Last updated: 9 October 2026. We logged in on 9 October 2026 to a Practice account registered in Serbia, through a connection that IQ Option took for Serbian, and read IQ Option’s official withdrawal conditions for it on 8 October 2026. The balance was zero, so there was a list of methods but no form, and nothing was withdrawn.

Flag of SerbiaA withdrawal from IQ Option in Serbia comes down to this: open the withdrawal page, choose a card or an e-wallet, enter the amount and confirm. The smallest amounts: Neteller at €10, cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney at €2 and cards at €3. Each calendar month the first withdrawal is free; after that the fee is 2%, never more than €30. What follows is specific to a Serbian account: how the withdrawal page looks, which methods and minimums the official table lists, what the fee is and how long to wait. The steps that never change are in the general withdrawal guide.

Quick answer

  • Fee: one free withdrawal per calendar month, whatever the method; after that 2%, at most €30 ($30 or £25).
  • Minimum (official table): €3 to cards; €2 to cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney; €10 to Neteller.
  • No bank: the table has neither a bank nor a local wallet for a Serbian account; withdrawals go back to a card or an e-wallet.
  • Time: the e-wallets take 1–24 hours; a card can need up to 21 calendar days because of your bank; IQ Option itself asks for up to 3 business days.
  • Bitcoin: neither the official table nor the withdrawal page of our account on 9 October listed it.
  • Empty balance: no form opens; the page says “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0”.

The withdrawal page of a Serbian account

On 9 October 2026 we logged in to a Practice account registered in Serbia, over a connection that IQ Option recognised as Serbian, and opened iqoption.com/en/withdrawal. The real account held $0.00, which is why the page showed the list of methods and no form.

  1. Opening the page. The heading is Withdrawal, with the notice that you have 1 free withdrawal until the end of the calendar month (1). The column on the left (2) lists the methods with their processing time. It was short enough to see in one piece: on our account the selected entry was Neteller. The panel on the right belongs to the selected method, Neteller: it shows “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” (3), and its Withdrawal Conditions link (4) opens IQ Option’s official table.
The withdrawal page of a Serbian account with no balance: the free-withdrawal notice (1), the method list (2), the message for an empty balance (3) and the Withdrawal Conditions link (4).
The withdrawal page of a Serbian account with no balance: the free-withdrawal notice (1), the method list (2), the message for an empty balance (3) and the Withdrawal Conditions link (4).
  1. The list. The list had only four entries, all visible in the first screenshot: Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com USD, marked “Under Maintenance” that day, and Webmoney WMZ. Each of the other entries showed “1 – 24 hours”. It had no bank, no coin and no Visa/Mastercard entry.
  1. Requests and questions. The Withdrawal requests panel (1) sits under the list and was empty (“No requests”). Further down are the page’s Frequently Asked Questions (2), which refer to a Brazilian amount (150.00 BRL) that does not apply to a Serbian account.
The Withdrawal requests panel (1), empty on our account, above IQ Option's Frequently Asked Questions (2).
The Withdrawal requests panel (1), empty on our account, above IQ Option’s Frequently Asked Questions (2).

The list in our account matches the official table for Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney (1 to 24 hours). One difference: the list has no card entry, although the table has one (two Visa/MasterCard rows). Neither shows a bank or a cryptocurrency, so the list had no Bitcoin either. There was no form to try without a balance; your own withdrawal page is the final word on which methods you can use.

Official minimums for Serbia

IQ Option’s official table, as it appears for our Serbian account, has these methods. The minimums are in euros, dollars and pounds, the currencies a Serbian account can hold (there is no dinar account).

IQ Option's official table for a Serbian account: the free-withdrawal notice (1), €10 (and $10, £10) for Neteller, the first row (2), 2% up to €30 (3) and 1 to 24 hours (4), with the first Visa/MasterCard row below it.

Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (first row)€3 (or $2, £2)Instant (see the note on cards)

E-wallets: Neteller€10 (or $10, £10)1–24 hours
E-wallets: Skrill, Volet.com USD, Webmoney WMZ€2 (or $2, £2)1–24 hours

Serbia’s table has only six rows: two Visa/MasterCard rows (€3 and €2), Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney at €2, and Neteller at €10. There is no bank, no local wallet and no cryptocurrency. The account is held in euros, pounds or US dollars: the deposit guide found no dinar account.

Deposits decide withdrawal methods

According to IQ Option’s help centre, the way you deposited decides the way you can withdraw: an e-wallet deposit can only be withdrawn to the same e-wallet account, and what you can send back to a card is limited to what you deposited with it. The Serbian cashier offers Visa / Mastercard, Skrill and Neteller, with Volet.com on IQ Option’s official deposits page, and no coins. They all have a matching withdrawal row, so there is no deposit-only method, and there is no local bank method in either direction.

Costs: one free withdrawal, then 2%

The notice at the top of the withdrawal page says that you have 1 free withdrawal per calendar month, whatever the payment method. After the free one, each withdrawal in that month costs 2% of the amount, at most €30 ($30 or £25) on a euro account. A second withdrawal of €600 costs €12; one at the €3 Visa/MasterCard minimum costs €0.06. The cap is reached at €1,500, so a withdrawal of €3,000 costs €30, not €60. Your bank, wallet or card issuer may charge its own fee. Our fees guide covers the other costs.

How long a withdrawal to Serbia takes

  • Before the payout: the help centre says requests are processed within 3 business days, and the notes under the official table ask you to allow the same, whatever the method.
  • Cards: shown as instant, but the bank that issued the card can take up to 21 calendar days. IQ Option cannot speed that up.
  • E-wallets (Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney): 1 to 24 hours in the table, and about a day after IQ Option completes the request, according to the help centre.

Verify first, withdraw second

You need to be verified before the first payout. The help centre asks for an identity document and, if you funded the account by card, both sides of that card with the CVV hidden; it promises a check within 3 business days. Upload them before your first request. Our account verification guide walks through it.

A note on the rules in Serbia

IQ Option let us register from Serbia, but that is no Serbian licence. In 2021 the Securities Commission (Komisija za hartije od vrednosti) warned that firms offering binary options and other high-risk products and advertising them on social networks as a rule hold no Commission licence and are not supervised (Biznis.rs, 28 April 2021). Neither that warning nor the National Bank of Serbia’s notice of 9 February 2021 names IQ Option. We are not lawyers; read the full note in the deposit guide.

When a withdrawal is late

  • Check the status. In the Withdrawal requests panel on the withdrawal page, Requested and In process mean IQ Option is still handling it; Funds sent means it has paid out.
  • Remember the method’s time. A card can take 21 calendar days; e-wallets are listed at 1 to 24 hours.
  • Check the amount. Each method has a minimum, and the amount cannot exceed your balance.
  • Write to support. Chats & Support in the left sidebar opens the chat; the email address is support@iqoption.com. More in our support guide.

Withdrawal guides by country

The banks, wallets and minimums depend on the country your account is registered in. Our other withdrawal guides, recorded the same way:

  • North Macedonia: Cards, e-wallets (no banks, no crypto)
  • Andorra: Cards, e-wallets (no banks, no crypto)
  • Monaco: Cards, e-wallets (no banks, no crypto)
  • Bosnia and Herzegovina: Cards, e-wallets, crypto (no banks)
  • Montenegro: Cards, e-wallets, crypto (no banks)
  • Brazil: 18 banks, cards, Skrill
  • Nigeria: 5 banks, OPay, cards
  • Malaysia: 6 banks, cards, e-wallets

Every country guide is in the grid on the IQ Option withdrawal guide.
