Last updated: 9 October 2026. The withdrawal page below was recorded on 9 October 2026 on an IQ Option Practice account registered in Andorra, over a connection that IQ Option recognised as Andorran, and the conditions come from IQ Option’s official withdrawals page for that account, read on 8 October 2026. The account held no real money, so IQ Option showed the list of methods but no form. We did not withdraw anything.
A withdrawal from IQ Option in Andorra comes down to this: open the withdrawal page, choose a card or an e-wallet, enter the amount and confirm. The table sets these minimums: €3 for cards, €2 for cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney and €10 for Neteller. One withdrawal a month costs nothing; every later one costs 2%, capped at €30. This guide shows what the withdrawal page of an Andorran account lists, the official minimums, the fee and the times, and what to check if a withdrawal is late. The steps are the same in every country; the general withdrawal guide shows each one.
Quick answer
- Fee: the first withdrawal of each calendar month is free for every method; later ones cost 2%, up to €30 ($30 or £25).
- Minimum (official table): €3 to cards; €2 to cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney; €10 to Neteller.
- No bank: expect a card or an e-wallet: the table has no Andorran bank or wallet.
- Time: 1–24 hours for the e-wallets, up to 21 calendar days for a card (your bank decides), and up to 3 business days for IQ Option to process the request.
- Bitcoin: absent from the official table and from the withdrawal page of our account on 9 October.
- Empty balance: no form opens; the page says “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0”.
What the withdrawal page looks like in Andorra
On 9 October 2026 we logged in to a Practice account registered in Andorra, over a connection that IQ Option recognised as Andorran, and opened iqoption.com/en/withdrawal. The real account held $0.00, which is why the page showed the list of methods and no form. IQ Option also serves this page in Spanish, at iqoption.com/es/withdrawal.
- The first screen. The heading is Withdrawal, with the notice that you have 1 free withdrawal until the end of the calendar month (1). The left-hand column (2) shows each method with its processing time. It held only a few entries, so the whole list is in the first screenshot: the selected one on our account was Neteller. On the right, the panel for the selected method, Neteller, says “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” (3) and has a Withdrawal Conditions link (4) to IQ Option’s official table.

- The list. The list had four entries: Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com USD, marked “Under Maintenance” that day, and Webmoney WMZ. The other entries showed “1 – 24 hours”. It had no bank, no coin and no Visa/Mastercard entry.
- Requests and questions. Under the list, the Withdrawal requests panel (1) showed “No requests”, and below it come IQ Option’s own Frequently Asked Questions (2). Several quote 150.00 BRL, a Brazilian minimum that has nothing to do with an Andorran account.

On Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney the account’s list and the official table say the same: 1 to 24 hours. They differ in one place: the table has a card entry (two Visa/MasterCard rows), the list does not. Neither shows a bank or a cryptocurrency, so Bitcoin was not listed either. No form appeared with a zero balance, so we cannot show how a withdrawal ends; your own withdrawal page lists what your account can use.
Withdrawal methods and minimums in Andorra
The table below is IQ Option’s own, for our Andorran account. The minimums are in euros, dollars and pounds, the currencies an Andorran account can hold.

| Method | Minimum withdrawal | Time shown |
|---|---|---|
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (first row) | €3 (or $2, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (second row) | €2 (or $2, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| E-wallets: Neteller | €10 (or $10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
| E-wallets: Skrill, Volet.com USD, Webmoney WMZ | €2 (or $2, £2) | 1–24 hours |
Andorra’s table has only six rows: two Visa/MasterCard rows (€3 and €2), Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney at €2, and Neteller at €10. There is no bank, no local wallet and no cryptocurrency. The account is held in euros, pounds or US dollars, so every minimum is in those currencies.
Which method can you withdraw to?
What you can withdraw to depends on what you deposited with, says the help centre: money from an e-wallet can only be paid back to the same e-wallet account, and a card can only be repaid up to the amount deposited with it. The Andorran cashier offers only Visa / Mastercard, Skrill and Neteller, and no coins. They all have a matching withdrawal row, so there is no deposit-only method, and there is no local bank or wallet in either direction (see the deposit guide).
The fee: 2% after the first withdrawal of the month
The first withdrawal of every calendar month is free for all methods, as the notice at the top of the page says. From the second one on, IQ Option takes 2% of the amount, up to €30 ($30 or £25) on a euro account. A second withdrawal of €250 costs €5; one at the €3 Visa/MasterCard minimum costs €0.06. The cap is reached at €1,500, so a withdrawal of €7,500 costs €30, not €150. The receiving bank, wallet or card issuer may add a fee of its own; our fees guide lists the other costs.
Processing times for Andorra
- IQ Option’s processing: up to 3 business days for every request, according to the notes under the official table and the help centre.
- Card: “Instant” in the table, yet the issuing bank can take as long as 21 calendar days; IQ Option cannot shorten that.
- E-wallets: 1 to 24 hours in the table (Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney); the help centre says the money reaches an e-wallet within about a day of IQ Option completing the request.
Verification before the first payout
Before the first payout IQ Option wants to know who is asking. Its help centre lists a photo of an identity document and, for a card deposit, both sides of the card (hide the CVV). It says documents are checked within 3 business days, so send them early. The steps are in our account verification guide.
The rules in Andorra to check first
IQ Option let us register from Andorra, but that is no Andorran licence. The Andorran Financial Authority (AFA) publishes its warnings on an alerts page; the closest entry is its notice of 2 October 2025 about a platform called QuantumAI, which showed “clear signs of fraud” and was not authorised to provide investment services in Andorra. None of the entries we read on 8 October 2026 names IQ Option. We cannot give legal advice. The complete note is in the deposit guide.
Withdrawal not there yet?
- Check the status. In the Withdrawal requests panel on the withdrawal page, Requested and In process mean IQ Option is still handling it; Funds sent means it has paid out.
- Check the method. A card can take 21 calendar days; e-wallets are listed at 1 to 24 hours.
- Check the amount. A request below the method’s minimum, or above your balance, is not accepted.
- Contact support. Use the chat inside the platform (Chats & Support in the left sidebar) or write to support@iqoption.com. See our support guide.
