Last updated: 9 October 2026. Screenshots of the withdrawal page: 9 October 2026, Practice account registered in Montenegro, connection recognised by IQ Option as Montenegrin. Official conditions: read on 8 October 2026. The account held no real money, so IQ Option listed the methods but offered no form, and we withdrew nothing.
A withdrawal from IQ Option in Montenegro comes down to this: open the withdrawal page, choose a card, an e-wallet or one of six cryptocurrencies, enter the amount and confirm. Minimums in the official table: cards at €3, cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney at €2 and Neteller and the six coins at €10. One withdrawal a month costs nothing; every later one costs 2%, capped at €30. Below you will find the withdrawal page as a Montenegrin account sees it, IQ Option’s official minimums, the fee, the times and a checklist for a late payout. For the click-by-click routine, read the general withdrawal guide.
Quick answer
- Fee: 2% after the first withdrawal of the calendar month, which is free for every method; the fee never exceeds €30 ($30 or £25).
- Minimum (official table): €3 to cards; €2 to cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney; €10 to Neteller and the six coins.
- No bank: expect a card, an e-wallet or a crypto address: the table has no Montenegrin bank or wallet.
- Time: IQ Option asks for up to 3 business days; then the e-wallets and coins are listed at 1–24 hours and a card can take up to 21 calendar days at your bank.
- Bitcoin: not in the table, but in our account’s list on 9 October at 1 to 24 hours; no card entry appeared there.
- Zero balance: the page shows “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” and no form.
Montenegro on the withdrawal page: what the account sees
The recording of iqoption.com/en/withdrawal was made on 9 October 2026 with a Practice account registered in Montenegro (IQ Option took the connection for Montenegrin). Its real account held $0.00, so the page offered a method list and no form.
- The first screen. The page is headed Withdrawal; a notice (1) says you have 1 free withdrawal until the end of the calendar month. On the left (2), a column lists the methods and their processing time. The entries ran in alphabetical order, from Bitcoin (BTC), the selected one on our account, down. The panel on the right shows the selected method, Bitcoin (BTC), with “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” (3) and a Withdrawal Conditions link (4) that opens IQ Option’s official table.

- The list. We counted 11 entries in the list: Bitcoin, Cardano, Ethereum, Litecoin, Neteller, Ripple, Skrill, Tether (USDT) TRC20, USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain), Volet.com USD, marked “Under Maintenance” that day (1), and Webmoney WMZ (2). The remaining entries all showed “1 – 24 hours”. The list had no bank and no Visa/Mastercard entry.

- Requests and questions. Under the list, the Withdrawal requests panel (1) showed “No requests”, and below it come IQ Option’s own Frequently Asked Questions (2). Several quote 150.00 BRL, a Brazilian minimum that has nothing to do with a Montenegrin account.

On the six coins, Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney the account’s list and the official table say the same: 1 to 24 hours. Two differences: Bitcoin is in the list but not in the table, and the table has a card entry (two Visa/MasterCard rows) that the list does not. Neither has a bank. Because the real balance was zero, the page never opened a withdrawal form; for the methods your own account can use, open your own withdrawal page.
Official minimums for Montenegro
These are the methods in IQ Option’s official table for our Montenegrin account. The minimums are in euros, dollars and pounds, the currencies a Montenegrin account can hold.

| Method | Minimum withdrawal | Time shown |
|---|---|---|
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (first row) | €3 (or $2, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (second row) | €2 (or $2, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| E-wallets: Neteller | €10 (or $10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
| E-wallets: Skrill, Volet.com USD, Webmoney WMZ | €2 (or $2, £2) | 1–24 hours |
| Crypto: Cardano (ADA), Ethereum (ETH) ERC-20, Litecoin (LTC), Ripple (XRP), Tether (USDT) TRC20, USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain) | €10 (or $12, £10) | 1–24 hours |
Montenegro’s table has no bank and no local wallet: two Visa/MasterCard rows (€3 and €2), Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney at €2, Neteller and the six coins at €10. The account is held in euros, pounds or US dollars, so every minimum is in those currencies.
Where the money can go
According to IQ Option’s help centre, the way you deposited decides the way you can withdraw: an e-wallet deposit can only be withdrawn to the same e-wallet account, and what you can send back to a card is limited to what you deposited with it. The Montenegrin cashier is international and short: Neteller, Skrill, Visa / Mastercard and seven coins. None of them is deposit-only: each also has a withdrawal row, and there is no local bank or wallet in either direction (see the deposit guide).
What a withdrawal costs: free once a month, then 2%
IQ Option charges nothing for the first withdrawal of a calendar month, whatever the method. Each later one costs 2%, capped at €30 ($30 or £25) on a euro account. A second withdrawal of €200 costs €4; one at the €10 crypto minimum costs €0.20. The cap is reached at €1,500, so a withdrawal of €3,000 costs €30, not €60. The receiving bank, wallet or card issuer can add its own charge. Other costs are in our fees guide.
When the money arrives in Montenegro
- Processing at IQ Option: allow up to 3 business days for every request; the notes under the official table and the help centre both say so.
- Cards: the table shows instant, but the money can need up to 21 calendar days to reach you, because that part is up to the bank that issued the card.
- Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com, WebMoney and the six coins: listed at 1 to 24 hours. For e-wallets the help centre says the money arrives about a day after IQ Option has completed the request.
What IQ Option checks before it pays
IQ Option’s help centre says you need to verify your identity before you can withdraw: a photo of an identity document, and, if you deposited by card, both sides of the card with the CVV hidden. Documents are checked within 3 business days, so verify before you need the money. See our account verification guide.
The rules in Montenegro to check first
IQ Option let us register from Montenegro, but that is no Montenegrin licence. The Capital Market Authority tells investors in its standing warning that securities are bought and sold only through licensed investment firms and credit institutions, and asks people to check its list of licensed firms before they do business. Its warnings page carries no alerts of its own. Montenegro does block gambling websites on the Games of Chance Administration’s list, but we found nothing that treats trading platforms as gambling, and no notice that names IQ Option. The deposit guide has the full note; this is not legal advice.
If your withdrawal has not arrived
- Check the status. In the Withdrawal requests panel on the withdrawal page, Requested and In process mean IQ Option is still handling it; Funds sent means it has paid out.
- Match the method to its time. A card can take 21 calendar days; e-wallets and coins are listed at 1 to 24 hours.
- Check the amount. Each method has a minimum, and the amount cannot exceed your balance.
- If nothing helps, contact support. Chat from the left sidebar (Chats & Support) or write to support@iqoption.com; our support guide explains both.
Withdrawal guides by country
The list of methods and the minimums follow the country of registration. The same recording method was used for these guides:

Every country guide is in the grid on the IQ Option withdrawal guide.
