Last updated: 9 October 2026. Everything below comes from an IQ Option Practice account registered in Panama: the withdrawal page was recorded on 9 October 2026 over a connection that IQ Option recognised as Panamanian, and the official conditions were read on 8 October 2026. The account held no real money, so no withdrawal form opened and no money moved.
To withdraw from IQ Option in Panama, you open the withdrawal page, choose a card, an e-wallet or one of six cryptocurrencies, enter the amount and confirm. The table sets these minimums: $12 for the six coins, $10 for Neteller and $2 for cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney. IQ Option charges 2% on every withdrawal after the first one of the month, up to $30. Below you will find the withdrawal page as a Panamanian account sees it, IQ Option’s official minimums, the fee, the times and a checklist for a late payout. For the click-by-click routine, read the general withdrawal guide.
Quick answer
- Fee: one withdrawal per calendar month costs nothing, whatever the method; every further one costs 2%, at most $30 (€30 or £25).
- Minimum (official table): $2 to cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney; $10 to Neteller; $12 to the six coins.
- No bank: the table lists no Panamanian bank or wallet; money goes back to a card, an e-wallet or a crypto address.
- Time: IQ Option asks for up to 3 business days; then the e-wallets and coins are listed at 1–24 hours and a card can take up to 21 calendar days at your bank.
- Bitcoin: missing from the official table, yet present (1 to 24 hours) on our account’s withdrawal page on 9 October, which showed no card entry.
- Empty balance: with no money in the account you get the message “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” and no form.
Panama on the withdrawal page: what the account sees
We opened iqoption.com/en/withdrawal on 9 October 2026 over a connection that IQ Option recognised as Panamanian, logged in to a Practice account registered in Panama. The real account held $0.00, so the page showed the method list and no form. For the Spanish version of the page, open iqoption.com/es/withdrawal.
- The first screen. Withdrawal is the heading, and the notice under it (1) gives you 1 free withdrawal until the end of the calendar month. The methods are in the column on the left (2), each with its processing time, in alphabetical order: the selected entry on our account was Bitcoin (BTC), the first one. Right panel: Bitcoin (BTC), the selected method, with “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” (3) and a Withdrawal Conditions link (4) that opens IQ Option’s official table.

- The list. 11 entries were listed: Bitcoin, Cardano, Ethereum, Litecoin, Neteller, Ripple, Skrill, Tether (USDT) TRC20, USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain), Volet.com USD, marked “Under Maintenance” that day (1), and Webmoney WMZ (2). All the others showed “1 – 24 hours”. The list showed no bank and no Visa/Mastercard entry.

- Requests and questions. After the list come two more blocks: the Withdrawal requests panel (1), empty on our account (“No requests”), and the Frequently Asked Questions (2). The questions are IQ Option’s own and mention a Brazilian figure, 150.00 BRL, that means nothing for a Panamanian account.

The account’s list and the official table agree on the six coins, Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney at 1 to 24 hours. Where they disagree: the list shows Bitcoin, which the table omits, and the list has no card entry, which the table has (two Visa/MasterCard rows). Neither shows a bank. We never saw a form, because the balance was zero. What your account can use is shown on your own withdrawal page.
Methods and minimums for a Panamanian account
Here is what IQ Option’s official table lists for our Panamanian account. A Panamanian account can hold dollars, euros or pounds, and the minimums are in those currencies.

| Method | Minimum withdrawal | Time shown |
|---|---|---|
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (first row) | $2 (or €3, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (second row) | $2 (or €2, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| E-wallets: Neteller | $10 (or €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
| E-wallets: Skrill, Volet.com USD, Webmoney WMZ | $2 (or €2, £2) | 1–24 hours |
| Crypto: Cardano (ADA), Ethereum (ETH) ERC-20, Litecoin (LTC), Ripple (XRP), Tether (USDT) TRC20, USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain) | $12 (or €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
Panama’s table has no bank and no local wallet: two Visa/MasterCard rows (€3 and €2 on the euro side), Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney, Neteller and six coins. The account is held in US dollars, euros or pounds, so every minimum is in those currencies.
Which method can you withdraw to?
According to IQ Option’s help centre, the way you deposited decides the way you can withdraw: an e-wallet deposit can only be withdrawn to the same e-wallet account, and what you can send back to a card is limited to what you deposited with it. The Panamanian cashier offers Visa / Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller and seven coins, with Volet.com on IQ Option’s official deposits page and no Apple Pay or Google Pay. Every one of them shows up on the withdrawal side as well, so none is deposit-only, and nothing local exists in either direction (see the deposit guide).
Fees and the free monthly withdrawal
On a dollar account the fee works like this: nothing for the first withdrawal in a calendar month, then 2% of the amount with a ceiling of $30 (€30 or £25). A second withdrawal of $250 costs $5; one at the $12 crypto minimum costs $0.24. The cap is reached at $1,500, so a withdrawal of $4,000 costs $30, not $80. Charges by your bank, wallet or card issuer come on top; see the fees guide for them.
When the money arrives in Panama
- IQ Option’s side: processing takes up to 3 business days whatever the method, according to the notes under the table and the help centre.
- Card: “Instant” in the table, yet the issuing bank can take as long as 21 calendar days; IQ Option cannot shorten that.
- E-wallets and coins: the table lists 1 to 24 hours for Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com, WebMoney and the six coins. The help centre adds that an e-wallet receives the money within about a day of IQ Option completing the request.
Verification comes before the money
Withdrawing needs a verified account. According to IQ Option’s help centre that means an identity document and, if you paid by card, a copy of both sides of the card with the CVV covered; the check takes up to 3 business days. Do it before you request the money: how verification works.
The rules in Panama to check first
IQ Option let us register from Panama, but that is no Panamanian licence. The Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores (SMV) keeps an investor-alert section; for example, its public release no. 18 of 24 July 2026 says that the entity behind mrkmltd.com holds no SMV licence. On 8 October 2026 we searched the SMV’s investor-alert category and its own site search for IQ Option and found no notice that names it. These are warnings about named firms. This is not legal advice: the deposit guide has the full note, so check your own position before you deposit or withdraw.
A late withdrawal: what to check
- Open the requests panel. On the withdrawal page, a request marked Requested or In process is still with IQ Option; Funds sent means it has paid out and the delay is on the receiving side.
- Compare with the table. A card can take 21 calendar days; e-wallets and coins are listed at 1 to 24 hours.
- Check the amount. Stay between the method’s minimum and your balance.
- If nothing helps, contact support. Chat from the left sidebar (Chats & Support) or write to support@iqoption.com; our support guide explains both.
