Last updated: 9 October 2026. The withdrawal page below was recorded on 9 October 2026 on an IQ Option Practice account registered in Laos, over a connection that IQ Option recognised as Lao, and the conditions come from IQ Option’s official withdrawals page for that account, read on 8 October 2026. The account held no real money, so IQ Option showed the list of methods but no form. We did not withdraw anything.
To withdraw from IQ Option in Laos, you open the withdrawal page, choose one of two Thai banks, a card, an e-wallet or one of six cryptocurrencies, enter the amount and confirm. Minimum amounts: Bangkok Bank and Krung Thai Bank at $16, the six coins at $12, Neteller at $10 and cards, Volet.com and WebMoney at $2. The first withdrawal in a calendar month is free, and later ones cost 2% (at most $30). This guide shows what the withdrawal page of a Lao account lists, the official minimums, the fee and the times, and what to check if a withdrawal is late. The steps are the same in every country; the general withdrawal guide shows each one.
Quick answer
- Fee: 2% after the first withdrawal of the calendar month, which is free for every method; the fee never exceeds $30 (€30 or £25).
- Minimum (official table): $2 to cards, Volet.com and WebMoney; $10 to Neteller; $12 to the six coins; $16 to Bangkok Bank and Krung Thai Bank.
- Banks: Bangkok Bank and Krung Thai Bank (both Thai banks, no Lao bank).
- Time: 1–24 hours for most methods; a card can take up to 21 calendar days at your bank; IQ Option asks you to allow up to 3 business days.
- Bitcoin: on 9 October the withdrawal page of our account listed it (1 to 24 hours) although the official table does not; there was no card entry.
- Zero balance: the page shows “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” and no form.
What the withdrawal page looks like in Laos
On 9 October 2026 we logged in to a Practice account registered in Laos, over a connection that IQ Option recognised as Lao, and opened iqoption.com/en/withdrawal. The real account held $0.00, which is why the page showed the list of methods and no form.
- The page. At the top is the Withdrawal heading and a notice (1): 1 free withdrawal until the end of the calendar month. The column on the left (2) lists the methods with their processing time, in alphabetical order. The selected entry on our account was Bangkok Bank, at “1 – 3 business days”. For the selected method, Bangkok Bank, the right-hand panel shows “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” (3) and a Withdrawal Conditions link (4) that leads to IQ Option’s official table.

- The list. The list held 12 entries and ended with Webmoney WMZ (2). Two were banks: Bangkok Bank first and Krung Thai Bank fifth, both at “1 – 3 business days”. The rest were seven coins with Bitcoin (BTC) among them, Neteller, Volet.com USD, marked “Under Maintenance” that day (1), and Webmoney WMZ, all at “1 – 24 hours” except Volet.com. The list had no Lao bank, no Skrill and no Visa/Mastercard entry.

- Requests and questions. Below the list, the Withdrawal requests panel (1) was empty (“No requests”). Under it, the page’s Frequently Asked Questions (2) are IQ Option’s own; some of them mention 150.00 BRL, a Brazilian figure that does not apply to a Lao account.

The account’s list and the official table agree on the two banks, Neteller, Volet.com, WebMoney and six coins. Two differences: Bitcoin is in the list but not in the table, and the table has a card entry that the list does not. Neither shows a Lao bank or Skrill. No form appeared with a zero balance, so we cannot show how a withdrawal ends; your own withdrawal page lists what your account can use.
Methods and minimums for a Lao account
IQ Option’s official table for our Lao account lists these methods. Minimums are given in dollars, euros or pounds, which are the currencies a Lao account can hold.

| Method | Minimum withdrawal | Time shown |
|---|---|---|
| Banks: Bangkok Bank, Krung Thai Bank | $16 (or €15, £13) | 1–3 business days |
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard | $2 (or €2, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| E-wallets: Neteller | $10 (or €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
| E-wallets: Volet.com USD, Webmoney WMZ | $2 (or €2, £2) | 1–24 hours |
| Crypto: Cardano (ADA), Ethereum (ETH) ERC-20, Litecoin (LTC), Ripple (XRP), Tether (USDT) TRC20, USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain) | $12 (or €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
Laos has no Lao bank in its withdrawal table. The two banks it lists are Thai, Bangkok Bank and Krung Thai Bank, at $16 (€15, £13) and 1 to 3 business days. The rest is the usual set: one Visa/MasterCard row, Neteller, Volet.com, WebMoney and six coins. The account is held in US dollars, euros or pounds (the deposit guide found no kip account), so every minimum is in those currencies.
Where the money can go
According to IQ Option’s help centre, the way you deposited decides the way you can withdraw: an e-wallet deposit can only be withdrawn to the same e-wallet account, and what you can send back to a card is limited to what you deposited with it. The Lao cashier offers Siam Commercial Bank and Krungsri, two other Thai banks, besides Visa / Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and seven coins. Neither SCB nor Krungsri is a withdrawal bank: payouts to a bank go to Bangkok Bank or Krung Thai Bank, and Apple Pay and Google Pay are not withdrawal methods either. Neteller is the reverse: it is a withdrawal method (from $10) that was not in the cashier (see the deposit guide).
What a withdrawal costs: free once a month, then 2%
On a dollar account the fee works like this: nothing for the first withdrawal in a calendar month, then 2% of the amount with a ceiling of $30 (€30 or £25). A second withdrawal of $500 costs $10; one at the $12 crypto minimum costs $0.24. The cap is reached at $1,500, so a withdrawal of $4,000 costs $30, not $80. Charges by your bank, wallet or card issuer come on top; see the fees guide for them.
Waiting times in Laos
- IQ Option’s processing: up to 3 business days for every request, according to the notes under the official table and the help centre.
- Bangkok Bank and Krung Thai Bank: 1 to 3 business days.
- Card payouts: the table says instant, yet the issuing bank may need up to 21 calendar days, which is outside IQ Option’s control.
- E-wallets and crypto: 1 to 24 hours in the table (Neteller, Volet.com, WebMoney and the six coins); the help centre says the money reaches an e-wallet within about a day of IQ Option completing the request.
Verify first, withdraw second
In the help centre’s wording, a verified account is a condition of every withdrawal: an identity document, plus both sides of the card (CVV covered) if you deposited by card, checked within 3 business days of the upload. Our account verification guide shows the upload step by step.
Before you start: the rules in Laos
IQ Option let us register from Laos, but that is no Lao licence, and Laos controls foreign exchange closely. According to the law firm Tilleke & Gibbins’s summary of the Law on Foreign Exchange Management No. 15/NA of 7 July 2022, only licensed commercial banks may buy and sell foreign currency, and fines of LAK 10 to 20 million per transaction apply to anyone who uses an unauthorised foreign exchange service or exports capital for investment abroad without the approval of the Bank of the Lao PDR. Neither that summary nor the Bank of the Lao PDR notice reported by Vientiane Times on 26 April 2023 mentions IQ Option or trading platforms, and we cannot tell how the rules apply to a deposit or a withdrawal with a foreign broker. The deposit guide has the full note; this is not legal advice.
Withdrawal not there yet?
- Check the status. In the Withdrawal requests panel on the withdrawal page, Requested and In process mean IQ Option is still handling it; Funds sent means it has paid out.
- Match the method to its time. A card can take 21 calendar days; Bangkok Bank and Krung Thai Bank are listed at 1 to 3 business days; e-wallets and coins are listed at 1 to 24 hours.
- Check the amount. A request below the method’s minimum, or above your balance, is not accepted.
- Ask support. The chat inside the platform (Chats & Support in the left sidebar) or support@iqoption.com. Our support guide shows how.
