Last updated: 9 October 2026. Screenshots of the withdrawal page: 9 October 2026, Practice account registered in Guatemala, connection recognised by IQ Option as Guatemalan. Official conditions: read on 8 October 2026. The account held no real money, so IQ Option listed the methods but offered no form, and we withdrew nothing.
With an account registered in Guatemala, you withdraw by opening the withdrawal page, choosing a card, an e-wallet or one of seven cryptocurrencies, entering the amount and confirming. Minimum amounts: the seven coins at $12, Neteller at $10 and cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney at $2. IQ Option charges 2% on every withdrawal after the first one of the month, up to $30. Below you will find the withdrawal page as a Guatemalan account sees it, IQ Option’s official minimums, the fee, the times and a checklist for a late payout. For the click-by-click routine, read the general withdrawal guide.
Quick answer
- Fee: one withdrawal per calendar month costs nothing, whatever the method; every further one costs 2%, at most $30 (€30 or £25).
- Minimum (official table): $2 to cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney; $10 to Neteller; $12 to the seven coins.
- No bank: the table has neither a bank nor a local wallet for a Guatemalan account; withdrawals go back to a card, an e-wallet or a crypto address.
- Time: 1–24 hours for the e-wallets and coins; a card can take up to 21 calendar days at your bank; IQ Option asks you to allow up to 3 business days.
- Bitcoin: on 9 October the withdrawal page of our account listed it (1 to 24 hours) although the official table does not; there was no card entry.
- Empty balance: instead of a form, the withdrawal page shows “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0”.
What the withdrawal page looks like in Guatemala
We looked at iqoption.com/en/withdrawal on 9 October 2026, logged in to a Practice account registered in Guatemala over a connection that IQ Option recognised as Guatemalan. With $0.00 in the real account, IQ Option showed the list of methods and no form. IQ Option also serves this page in Spanish, at iqoption.com/es/withdrawal.
- Opening the page. At the top is the Withdrawal heading and a notice (1): 1 free withdrawal until the end of the calendar month. On the left (2), a column lists the methods and their processing time and opened with a coin: the selected entry on our account was Binance Coin (BNB). The panel on the right shows the selected method, Binance Coin (BNB), with “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” (3) and a Withdrawal Conditions link (4) that opens IQ Option’s official table.

- The list. The list held 12 entries. Eight coins came first (Binance Coin, Bitcoin (BTC), Cardano, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, Tether and USD Coin), then Neteller and Skrill (1), Volet.com USD, marked “Under Maintenance” that day (2), and last Webmoney WMZ. Except for Volet.com, every entry showed “1 – 24 hours”. We saw no bank and no Visa/Mastercard entry.

- Requests and questions. Below the list, the Withdrawal requests panel (1) was empty (“No requests”). Under it, the page’s Frequently Asked Questions (2) are IQ Option’s own; some of them mention 150.00 BRL, a Brazilian figure that does not apply to a Guatemalan account.

The list in our account matches the official table for the seven coins (Binance Coin among them), Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney (1 to 24 hours). Where they disagree: the list shows Bitcoin, which the table omits, and the list has no card entry, which the table has (two Visa/MasterCard rows). Banks appear in neither. With a zero balance no withdrawal form opened, so look at your own withdrawal page for what your account can use.
Methods and minimums for a Guatemalan account
Here is what IQ Option’s official table lists for our Guatemalan account. The amounts are in dollars, euros or pounds: the currencies a Guatemalan account can hold.

| Method | Minimum withdrawal | Time shown |
|---|---|---|
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (first row) | $2 (or €3, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (second row) | $2 (or €2, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| E-wallets: Neteller | $10 (or €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
| E-wallets: Skrill, Volet.com USD, Webmoney WMZ | $2 (or €2, £2) | 1–24 hours |
| Crypto: Binance Coin (BNB), Cardano (ADA), Ethereum (ETH) ERC-20, Litecoin (LTC), Ripple (XRP), Tether (USDT) TRC20, USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain) | $12 (or €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
Guatemala’s table lists seven coins instead of six, because it includes Binance Coin (BNB); the Vietnamese table does too. Beside them are two Visa/MasterCard rows, Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney. There is no bank and no local wallet. The account is held in US dollars, euros or pounds: the deposit guide found no quetzal account.
Which method can you withdraw to?
The help centre ties withdrawals to deposits. Money paid in through an e-wallet can only be withdrawn to the same e-wallet account, and a card can only receive up to the amount that was deposited with that card. The Guatemalan cashier offers Apple Pay and Google Pay besides Visa / Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller and seven coins. Apple Pay and Google Pay are deposit methods only: neither is in the withdrawal table or in the list of our account (see the deposit guide).
Costs: one free withdrawal, then 2%
Every calendar month, IQ Option waives the fee on one withdrawal, whichever method you use. Further withdrawals in the same month cost 2% of the amount, up to $30 (€30 or £25) on a dollar account. A second withdrawal of $300 costs $6; one at the $12 crypto minimum costs $0.24. The cap is reached at $1,500, so a withdrawal of $10,000 costs $30, not $200. The bank, wallet or card issuer on the receiving side can charge too; the other costs are in our fees guide.
How long to wait for a withdrawal in Guatemala
- Processing at IQ Option: allow up to 3 business days for every request; the notes under the official table and the help centre both say so.
- Cards: the table shows instant, but the money can need up to 21 calendar days to reach you, because that part is up to the bank that issued the card.
- Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com, WebMoney and the seven coins: 1 to 24 hours in the table; according to the help centre, an e-wallet gets the money about a day after IQ Option completes the request.
Before your first withdrawal: verification
Before the first payout IQ Option wants to know who is asking. Its help centre lists a photo of an identity document and, for a card deposit, both sides of the card (hide the CVV). It says documents are checked within 3 business days, so send them early. The steps are in our account verification guide.
Local rules: Guatemala
IQ Option let us register from Guatemala, but that is no Guatemalan authorisation. The Superintendencia de Bancos (SIB) keeps an “Alerta al Público” page; in the archived copy that we read, captured on 24 June 2025, it tells people to be careful with offers of operations that promise high returns “far above what the market offers” (our translation) and names no company and no trading platform. The live page blocked our automated connection, so we cannot say what it shows today. The deposit guide has the full note; this is not legal advice.
A late withdrawal: what to check
- See where it stands. A request in the Withdrawal requests panel is Requested, In process or Funds sent; only the last one means the money has left IQ Option.
- Remember the method’s time. A card can take 21 calendar days; e-wallets and coins are listed at 1 to 24 hours.
- Check the figures. The request must reach the method’s minimum and stay within your balance.
- Write to support. Chats & Support in the left sidebar opens the chat; the email address is support@iqoption.com. More in our support guide.
