the fee, the waiting times and the checks for a late payout.
Quick answer
- Fee: the first withdrawal of each calendar month is free for every method; later ones cost 2%, up to $30 (€30 or £25).
- Minimum (official table): $2 to cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney; $10 to Neteller; $12 to the six coins.
- No bank: the table lists no Jamaican bank or wallet; money goes back to a card, an e-wallet or a crypto address.
- Time: the e-wallets and coins take 1–24 hours; a card can need up to 21 calendar days because of your bank; IQ Option itself asks for up to 3 business days.
- Bitcoin: the official table does not list it, but our account’s withdrawal page did on 9 October (1 to 24 hours); that page had no card entry.
- Empty balance: with no money in the account you get the message “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” and no form.
What the withdrawal page looks like in Jamaica
The recording of iqoption.com/en/withdrawal was made on 9 October 2026 with a Practice account registered in Jamaica (IQ Option took the connection for Jamaican). Its real account held $0.00, so the page offered a method list and no form.
- The page. Withdrawal is the heading, and the notice under it (1) gives you 1 free withdrawal until the end of the calendar month. Down the left (2) runs the list of methods with their processing time. The entries ran in alphabetical order, from Bitcoin (BTC), the selected one on our account, to Webmoney WMZ. The panel on the right shows the selected method, Bitcoin (BTC), with “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” (3) and a Withdrawal Conditions link (4) that opens IQ Option’s official table.

- The list. We counted 11 entries in the list: Bitcoin, Cardano, Ethereum, Litecoin, Neteller, Ripple, Skrill, Tether (USDT) TRC20, USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain), Volet.com USD, marked “Under Maintenance” that day (1), and Webmoney WMZ (2). All the rest showed “1 – 24 hours”. The list had no bank and no Visa/Mastercard entry.

- Requests and questions. After the list come two more blocks: the Withdrawal requests panel (1), empty on our account (“No requests”), and the Frequently Asked Questions (2). The questions are IQ Option’s own and mention a Brazilian figure, 150.00 BRL, that means nothing for a Jamaican account.

On the six coins, Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney the account’s list and the official table say the same: 1 to 24 hours. They differ on two points: the list shows Bitcoin, which the table does not, and it had no card entry, which the table has (two Visa/MasterCard rows). No bank is in either. With a zero balance no withdrawal form opened, so look at your own withdrawal page for what your account can use.
Withdrawal methods and minimums in Jamaica
IQ Option’s official table for our Jamaican account lists these methods. The minimums are in dollars, euros or pounds, the currencies a Jamaican account can hold.

| Method | Minimum withdrawal | Time shown |
|---|---|---|
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (first row) | $2 (or €3, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (second row) | $2 (or €2, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| E-wallets: Neteller | $10 (or €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
| E-wallets: Skrill, Volet.com USD, Webmoney WMZ | $2 (or €2, £2) | 1–24 hours |
| Crypto: Cardano (ADA), Ethereum (ETH) ERC-20, Litecoin (LTC), Ripple (XRP), Tether (USDT) TRC20, USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain) | $12 (or €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
Jamaica’s table is the international set: six coins, Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com, WebMoney and two Visa/MasterCard rows that differ only in the euro minimum (€3 and €2). The table has no bank and no local wallet. The account is held in US dollars, euros or pounds: the deposit guide found no Jamaican-dollar account, so every minimum is in those currencies.
Where the money can go
What you can withdraw to depends on what you deposited with, says the help centre: money from an e-wallet can only be paid back to the same e-wallet account, and a card can only be repaid up to the amount deposited with it. The Jamaican cashier offers Visa / Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller and seven coins, and IQ Option’s deposits page adds Volet.com. Each of them also appears on the withdrawal side, so none is deposit-only, and there is no local bank method in either direction.
Fees and the free monthly withdrawal
IQ Option charges nothing for the first withdrawal of a calendar month, whatever the method. Each later one costs 2%, capped at $30 (€30 or £25) on a dollar account. A second withdrawal of $400 costs $8; one at the $12 crypto minimum costs $0.24. The cap is reached at $1,500, so a withdrawal of $10,000 costs $30, not $200. The receiving bank, wallet or card issuer can add its own charge. Other costs are in our fees guide.
Processing times for Jamaica
- IQ Option’s side: processing takes up to 3 business days whatever the method, according to the notes under the table and the help centre.
- Cards: shown as instant, but the bank that issued the card can take up to 21 calendar days. IQ Option cannot speed that up.
- E-wallets and coins: the table lists 1 to 24 hours for Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com, WebMoney and the six coins. The help centre adds that an e-wallet receives the money within about a day of IQ Option completing the request.
Before your first withdrawal: verification
Before the first payout IQ Option wants to know who is asking. Its help centre lists a photo of an identity document and, for a card deposit, both sides of the card (hide the CVV). It says documents are checked within 3 business days, so send them early. The steps are in our account verification guide.
A note on the rules in Jamaica
IQ Option let us register from Jamaica, but that is no Jamaican licence. The Financial Services Commission says securities business must be licensed and that operating without a licence breaches the Securities Act (see its public statement of 13 February 2024 on another firm). In a search on 8 October 2026 we found no FSC notice naming IQ Option and no Jamaican block of the site. This is not legal advice: the deposit guide has the full note.
Withdrawal not there yet?
- Look at the request. The Withdrawal requests panel shows each request: Requested and In process mean IQ Option is still working on it, Funds sent means the money has left.
- Think about the method. A card can take 21 calendar days; e-wallets and coins are listed at 1 to 24 hours.
- Look at the amount. It has to be at least the method’s minimum and no more than your balance.
- If nothing helps, contact support. Chat from the left sidebar (Chats & Support) or write to support@iqoption.com; our support guide explains both.
