Last updated: 9 October 2026. We logged in on 9 October 2026 to a Practice account registered in North Macedonia, through a connection that IQ Option took for Macedonian, and read IQ Option’s official withdrawal conditions for it on 8 October 2026. The balance was zero, so there was a list of methods but no form, and nothing was withdrawn.
In North Macedonia, withdrawing from IQ Option means opening the withdrawal page, choosing a card or an e-wallet, entering the amount and confirming. The table sets these minimums: Neteller at €10, cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney at €2 and cards at €3. One withdrawal a month costs nothing; every later one costs 2%, capped at €30. Everything here comes from a Macedonian Practice account: the page, the official table, the fee, the processing times and a short list of things to try when a payout is late. The click-by-click routine is in the general withdrawal guide.
Quick answer
- Fee: 2% after the first withdrawal of the calendar month, which is free for every method; the fee never exceeds €30 ($30 or £25).
- Minimum (official table): €3 to cards; €2 to cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney; €10 to Neteller.
- No bank: the table has no Macedonian bank or wallet, so money goes back to a card or an e-wallet.
- Time: the e-wallets take 1–24 hours; a card can need up to 21 calendar days because of your bank; IQ Option itself asks for up to 3 business days.
- Bitcoin: we found it neither in the official table nor on our account’s withdrawal page on 9 October.
- Empty balance: with no money in the account you get the message “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” and no form.
Inside the withdrawal page of a Macedonian account
We looked at iqoption.com/en/withdrawal on 9 October 2026, logged in to a Practice account registered in North Macedonia over a connection that IQ Option recognised as Macedonian. With $0.00 in the real account, IQ Option showed the list of methods and no form.
- The page. Under the Withdrawal heading, a notice (1) says that you have 1 free withdrawal until the end of the calendar month. The methods are in the column on the left (2), each with its processing time. The list was short enough to see at once: the selected entry on our account was Neteller. The panel on the right belongs to the selected method, Neteller: it shows “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” (3), and its Withdrawal Conditions link (4) opens IQ Option’s official table.

- The list. It had four entries, all visible in the first screenshot: Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com USD, marked “Under Maintenance” that day, and Webmoney WMZ. The other entries showed “1 – 24 hours”. The list showed no bank, no coin and no Visa/Mastercard entry.
- Requests and questions. Under the list sits the Withdrawal requests panel (1), empty on our account (“No requests”), and under that IQ Option’s own Frequently Asked Questions (2). Some questions quote 150.00 BRL, a Brazilian minimum that does not apply to a Macedonian account.

Both sources agree on Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney, at 1 to 24 hours. The list and the table disagree on a single point: the card entry (two Visa/MasterCard rows) is only in the table. Neither shows a bank or a cryptocurrency, so there was no Bitcoin either. We could not open a form to test a withdrawal, so check your own withdrawal page for the methods your account can use.
Official minimums for North Macedonia
These are the methods in IQ Option’s official table for our Macedonian account. The minimums are in euros, dollars and pounds, the currencies a Macedonian account can hold (there is no denar account).

| Method | Minimum withdrawal | Time shown |
|---|---|---|
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (first row) | €3 (or $2, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (second row) | €2 (or $2, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| E-wallets: Neteller | €10 (or $10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
| E-wallets: Skrill, Volet.com USD, Webmoney WMZ | €2 (or $2, £2) | 1–24 hours |
North Macedonia’s table has six rows: two Visa/MasterCard rows (€3 and €2), Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney at €2, and Neteller at €10. There is no bank, no local wallet and no cryptocurrency. The account is held in euros, pounds or US dollars; the deposit guide found no denar account.
Deposits decide withdrawal methods
In IQ Option’s help centre, withdrawals follow deposits: funds that came in through an e-wallet can only go back to that e-wallet account, and a card payout cannot exceed what was deposited with the card. The Macedonian cashier offers only Neteller, Skrill and Visa / Mastercard, with Volet.com on IQ Option’s official deposits page, and no coins, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Each of those methods also has a withdrawal row, so none is deposit-only.
The fee: 2% after the first withdrawal of the month
The first withdrawal of every calendar month is free for all methods, as the notice at the top of the page says. From the second one on, IQ Option takes 2% of the amount, up to €30 ($30 or £25) on a euro account. A second withdrawal of €200 costs €4; one at the €3 Visa/MasterCard minimum costs €0.06. The cap is reached at €1,500, so a withdrawal of €7,500 costs €30, not €150. The receiving bank, wallet or card issuer may add a fee of its own; our fees guide lists the other costs.
How long a withdrawal to North Macedonia takes
- IQ Option’s side: processing takes up to 3 business days whatever the method, according to the notes under the table and the help centre.
- Cards: listed as instant in the table; the card issuer can take up to 21 calendar days to credit the money, and IQ Option cannot speed that up.
- E-wallets: 1 to 24 hours in the table (Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney); the help centre says the money reaches an e-wallet within about a day of IQ Option completing the request.
Verification before the first payout
You need to be verified before the first payout. The help centre asks for an identity document and, if you funded the account by card, both sides of that card with the CVV hidden; it promises a check within 3 business days. Upload them before your first request. Our account verification guide walks through it.
A note on the rules in North Macedonia
IQ Option let us register from North Macedonia, but that is no Macedonian licence. The Securities Commission (KHV) uses its news page to warn against trading firms: on 4 March 2020 it said that Fortrade Ltd, London, has no authorisation to provide or advertise securities services in North Macedonia, and on 25 August 2026 it warned of a forged “authorisation for trading” document. The news list we read on 8 October 2026 contains no notice that names IQ Option. These are warnings, not a ban. This is not legal advice: the deposit guide has the full note.
If your withdrawal has not arrived
- Look at the request. The Withdrawal requests panel shows each request: Requested and In process mean IQ Option is still working on it, Funds sent means the money has left.
- Match the method to its time. A card can take 21 calendar days; e-wallets are listed at 1 to 24 hours.
- Check the figures. The request must reach the method’s minimum and stay within your balance.
- Contact support. Use the chat inside the platform (Chats & Support in the left sidebar) or write to support@iqoption.com. See our support guide.
