Last updated: 8 October 2026. The withdrawal page below was recorded on 8 October 2026 on an IQ Option Practice account registered in Malaysia, over a Malaysian connection, and the conditions come from IQ Option’s official withdrawals page for that account, read on 4 October 2026. The account held no real money, so IQ Option showed the list of methods but no form. We did not withdraw anything.
To withdraw from IQ Option in Malaysia, you open the withdrawal page, choose a Malaysian bank, a card, an e-wallet or crypto, enter the amount and confirm. The six Malaysian banks and crypto start at RM 50, and cards and e-wallets at RM 10 (RM 13 on one of the two card entries). The first withdrawal of each calendar month is free; later ones cost 2%, at most RM 125. IQ Option lists 1 to 24 hours for five banks and the e-wallets, and an unusual “1 – 24 business days” for AmBank. This guide shows what a Malaysian account’s withdrawal page lists, the minimums, the fee and the times, and what to check if a withdrawal is late. The steps are the same in every country; the general withdrawal guide shows each one.
Quick answer
- Fee: one free withdrawal per calendar month, whatever the method; after that 2%, at most RM 125 (or $30, €30, £25).
- Minimum (official table): RM 50 to the six Malaysian banks and to crypto; RM 10 to Volet.com and WebMoney; RM 10 or RM 13 to cards (two Visa/Mastercard rows).
- Banks: AmBank, CIMB Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Maybank, Public Bank and RHB Bank.
- Time: 1–24 hours for five banks and the e-wallets; AmBank is listed at 1–24 business days; a card can take up to 21 calendar days; IQ Option asks you to allow up to 3 business days.
- No Skrill or Neteller: the Malaysian table lists only Volet.com and WebMoney as e-wallets.
- Bitcoin: not in the official table, but listed (1 to 24 hours) on the withdrawal page of our account on 8 October 2026; the page had no card entry.
- Empty balance: the withdrawal page shows “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” instead of a form.
What IQ Option shows a Malaysian account
We opened iqoption.com/en/withdrawal on 8 October 2026 from a Malaysian connection, logged in to a Practice account registered in Malaysia. The real account held RM 0.00, so the page showed the method list and no form.
- The page. The heading is Withdrawal, with the notice that you have 1 free withdrawal until the end of the calendar month (1). The column on the left (2) lists the methods with their processing time, starting with the six Malaysian banks: AmBank, CIMB Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Maybank, Public Bank and RHB Bank, each at “1 – 24 hours”. The panel on the right shows the selected one, AmBank, with “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” (3) and a Withdrawal Conditions link (4) that opens IQ Option’s official table.

- The list. After the banks the list continues with seven coins, Bitcoin (BTC) (1) first, then Cardano, Ethereum (ERC-20), Litecoin, Ripple, Tether (TRC20) and USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain), all at 1 to 24 hours. It ends with Volet.com USD, marked “Under Maintenance” that day, and Webmoney WMZ. That is 15 entries. The list had no Visa/Mastercard, Skrill or Neteller entry.

- Requests and questions. Below the list, the Withdrawal requests panel (1) was empty (“No requests”). Under it, the page’s Frequently Asked Questions (2) are IQ Option’s own; some of them mention 150.00BRL, a Brazilian figure that does not apply to a Malaysian account.

The account’s list and the official table agree on the six banks and the e-wallets, and they differ on three points. The list shows AmBank at 1 to 24 hours, while the table says “1 – 24 business days”. It lists Bitcoin, which the table does not. And it had no card entry, which the table has. We could not open a form to test a withdrawal, so check your own withdrawal page for the methods your account can use.
Withdrawal methods and minimums in Malaysia
IQ Option’s official table for our Malaysian account lists these methods. The minimums are in ringgit for a ringgit account, and in dollars, euros or pounds for an account in those currencies.

| Method | Minimum withdrawal | Time shown |
|---|---|---|
| Banks: CIMB Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Maybank, Public Bank, RHB Bank | RM 50 ($14, €14, £11) | 1–24 hours |
| Bank: AmBank | RM 50 ($14, €14, £11) | “1 – 24 business days” |
| Visa/Mastercard (two entries) | RM 13 ($2, €3, £2) and RM 10 ($2, €2, £2) | Instant on IQ Option’s side; up to 21 calendar days at your bank |
| Volet.com USD, WebMoney | RM 10 ($2, €2, £2) | 1–24 hours |
| Crypto: Tether (USDT) TRC20, Ethereum ERC-20, USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain), XRP, Cardano, Litecoin | RM 50 ($12, €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
Two things set Malaysia apart from most other countries. The table has no Skrill or Neteller row, only Volet.com and WebMoney. And DuitNow QR, which the Malaysian deposit guide uses for deposits, is not a withdrawal method: money goes back to a bank, a card, an e-wallet or a crypto wallet.
Fees: one free withdrawal a month, then 2%
The notice at the top of the withdrawal page says: “You have 1 free withdrawal(s) left until the end of the calendar month.” After the free one, each withdrawal in that month costs 2% of the amount, at most RM 125 on a ringgit account ($30, €30 or £25 on an account in those currencies). A second withdrawal of RM 500 costs RM 10; one at the RM 50 bank minimum costs RM 1. The cap is reached at RM 6,250, so a withdrawal of RM 10,000 costs RM 125, not RM 200. Your bank or wallet may charge its own fee. Our fees guide covers the other costs.
How long a withdrawal to Malaysia takes
- IQ Option’s processing: up to 3 business days for every request, according to the notes under the official table and the help centre.
- Banks: CIMB Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Maybank, Public Bank and RHB Bank are listed at 1 to 24 hours. AmBank’s entry in the official table reads “1 – 24 business days”, so plan for longer if you use it; the withdrawal page of our account listed AmBank at 1 to 24 hours.
- Cards: shown as instant, but the bank that issued the card can take up to 21 calendar days.
- E-wallets and crypto: 1 to 24 hours in the table; the help centre says the money reaches an e-wallet within about a day of IQ Option completing the request.
Before your first withdrawal: verification
IQ Option’s help centre says you need to verify your identity before you can withdraw: a photo of an identity document, and, if you deposited by card, both sides of the card with the CVV hidden. Documents are checked within 3 business days, so verify before you need the money. See our account verification guide.
If your withdrawal has not arrived
- Check the status. In the Withdrawal requests panel on the withdrawal page, Requested and In process mean IQ Option is still handling it; Funds sent means it has paid out.
- Check the bank. AmBank is listed in business days, and a card can take 21 calendar days.
- Check the amount. Each method has a minimum, and the amount cannot exceed your balance.
- Contact support. Use the chat inside the platform (Chats & Support in the left sidebar) or write to support@iqoption.com. See our support guide.
