Last updated: 9 October 2026. We recorded the withdrawal page below on 9 October 2026 on an IQ Option Practice account registered in Papua New Guinea (the connection was recognised by IQ Option as Papua New Guinean). The conditions are IQ Option’s official withdrawals page for that account, read on 8 October 2026. With no real money in the account there was no withdrawal form, and nothing was withdrawn.
To withdraw from IQ Option in Papua New Guinea, you open the withdrawal page, choose a card, an e-wallet or one of six cryptocurrencies, enter the amount and confirm. The table sets these minimums: $12 for the six coins, $10 for Neteller and $2 for cards, Volet.com and WebMoney. Each calendar month the first withdrawal is free; after that the fee is 2%, never more than $30. What follows is specific to a Papua New Guinean account: how the withdrawal page looks, which methods and minimums the official table lists, what the fee is and how long to wait. The steps that never change are in the general withdrawal guide.
Quick answer
- Fee: one free withdrawal per calendar month, whatever the method; after that 2%, at most $30 (€30 or £25).
- Minimum (official table): $2 to cards, Volet.com and WebMoney; $10 to Neteller; $12 to the six coins.
- No bank: neither a Papua New Guinean bank nor a local wallet is in the table, so payouts go to a card, an e-wallet or a crypto address.
- Time: allow up to 3 business days for IQ Option to process the request; the table lists 1–24 hours for the e-wallets and coins and, for a card, up to 21 calendar days at your bank.
- Bitcoin: missing from the official table, yet present (1 to 24 hours) on our account’s withdrawal page on 9 October, which showed no card entry.
- Empty balance: the withdrawal page shows “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” instead of a form.
What the withdrawal page looks like in Papua New Guinea
The recording of iqoption.com/en/withdrawal was made on 9 October 2026 with a Practice account registered in Papua New Guinea (IQ Option took the connection for Papua New Guinean). Its real account held $0.00, so the page offered a method list and no form.
- First look. The page is headed Withdrawal; a notice (1) says you have 1 free withdrawal until the end of the calendar month. The methods are in the column on the left (2), each with its processing time and opened with a coin: the selected entry on our account was Bitcoin (BTC). For the selected method, Bitcoin (BTC), the right-hand panel shows “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” (3) and a Withdrawal Conditions link (4) that leads to IQ Option’s official table.

- The list. The list ran to 10 entries: Bitcoin, Cardano, Ethereum, Litecoin, Neteller, Ripple, Tether (USDT) TRC20, USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain), Volet.com USD, marked “Under Maintenance” that day (1), and Webmoney WMZ (2). All the rest showed “1 – 24 hours”. The list had no bank, no Skrill and no Visa/Mastercard entry.

- Requests and questions. Below the list, the Withdrawal requests panel (1) was empty (“No requests”). Under it, the page’s Frequently Asked Questions (2) are IQ Option’s own; some of them mention 150.00 BRL, a Brazilian figure that does not apply to a Papua New Guinean account.

The list in our account matches the official table for the six coins, Neteller, Volet.com and WebMoney (1 to 24 hours). They differ on two points: the list shows Bitcoin, which the table does not, and it had no card entry, which the table has (two Visa/MasterCard rows). Neither shows a bank or Skrill. We never saw a form, because the balance was zero. What your account can use is shown on your own withdrawal page.
Papua New Guinea: methods, minimums and processing times
IQ Option’s official table, as it appears for our Papua New Guinean account, has these methods. Minimums are given in dollars, euros or pounds, which are the currencies a Papua New Guinean account can hold.

| Method | Minimum withdrawal | Time shown |
|---|---|---|
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (first row) | $2 (or €3, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (second row) | $2 (or €2, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| E-wallets: Neteller | $10 (or €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
| E-wallets: Volet.com USD, Webmoney WMZ | $2 (or €2, £2) | 1–24 hours |
| Crypto: Cardano (ADA), Ethereum (ETH) ERC-20, Litecoin (LTC), Ripple (XRP), Tether (USDT) TRC20, USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain) | $12 (or €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
The table for Papua New Guinea has no bank, no local wallet and no Skrill: two Visa/MasterCard rows (€3 and €2 on the euro side), Neteller at $10, Volet.com and WebMoney at $2 and six coins at $12. The account is held in US dollars, euros or pounds: the deposit guide found no kina option.
Deposits decide withdrawal methods
In IQ Option’s help centre, withdrawals follow deposits: funds that came in through an e-wallet can only go back to that e-wallet account, and a card payout cannot exceed what was deposited with the card. Neteller is a withdrawal method only here: it is in the withdrawal table and in the list of our account, but the cashier for Papua New Guinea offered only Visa / Mastercard and seven coins, with no e-wallet at all. Every method the cashier offers also appears on the withdrawal side, and nothing local exists in either direction (see the deposit guide).
What a withdrawal costs: free once a month, then 2%
One withdrawal per calendar month is free for every method. After that the fee is 2% of the amount, with a ceiling of $30 (€30 or £25) on a dollar account. A second withdrawal of $300 costs $6; one at the $12 crypto minimum costs $0.24. The cap is reached at $1,500, so a withdrawal of $8,000 costs $30, not $160. Your bank, wallet or card issuer may charge separately; see our fees guide for the other costs.
When the money arrives in Papua New Guinea
- IQ Option’s processing: up to 3 business days for every request, according to the notes under the official table and the help centre.
- Cards: the table shows instant, but the money can need up to 21 calendar days to reach you, because that part is up to the bank that issued the card.
- E-wallets and crypto: 1 to 24 hours in the table (Neteller, Volet.com, WebMoney and the six coins); the help centre says the money reaches an e-wallet within about a day of IQ Option completing the request.
Verify first, withdraw second
Before the first payout IQ Option wants to know who is asking. Its help centre lists a photo of an identity document and, for a card deposit, both sides of the card (hide the CVV). It says documents are checked within 3 business days, so send them early. The steps are in our account verification guide.
Before you start: the rules in Papua New Guinea
IQ Option let us register from Papua New Guinea, but that is no local licence. The Securities Commission of Papua New Guinea published a warning on 13 December 2024 about “the growing number of fast money scams and pyramid schemes that are disguised as investment schemes offering unrealistically high returns”. The notice names no broker and no trading platform. We did not check Papua New Guinea’s exchange-control rules for residents who send money abroad. We cannot give legal advice. The complete note is in the deposit guide.
Money not arrived? Check these
- Look at the request. The Withdrawal requests panel shows each request: Requested and In process mean IQ Option is still working on it, Funds sent means the money has left.
- Compare with the table. A card can take 21 calendar days; e-wallets and coins are listed at 1 to 24 hours.
- Check the amount. Stay between the method’s minimum and your balance.
- Write to support. Chats & Support in the left sidebar opens the chat; the email address is support@iqoption.com. More in our support guide.
