How to Withdraw Money from IQ Option in Brazil: Step-by-Step Guide

Last updated: 5 October 2026. Every screenshot below was recorded that day on an IQ Option Practice account registered in Brazil, over a São Paulo connection, and the conditions come from IQ Option’s official withdrawals page and help centre for that account. The account had no money, so IQ Option showed the withdrawal page but no form. We did not withdraw anything.

To withdraw from IQ Option in Brazil, you open the withdrawal page, choose where the money goes (PIX, a Brazilian bank, Nubank, PicPay, a card, crypto or an e-wallet), enter the amount and the details the form asks for, and confirm. The first withdrawal of each calendar month is free; later ones cost 2%, at most R$ 125. IQ Option’s official table sets the minimum at R$ 60 for the 18 Brazilian banks and R$ 12 for cards, Skrill and Volet.com, and it lists 1 to 24 hours for most methods. This guide shows the withdrawal page as our Brazilian account saw it, what each part means, and what to check before and after you ask for your money.

Quick answer

  • Fee: one free withdrawal per calendar month, whatever the method; after that 2%, at most R$ 125 (or $30, €30, £25).
  • Methods on the page: PIX (CPF, phone, e-mail or random key), 18 banks, Nubank, PicPay, seven cryptocurrencies, Neteller, Skrill and Volet.com.
  • Minimum (official table): R$ 60 to the 18 banks, R$ 12 to cards, Skrill and Volet.com, R$ 69 to Neteller, R$ 72 to crypto. PIX, Nubank, PicPay and Bitcoin are not in the table.
  • Time: 1–24 hours for PIX (CPF, phone, e-mail), 11 banks and the e-wallets; PIX (random key) 1–3 business days; seven banks 1–8 business days; allow up to 3 business days.
  • Verification: IQ Option’s help centre says you must verify your identity before you can withdraw.
  • Empty balance: the page shows “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0.”

Regulator notice for Brazil. IQ Option’s own disclaimer says it “is not authorized by the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) to directly offer securities distribution services to investors resident, domiciled, or incorporated in the Federative Republic of Brazil”. The CVM published an alert about IQ Option Ltd. (Ato Declaratório CVM 17.790, 26 April 2021, updated 1 February 2024) saying it is not authorised to solicit clients residing in Brazil. In the CVM enforcement case against IQ OPTION LLC (PAS 19957.006709/2021-81), the CVM board rejected a second settlement proposal on 24 March 2026 and said the case should be decided at a judgment. The charges are alleged and we know of no final decision. Details and sources: Is IQ Option legit? (section “Regulator warnings”). Sources: CVM alert, CVM board minutes no. 6, IQ Option disclaimer.

How to withdraw from IQ Option in Brazil, step by step

We followed the steps on a Practice account registered in Brazil that had never made a deposit. The numbers in each screenshot show where to look, in order. Because the real account held R$ 0.00, the page stopped at a message instead of a form, so the last part of Step 4 comes from IQ Option’s help centre and our earlier test, not from a recording.

Step 1: Open the withdrawal page

Log in, open your profile menu at the top right and choose Withdraw Funds, or go straight to iqoption.com/en/withdrawal. The Portuguese version is at iqoption.com/pt/withdrawal. The page opens with the heading Withdrawal and the line “You have 1 free withdrawal(s) left until the end of the calendar month” (1).

The column on the left (2) lists every method open to the account, each with its processing time. On our account it started with four PIX entries, one for each type of PIX key: PIX (CPF), PIX (PHONE), PIX (E-MAIL) and PIX (RANDOM). Then came the Brazilian banks, starting with Agibank and Banco Bradesco. The panel on the right (3) shows the selected method. With no money in the real account it said “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” and offered a green Deposit button. Below it, Withdrawal Conditions (4) opens IQ Option’s official table.

Step 1: IQ Option's withdrawal page for a Brazilian account with no balance: the free withdrawals notice, the method list from PIX (CPF) to Banco Bradesco and the message that the balance is 0
Step 1: the free withdrawals notice (1), the method list (2), the message for an empty balance (3) and the Withdrawal Conditions link (4).

Step 2: Choose where the money goes

Click a method in the left column. Selecting a different method changes the name and the icon on the right. The two we tried, PIX (CPF) and Agibank, showed the same message on our empty account. The full list had 34 entries:

  • PIX: PIX (CPF), PIX (PHONE) and PIX (E-MAIL) at 1 to 24 hours, and PIX (RANDOM) at 1 to 3 business days.
  • Banks: the 18 banks of the official table, from Agibank to Votorantim. Seven of them show 1 to 8 business days (Citibank, BNDES, Banco Original, Safra, BMP Money Plus, Credit Suisse Hedging-Griffo and Votorantim); the other eleven show 1 to 24 hours.
  • Nubank and PicPay: both at 1 to 24 hours. They were on the page but not in the official table.
  • Crypto: seven coins at 1 to 24 hours: Tether (USDT) on TRC20, Bitcoin (BTC) (1), USD Coin on the BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum on ERC-20, Cardano, XRP and Litecoin.
  • E-wallets: Neteller, Skrill and Volet.com USD, each at 1 to 24 hours.

Two differences from the official table are worth knowing. The page listed Bitcoin, which the table does not, and it had no Visa/Mastercard entry, although the table lists one. IQ Option’s help centre says a withdrawal to a card returns money you paid in with that card, so a card may only appear once you have deposited by card. We did not test that.

Step 2: the crypto part of the Brazilian withdrawal list: Tether TRC20, Bitcoin, USD Coin, Ethereum, Cardano and Ripple, each 1 to 24 hours
Step 2: scrolling the list shows the crypto group. Bitcoin (BTC), at 1 to 24 hours, is the second entry (1).

Step 3: Read the withdrawal conditions

Click Withdrawal Conditions (4 in Step 1). It opens IQ Option’s official table for your country. Look at the four things the numbers point to: the free withdrawal (1), the minimum amount (2), the commission (3) and the processing time (4). On our Brazilian account, Agibank was listed from R$ 60 with a commission of 2%, at most R$ 125, in 1 to 24 hours.

Step 3: the official withdrawal conditions for a Brazilian account: one free withdrawal a month, R$ 60 minimum at Agibank, 2% commission up to R$ 125 and 1 to 24 hours
Step 3: the official table: one free withdrawal a month (1), R$ 60 minimum at Agibank (2), 2% up to R$ 125 (3), 1 to 24 hours (4).

The table has no PIX, Nubank or PicPay rows, so for those the page gives only the processing time. The minimum for a PIX withdrawal is not in any table we could read; IQ Option’s help centre gives a general minimum of $2.00 and says the maximum depends on the method.

Step 4: Enter the details and confirm

With money in the account, the right panel replaces the message with the form for the method you chose. IQ Option’s help centre describes it in four words: choose a withdrawal method, specify the amount and other necessary details, and click Withdraw Funds. The number of requests is unlimited, and the amount cannot exceed your balance.

  • Which details: they depend on the method. In our November 2024 test, the bank form asked for the CPF, the account number, the agency and a PIX key. We could not open any form on 5 October 2026, so check the fields on your own screen.
  • Before you confirm: the form shows the commission. If your free withdrawal for the month is used, 2% of the amount is charged, up to R$ 125.
  • Bank minimum: IQ Option’s help centre still carries an answer saying bank transfers start at R$ 150 and that, below that amount, you should pick another method such as an e-wallet. The official table, read on the same day, shows R$ 60 for the banks. The form is the authority: if it refuses an amount, use another method or ask support.

The notes under the official table say how long to wait: allow up to 3 business days for IQ Option to process the request, some withdrawals take longer, and a withdrawal to a card can take up to 21 calendar days at the bank that issued the card (1 and 2 below).

IQ Option's notes under the withdrawal table: allow up to 3 business days, and a withdrawal to a card can take up to 21 calendar days at the issuing bank
IQ Option’s notes under the table: up to 3 business days to process a request (1) and up to 21 calendar days for a card to be credited by your bank (2).

Step 5: Follow the request

After you confirm, the request shows in the Withdrawal requests panel at the bottom of the withdrawal page (1). It was empty on our account (“No requests”). Under it, the page shows the Frequently Asked Questions for Brazil (2). The help centre names three stages: Requested, when the money is taken off your balance; In process, once IQ Option starts handling it; and Funds sent, when the money has left IQ Option’s system. After that the time depends on your bank or e-wallet.

Step 5: the Withdrawal requests panel (1) and the Frequently Asked Questions for Brazil (2).

You can also open Balance History from the same menu, choose Withdrawal in the Transaction type filter (1 and 2) and read the status of each request: Completed, In progress, Canceled or Failed.

Withdrawal methods and minimums in Brazil

These are the minimums, commissions and times in IQ Option’s official table for our Brazilian account on 5 October 2026. The amounts are in reais for a real account in reais, and in dollars, euros or pounds for an account in those currencies.

The official table has no WebMoney row for Brazil, and Neteller, Skrill and Volet.com appear on both the table and the page.

Fees: one free withdrawal a month, then 2%

The page says it twice, in the notice at the top and in the question mark beside it: “You have 1 free withdrawal(s) per calendar month. This doesn’t depend on the payment method you use.” After the free one, IQ Option charges 2% of the amount, at most R$ 125. The cap is reached at R$ 6,250: a second withdrawal of R$ 1,000 in the same month costs R$ 20, and one of R$ 10,000 costs R$ 125, not R$ 200. If your account is in dollars the cap is $30 (reached at $1,500), in euros €30 and in pounds £25. Your bank or e-wallet may add its own fee. Our fees guide covers the other costs.

How long a withdrawal takes

  • IQ Option’s own processing: up to 3 business days for every request, according to the notes under the table and the help centre.
  • Then the method: the table and the page show 1 to 24 hours for PIX (CPF, phone and e-mail), eleven banks, Nubank, PicPay, crypto and e-wallets. PIX (RANDOM) shows 1 to 3 business days and seven banks 1 to 8 business days; the help centre calls 1 to 8 business days the standard maximum for bank transfers.
  • Cards: shown as instant, but your bank may need up to 21 calendar days. IQ Option cannot speed that up. If the money has not arrived on day 21, the help centre asks for a bank statement, sent to docs@iqoption.com or through the live chat.
  • E-wallets: the help centre says the money reaches an e-wallet within about 24 hours once IQ Option has completed the request.

Verification before your first withdrawal

IQ Option’s help centre answers “Do I need to provide any documents to make a withdrawal?” with “Yes. You need to verify your identity in order to withdraw funds.” It asks for a photo of an identity document (passport, driver’s licence, national ID card, residence permit, refugee identity certificate, refugee travel passport or voter ID). If you deposited with a card, it also asks for a copy of both sides of the card, with the CVV hidden and only the first six and last four digits visible. If you used an e-wallet, an identity document is enough. IQ Option says it checks the documents within 3 business days. Our empty account showed no verification warning on the withdrawal page, but it had never deposited, so we cannot say what a funded one shows. See our account verification guide for the steps.

If your withdrawal has not arrived

  • Look at the status. A request marked Requested or In process is still with IQ Option, which asks you to allow up to 3 business days. Funds sent means IQ Option has paid; the rest depends on your bank, PicPay, Nubank or wallet.
  • Check the method’s time. Seven banks and PIX (RANDOM) are listed in business days, not hours, and a card can take 21 calendar days.
  • Check the amount. Each method has a minimum: R$ 60 for banks, R$ 12 for cards, R$ 69 for Neteller and R$ 72 for crypto in the table. The help centre says that a bank transfer under R$ 150 gets a message to contact support, and advises choosing another method, such as an e-wallet.
  • Check the verification. The help centre says you need to verify your identity to withdraw.
  • Contact support. Use the chat inside the platform (Chats & Support in the left sidebar) or write to support@iqoption.com. See our support guide.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is the minimum withdrawal from IQ Option in Brazil?
A: IQ Option’s table showed R$ 60 for the 18 banks, R$ 12 for cards, Skrill and Volet.com, R$ 69 for Neteller and R$ 72 for crypto on 5 October 2026. The help centre gives $2.00 as the general minimum and still mentions R$ 150 for bank transfers, so the form is the final word.

Q: Can I withdraw with PIX?
A: The withdrawal page listed four PIX entries, one for each key type: CPF, phone, e-mail and random key. The first three showed 1 to 24 hours and PIX (RANDOM) 1 to 3 business days. The official table does not list PIX, and we could not open the form to see its minimum.

Q: Is there a fee to withdraw from IQ Option in Brazil?
A: The first withdrawal of each calendar month is free. After that IQ Option charges 2%, at most R$ 125. Your bank may charge its own fees.

Q: How long does a withdrawal take?
A: IQ Option asks you to allow up to 3 business days to process the request. After that, most methods show 1 to 24 hours, seven banks and PIX (RANDOM) take longer, and a card can take up to 21 calendar days at your bank.

Q: Why can I not withdraw?
A: On our account the page said “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0.” The amount you ask for also cannot exceed your balance, and you must have verified your identity.

Q: Can I withdraw Bitcoin?
A: The Brazilian withdrawal page listed Bitcoin (BTC) at 1 to 24 hours, together with six other coins. The official table lists only the six others, without Bitcoin, so check the form before you rely on it. See does IQ Option accept crypto.

Q: Do I need to verify my account before withdrawing?
A: Yes, according to IQ Option’s help centre: a photo of an identity document, plus both sides of your card if you deposited by card. Documents are checked within 3 business days.

Q: Can I withdraw to someone else’s account?
A: Our recording did not reach the form, so we cannot show what it checks. IQ Option’s help centre says a card withdrawal returns money you paid in with that card, and an e-wallet deposit can only go back to the same e-wallet. Use accounts in your own name.

Q: Where can I see my withdrawal?
A: In the Withdrawal requests panel under the methods on the withdrawal page, and in Balance History with the Transaction type set to Withdrawal.
