Last updated: 9 October 2026. We logged in on 9 October 2026 to a Practice account registered in Brunei, through a connection that IQ Option took for Bruneian, and read IQ Option’s official withdrawal conditions for it on 8 October 2026. The balance was zero, so there was a list of methods but no form, and nothing was withdrawn.
Getting money out of IQ Option in Brunei takes a visit to the withdrawal page, where you choose a card, an e-wallet or one of six cryptocurrencies, enter the amount and confirm. The smallest amounts: $12 for the six coins, $10 for Neteller and $2 for cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney. IQ Option charges 2% on every withdrawal after the first one of the month, up to $30. We show the page as a Bruneian account sees it, then the official minimums, the fee, the times and what to do when a payout is late. The routine itself is the same everywhere and is in the general withdrawal guide.
Quick answer
- Fee: nothing for one withdrawal a month, whichever method; then 2% of the amount, capped at $30 (€30 or £25).
- Minimum (official table): $2 to cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney; $10 to Neteller; $12 to the six coins.
- No bank: the table has no Bruneian bank or wallet, so money goes back to a card, an e-wallet or a crypto address.
- Time: allow up to 3 business days for IQ Option to process the request; the table lists 1–24 hours for the e-wallets and coins and, for a card, up to 21 calendar days at your bank.
- Bitcoin: the official table does not list it, but our account’s withdrawal page did on 9 October (1 to 24 hours); that page had no card entry.
- Empty balance: no form opens; the page says “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0”.
What the withdrawal page looks like in Brunei
We opened iqoption.com/en/withdrawal on 9 October 2026 over a connection that IQ Option recognised as Bruneian, logged in to a Practice account registered in Brunei. The real account held $0.00, so the page showed the method list and no form.
- The page. Withdrawal is the heading, and the notice under it (1) gives you 1 free withdrawal until the end of the calendar month. The column on the left (2) lists the methods with their processing time, in alphabetical order. The selected entry on our account was the first one, Bitcoin (BTC). Right panel: Bitcoin (BTC), the selected method, with “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” (3) and a Withdrawal Conditions link (4) that opens IQ Option’s official table.

- The list. The list had 11 entries: Bitcoin, Cardano, Ethereum, Litecoin, Neteller, Ripple, Skrill, Tether (USDT) TRC20, USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain), Volet.com USD, marked “Under Maintenance” that day (1), and Webmoney WMZ (2). Every other entry showed “1 – 24 hours”. There was no bank and no Visa/Mastercard entry.

- Requests and questions. The Withdrawal requests panel (1) sits under the list and was empty (“No requests”). Further down are the page’s Frequently Asked Questions (2), which refer to a Brazilian amount (150.00 BRL) that does not apply to a Bruneian account.

The list in our account matches the official table for the six coins, Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney (1 to 24 hours). Where they disagree: the list shows Bitcoin, which the table omits, and the list has no card entry, which the table has (two Visa/MasterCard rows). No bank is in either. There was no form to try without a balance; your own withdrawal page is the final word on which methods you can use.
The official table for Brunei
IQ Option’s official table, as it appears for our Bruneian account, has these methods. The minimums are in dollars, euros or pounds, the currencies a Bruneian account can hold.

| Method | Minimum withdrawal | Time shown |
|---|---|---|
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (first row) | $2 (or €3, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (second row) | $2 (or €2, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| E-wallets: Neteller | $10 (or €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
| E-wallets: Skrill, Volet.com USD, Webmoney WMZ | $2 (or €2, £2) | 1–24 hours |
| Crypto: Cardano (ADA), Ethereum (ETH) ERC-20, Litecoin (LTC), Ripple (XRP), Tether (USDT) TRC20, USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain) | $12 (or €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
Brunei’s table is the international set: six coins, Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com, WebMoney and two Visa/MasterCard rows that differ only in the euro minimum (€3 and €2). It lists neither a bank nor a local wallet. The account is held in US dollars, euros or pounds: the deposit guide found no Brunei dollar account.
Which method will your withdrawal use?
In IQ Option’s help centre, withdrawals follow deposits: funds that came in through an e-wallet can only go back to that e-wallet account, and a card payout cannot exceed what was deposited with the card. The Brunei cashier offers Neteller, Skrill, Visa / Mastercard and seven coins, with no Apple Pay, Google Pay or local bank method. None of them is deposit-only: each also has a withdrawal row (see the deposit guide).
The fee: 2% after the first withdrawal of the month
Every calendar month, IQ Option waives the fee on one withdrawal, whichever method you use. Further withdrawals in the same month cost 2% of the amount, up to $30 (€30 or £25) on a dollar account. A second withdrawal of $200 costs $4; one at the $12 crypto minimum costs $0.24. The cap is reached at $1,500, so a withdrawal of $6,000 costs $30, not $120. The bank, wallet or card issuer on the receiving side can charge too; the other costs are in our fees guide.
Processing times for Brunei
- IQ Option’s side: processing takes up to 3 business days whatever the method, according to the notes under the table and the help centre.
- Cards: the table shows instant, but the money can need up to 21 calendar days to reach you, because that part is up to the bank that issued the card.
- E-wallets and crypto: 1 to 24 hours in the table (Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com, WebMoney and the six coins); the help centre says the money reaches an e-wallet within about a day of IQ Option completing the request.
Verification comes before the money
In the help centre’s wording, a verified account is a condition of every withdrawal: an identity document, plus both sides of the card (CVV covered) if you deposited by card, checked within 3 business days of the upload. Our account verification guide shows the upload step by step.
A note on the rules in Brunei
IQ Option let us register from Brunei, but that is not a Brunei licence. The Brunei Darussalam Central Bank (BDCB) keeps an Alert List of companies and individuals who “may be or may have been wrongly perceived as being licensed, authorised or regulated by BDCB”, and says that carrying out investment activities without a licence may be a breach of the Securities Markets Order, 2013. It speaks of those who carry out such activities, not of clients or people who write about platforms. We searched the current list on 8 October 2026 and found no IQ Option. These are warning lists, not bans; we found no source that classes trading platforms as gambling. We cannot give legal advice: the deposit guide has the full note.
When a withdrawal is late
- Start with the status. Requested and In process, in the Withdrawal requests panel, mean the request has not been paid yet; Funds sent means IQ Option has done its part.
- Match the method to its time. A card can take 21 calendar days; e-wallets and coins are listed at 1 to 24 hours.
- Check the amount. Stay between the method’s minimum and your balance.
- If nothing helps, contact support. Chat from the left sidebar (Chats & Support) or write to support@iqoption.com; our support guide explains both.

IQ Option decides the withdrawal list by the country of the account. Here are our other withdrawal guides:
