Last updated: 9 October 2026. Everything below comes from an IQ Option Practice account registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina: the withdrawal page was recorded on 9 October 2026 over a connection that IQ Option recognised as Bosnian, and the official conditions were read on 8 October 2026. The account held no real money, so no withdrawal form opened and no money moved.
To withdraw from IQ Option in Bosnia and Herzegovina, you open the withdrawal page, choose a card, an e-wallet or one of six cryptocurrencies, enter the amount and confirm. The table sets these minimums: €10 for Neteller and the six coins, €2 for cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney and €3 for cards. The first withdrawal in a calendar month is free, and later ones cost 2% (at most €30). The steps are identical in every country, so they live in the general withdrawal guide. This page covers what differs for a Bosnian account: the list of methods, the minimums, the fee, the waiting times and the checks for a late payout.
Quick answer
- Fee: the first withdrawal of each calendar month is free for every method; later ones cost 2%, up to €30 ($30 or £25).
- Minimum (official table): €3 to cards; €2 to cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney; €10 to Neteller and the six coins.
- No bank: the table has neither a bank nor a local wallet for a Bosnian account; withdrawals go back to a card, an e-wallet or a crypto address.
- Time: the e-wallets and coins take 1–24 hours; a card can need up to 21 calendar days because of your bank; IQ Option itself asks for up to 3 business days.
- Bitcoin: missing from the official table, yet present (1 to 24 hours) on our account’s withdrawal page on 9 October, which showed no card entry.
- Empty balance: the withdrawal page shows “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” instead of a form.
What IQ Option shows a Bosnian account
This is iqoption.com/en/withdrawal as it looked on 9 October 2026 for a Practice account registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina (connection recognised by IQ Option as Bosnian). The real account held $0.00, so there was a method list but no form.
- Opening the page. At the top is the Withdrawal heading and a notice (1): 1 free withdrawal until the end of the calendar month. The methods are in the column on the left (2), each with its processing time, in alphabetical order. On our account the selected entry was Bitcoin (BTC). The panel on the right belongs to the selected method, Bitcoin (BTC): it shows “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” (3), and its Withdrawal Conditions link (4) opens IQ Option’s official table.

- The list. The list held 11 entries: Bitcoin, Cardano, Ethereum, Litecoin, Neteller, Ripple, Skrill, Tether (USDT) TRC20, USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain), Volet.com USD, marked “Under Maintenance” that day (1), and Webmoney WMZ (2). Every other entry showed “1 – 24 hours”. The list showed no bank and no Visa/Mastercard entry.

- Requests and questions. The Withdrawal requests panel (1) sits under the list and was empty (“No requests”). Further down are the page’s Frequently Asked Questions (2), which refer to a Brazilian amount (150.00 BRL) that does not apply to a Bosnian account.

Both sources agree on the six coins, Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney, at 1 to 24 hours. They do not match on two points. Bitcoin appears only in the list, and the card entry (two Visa/MasterCard rows) appears only in the table. A bank is in neither. With a zero balance no withdrawal form opened, so look at your own withdrawal page for what your account can use.
Withdrawal methods and minimums in Bosnia and Herzegovina
The table below is IQ Option’s own, for our Bosnian account. The minimums are in euros, dollars and pounds, the currencies a Bosnian account can hold (the convertible mark is not among them).

| Method | Minimum withdrawal | Time shown |
|---|---|---|
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (first row) | €3 (or $2, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (second row) | €2 (or $2, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| E-wallets: Neteller | €10 (or $10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
| E-wallets: Skrill, Volet.com USD, Webmoney WMZ | €2 (or $2, £2) | 1–24 hours |
| Crypto: Cardano (ADA), Ethereum (ETH) ERC-20, Litecoin (LTC), Ripple (XRP), Tether (USDT) TRC20, USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain) | €10 (or $12, £10) | 1–24 hours |
The table for Bosnia and Herzegovina has no bank and no local wallet: two Visa/MasterCard rows (€3 and €2), Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney at €2, Neteller and the six coins at €10. The account is held in euros, pounds or US dollars; the deposit guide found no convertible-mark option.
Which method will your withdrawal use?
IQ Option’s help centre links the two directions: the method you deposit with limits where you can withdraw. An e-wallet deposit can only come back to the same e-wallet account, and a card payout cannot be larger than what the card paid in. The Bosnian cashier offers Neteller, Skrill, Visa / Mastercard and seven coins, and nothing else. They all have a matching withdrawal row, so there is no deposit-only method, and nothing local exists in either direction (see the deposit guide).
Fees: one free withdrawal a month, then 2%
On a euro account the fee works like this: nothing for the first withdrawal in a calendar month, then 2% of the amount with a ceiling of €30 ($30 or £25). A second withdrawal of €500 costs €10; one at the €10 crypto minimum costs €0.20. The cap is reached at €1,500, so a withdrawal of €8,000 costs €30, not €160. Charges by your bank, wallet or card issuer come on top; see the fees guide for them.
How long to wait for a withdrawal in Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Processing at IQ Option: allow up to 3 business days for every request; the notes under the official table and the help centre both say so.
- Cards: listed as instant in the table; the card issuer can take up to 21 calendar days to credit the money, and IQ Option cannot speed that up.
- E-wallets and crypto (Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com, WebMoney and the six coins): 1 to 24 hours in the table, and, for an e-wallet, about a day after IQ Option completes the request, says the help centre.
Verify first, withdraw second
You need to be verified before the first payout. The help centre asks for an identity document and, if you funded the account by card, both sides of that card with the CVV hidden; it promises a check within 3 business days. Upload them before your first request. Our account verification guide walks through it.
Before you start: the rules in Bosnia and Herzegovina
IQ Option let us register from Bosnia and Herzegovina, but that is no Bosnian licence, and the securities commissions we found sit at the level of the country’s two entities. The Securities Commission of Republika Srpska lists a public warning of 25 March 2016 about the firm FXLider, which had no permit for activity in Republika Srpska, and the Securities Commission of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina warned on 5 September 2023 about buying digital assets and other financial instruments from unauthorised sources. Neither notice names IQ Option, and they are warnings, not bans. Nothing here is legal advice; the deposit guide has the complete note.
A late withdrawal: what to check
- Look at the request. The Withdrawal requests panel shows each request: Requested and In process mean IQ Option is still working on it, Funds sent means the money has left.
- Check the method. A card can take 21 calendar days; e-wallets and coins are listed at 1 to 24 hours.
- Check the amount. Each method has a minimum, and the amount cannot exceed your balance.
- Write to support. Chats & Support in the left sidebar opens the chat; the email address is support@iqoption.com. More in our support guide.
