Last updated: 9 October 2026. Recorded on 9 October 2026 with a Practice account registered in Venezuela (a connection that IQ Option took for Venezuelan); official table read on 7 October 2026. There was no real money in the account, so IQ Option offered no form and we did not withdraw anything.
In Venezuela, withdrawing from IQ Option means opening the withdrawal page, choosing a card, an e-wallet or one of six cryptocurrencies, entering the amount and confirming. The smallest amounts: the six coins at $12 and cards, Volet.com and WebMoney at $2. The first withdrawal of each calendar month is free; later ones cost 2%, at most $30. Below you will find the withdrawal page as a Venezuelan account sees it, IQ Option’s official minimums, the fee, the times and a checklist for a late payout. For the click-by-click routine, read the general withdrawal guide.
Quick answer
- Fee: one free withdrawal per calendar month, whatever the method; after that 2%, at most $30 (€30 or £25).
- Minimum (official table): $2 to cards, Volet.com and WebMoney; $12 to the six coins.
- No bank: the table lists no Venezuelan bank or wallet; money goes back to a card, an e-wallet or a crypto address.
- Time: 1–24 hours for the e-wallets and coins; a card can take up to 21 calendar days at your bank; IQ Option asks you to allow up to 3 business days.
- Bitcoin: missing from the official table, yet present (1 to 24 hours) on our account’s withdrawal page on 9 October, which showed no card entry.
- Empty balance: with no money in the account you get the message “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” and no form.
Venezuela on the withdrawal page: what the account sees
The recording of iqoption.com/en/withdrawal was made on 9 October 2026 with a Practice account registered in Venezuela (IQ Option took the connection for Venezuelan). Its real account held $0.00, so the page offered a method list and no form. IQ Option also serves this page in Spanish, at iqoption.com/es/withdrawal.
- The first screen. The heading is Withdrawal, with the notice that you have 1 free withdrawal until the end of the calendar month (1). The column on the left (2) lists the methods with their processing time and opened with a coin: on our account the selected entry was Bitcoin (BTC). Right panel: Bitcoin (BTC), the selected method, with “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” (3) and a Withdrawal Conditions link (4) that opens IQ Option’s official table.

- The list. The list had nine entries: seven coins in alphabetical order (Bitcoin, Cardano, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, Tether (USDT) TRC20 and USD Coin on BNB Smart Chain), then Volet.com USD, marked “Under Maintenance” that day (1), and Webmoney WMZ (2). Every other entry showed “1 – 24 hours”. It had no bank, no Skrill, no Neteller and no Visa/Mastercard entry.

- Requests and questions. Under the list, the Withdrawal requests panel (1) showed “No requests”, and below it come IQ Option’s own Frequently Asked Questions (2). Several quote 150.00 BRL, a Brazilian minimum that has nothing to do with a Venezuelan account.

The account’s list and the official table agree on the six coins, Volet.com and WebMoney at 1 to 24 hours. They do not match on two points. Bitcoin appears only in the list, and the card entry appears only in the table. Neither shows a bank, Skrill or Neteller. No form appeared with a zero balance, so we cannot show how a withdrawal ends; your own withdrawal page lists what your account can use.
Withdrawal methods and minimums in Venezuela
IQ Option’s official table, as it appears for our Venezuelan account, has these methods. The amounts are in dollars, euros or pounds: the currencies a Venezuelan account can hold.

| Method | Minimum withdrawal | Time shown |
|---|---|---|
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard | $2 (or €2, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| E-wallets: Volet.com USD, Webmoney WMZ | $2 (or €2, £2) | 1–24 hours |
| Crypto: Cardano (ADA), Ethereum (ETH) ERC-20, Litecoin (LTC), Ripple (XRP), Tether (USDT) TRC20, USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain) | $12 (or €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
Venezuela’s table has only nine rows: Visa/MasterCard, Volet.com, WebMoney and six coins. It has no Skrill, no Neteller and no bank. The account is held in US dollars, euros or pounds: the currency step in our deposit guide has no bolívar option, so every minimum is in those currencies.
Deposits decide withdrawal methods
What you can withdraw to depends on what you deposited with, says the help centre: money from an e-wallet can only be paid back to the same e-wallet account, and a card can only be repaid up to the amount deposited with it. The Venezuelan cashier is short too: Visa / Mastercard and seven cryptocurrencies, with Volet.com added on IQ Option’s official deposits page. None of them is deposit-only: each also has a withdrawal row. Nothing local exists in either direction: no bolívar account, no bank and no wallet.
The fee: 2% after the first withdrawal of the month
Every calendar month, IQ Option waives the fee on one withdrawal, whichever method you use. Further withdrawals in the same month cost 2% of the amount, up to $30 (€30 or £25) on a dollar account. A second withdrawal of $200 costs $4; one at the $12 crypto minimum costs $0.24. The cap is reached at $1,500, so a withdrawal of $6,000 costs $30, not $120. The bank, wallet or card issuer on the receiving side can charge too; the other costs are in our fees guide.
Waiting times in Venezuela
- Processing at IQ Option: allow up to 3 business days for every request; the notes under the official table and the help centre both say so.
- Card payouts: the table says instant, yet the issuing bank may need up to 21 calendar days, which is outside IQ Option’s control.
- E-wallets and coins: the table lists 1 to 24 hours for Volet.com, WebMoney and the six coins. The help centre adds that an e-wallet receives the money within about a day of IQ Option completing the request.
Verification before the first payout
In the help centre’s wording, a verified account is a condition of every withdrawal: an identity document, plus both sides of the card (CVV covered) if you deposited by card, checked within 3 business days of the upload. Our account verification guide shows the upload step by step.
A late withdrawal: what to check
- Read the status. The panel under the method list shows where the request stands: Requested and In process are still on IQ Option’s side, Funds sent is not.
- Check the method. A card can take 21 calendar days; e-wallets and coins are listed at 1 to 24 hours.
- Check the figures. The request must reach the method’s minimum and stay within your balance.
- Ask support. The chat inside the platform (Chats & Support in the left sidebar) or support@iqoption.com. Our support guide shows how.
