Last updated: 9 October 2026. The withdrawal page below was recorded on 9 October 2026 on an IQ Option Practice account registered in Bolivia, over a connection that IQ Option recognised as Bolivian, and the conditions come from IQ Option’s official withdrawals page for that account, read on 8 October 2026. The account held no real money, so IQ Option showed the list of methods but no form. We did not withdraw anything.
With an account registered in Bolivia, you withdraw by opening the withdrawal page, choosing a card, an e-wallet or one of six cryptocurrencies, entering the amount and confirming. Minimums in the official table: cards at €3, cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney at €2 and Neteller and the six coins at €10. One withdrawal a month costs nothing; every later one costs 2%, capped at €30. Below you will find the withdrawal page as a Bolivian account sees it, IQ Option’s official minimums, the fee, the times and a checklist for a late payout. For the click-by-click routine, read the general withdrawal guide.
Quick answer
- Fee: the first withdrawal of each calendar month is free for every method; later ones cost 2%, up to €30 ($30 or £25).
- Minimum (official table): €3 to cards; €2 to cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney; €10 to Neteller and the six coins.
- No bank: neither a Bolivian bank nor a local wallet is in the table, so payouts go to a card, an e-wallet or a crypto address.
- Time: allow up to 3 business days for IQ Option to process the request; the table lists 1–24 hours for the e-wallets and coins and, for a card, up to 21 calendar days at your bank.
- Bitcoin: not in the official table, but listed (1 to 24 hours) on the withdrawal page of our account on 9 October; the page had no card entry.
- Empty balance: instead of a form, the withdrawal page shows “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0”.
Inside the withdrawal page of a Bolivian account
We looked at iqoption.com/en/withdrawal on 9 October 2026, logged in to a Practice account registered in Bolivia over a connection that IQ Option recognised as Bolivian. With $0.00 in the real account, IQ Option showed the list of methods and no form. A Spanish version exists at iqoption.com/es/withdrawal.
- The page itself. Under the Withdrawal heading, a notice (1) says that you have 1 free withdrawal until the end of the calendar month. On the left (2), a column lists the methods and their processing time. It began with two e-wallets: on our account the selected entry was Skrill, then Neteller. The panel on the right shows the selected method, Skrill, with “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” (3) and a Withdrawal Conditions link (4) that opens IQ Option’s official table.

- The list. The list had 11 entries and ended with Webmoney WMZ (2). Third came Volet.com USD, marked “Under Maintenance” that day. The seven coins followed with Bitcoin (BTC) among them, and Ethereum, Ripple, Cardano and Litecoin closed the group (1). Every other entry showed “1 – 24 hours”. There was no bank and no Visa/Mastercard entry.

- Requests and questions. Under the list, the Withdrawal requests panel (1) showed “No requests”, and below it come IQ Option’s own Frequently Asked Questions (2). Several quote 150.00 BRL, a Brazilian minimum that has nothing to do with a Bolivian account.

For Skrill, Neteller, Volet.com, WebMoney and six coins (1 to 24 hours), the list and the official table agree. They differ on two points: the list shows Bitcoin, which the table does not, and it had no card entry, which the table has (two Visa/MasterCard rows). Neither shows a Bolivian bank. We never saw a form, because the balance was zero. What your account can use is shown on your own withdrawal page.
Withdrawal methods and minimums in Bolivia
The table below is IQ Option’s own, for our Bolivian account. The minimums are in euros, dollars and pounds, the currencies a Bolivian account can hold (there is no boliviano account).

| Method | Minimum withdrawal | Time shown |
|---|---|---|
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (first row) | €3 (or $2, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (second row) | €2 (or $2, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| E-wallets: Skrill, Volet.com USD, Webmoney WMZ | €2 (or $2, £2) | 1–24 hours |
| E-wallets: Neteller | €10 (or $10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
| Crypto: Tether (USDT) TRC20, USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain), Ethereum (ETH) ERC-20, Ripple (XRP), Cardano (ADA), Litecoin (LTC) | €10 (or $12, £10) | 1–24 hours |
Bolivia’s table is the international set: two Visa/MasterCard rows (€3 and €2), Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney at €2, Neteller and the six coins at €10. No bank and no local wallet is listed. The account is held in euros, pounds or US dollars: the deposit guide found no boliviano account.
Deposits decide withdrawal methods
In IQ Option’s help centre, withdrawals follow deposits: funds that came in through an e-wallet can only go back to that e-wallet account, and a card payout cannot exceed what was deposited with the card. The Bolivian cashier offers Apple Pay and Google Pay besides Visa / Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller and seven coins. Apple Pay and Google Pay are deposit methods only: neither is in the withdrawal table or in the list of our account (see the deposit guide).
The fee: 2% after the first withdrawal of the month
On a euro account the fee works like this: nothing for the first withdrawal in a calendar month, then 2% of the amount with a ceiling of €30 ($30 or £25). A second withdrawal of €750 costs €15; one at the €10 crypto minimum costs €0.20. The cap is reached at €1,500, so a withdrawal of €6,000 costs €30, not €120. Charges by your bank, wallet or card issuer come on top; see the fees guide for them.
How long to wait for a withdrawal in Bolivia
- The request itself: IQ Option says to allow up to 3 business days to process every withdrawal (notes under the official table and the help centre).
- Cards: the table shows instant, but the money can need up to 21 calendar days to reach you, because that part is up to the bank that issued the card.
- Skrill, Volet.com, WebMoney, Neteller and the six coins: listed at 1 to 24 hours. For e-wallets the help centre says the money arrives about a day after IQ Option has completed the request.
Before your first withdrawal: verification
Withdrawing needs a verified account. According to IQ Option’s help centre that means an identity document and, if you paid by card, a copy of both sides of the card with the CVV covered; the check takes up to 3 business days. Do it before you request the money: how verification works.
Before you start: the rules in Bolivia
IQ Option let us register from Bolivia, but that is no Bolivian licence. The financial regulator ASFI publishes alerts about firms that offer financial services without its licence, for example its alert of November 2025 about a platform called TEAM TRADE. Its communiqués page names no IQ Option entity in the eight alerts of 2025 and 2026 that we read on 8 October 2026. These are warnings about named firms, not a ruling on offshore brokers in general, and this is not legal advice: the deposit guide has the full note.
Money not arrived? Check these
- Open the requests panel. On the withdrawal page, a request marked Requested or In process is still with IQ Option; Funds sent means it has paid out and the delay is on the receiving side.
- Check the method. A card can take 21 calendar days; e-wallets and coins are listed at 1 to 24 hours.
- Check the amount. Stay between the method’s minimum and your balance.
- Go to support. Start the chat from Chats & Support in the left sidebar, or email support@iqoption.com. The support guide has the details.
