Last updated: 9 October 2026. Everything below comes from an IQ Option Practice account registered in Monaco: the withdrawal page was recorded on 9 October 2026 over a connection that IQ Option recognised as Monegasque, and the official conditions were read on 8 October 2026. The account held no real money, so no withdrawal form opened and no money moved.
Getting money out of IQ Option in Monaco takes a visit to the withdrawal page, where you choose a card or an e-wallet, enter the amount and confirm. Minimums in the official table: Neteller at €10, cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney at €2 and cards at €3. The first withdrawal of each calendar month is free; later ones cost 2%, at most €30. Everything here comes from a Monegasque Practice account: the page, the official table, the fee, the processing times and a short list of things to try when a payout is late. The click-by-click routine is in the general withdrawal guide.
Quick answer
- Fee: one withdrawal per calendar month costs nothing, whatever the method; every further one costs 2%, at most €30 ($30 or £25).
- Minimum (official table): €3 to cards; €2 to cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney; €10 to Neteller.
- No bank: neither a Monegasque bank nor a local wallet is in the table, so payouts go to a card or an e-wallet.
- Time: IQ Option asks for up to 3 business days; then the e-wallets are listed at 1–24 hours and a card can take up to 21 calendar days at your bank.
- Bitcoin: neither the official table nor the withdrawal page of our account on 9 October listed it.
- Empty balance: the withdrawal page shows “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” instead of a form.
The withdrawal page of a Monegasque account
This is iqoption.com/en/withdrawal as it looked on 9 October 2026 for a Practice account registered in Monaco (connection recognised by IQ Option as Monegasque). The real account held $0.00, so there was a method list but no form. A French version exists at iqoption.com/fr/withdrawal.
- The page. Withdrawal is the heading, and the notice under it (1) gives you 1 free withdrawal until the end of the calendar month. Down the left (2) runs the list of methods with their processing time. The list was short, so it fits the first screenshot: on our account the selected entry was Neteller. Right panel: Neteller, the selected method, with “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” (3) and a Withdrawal Conditions link (4) that opens IQ Option’s official table.

- The list. It had four entries: Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com USD, marked “Under Maintenance” that day, and Webmoney WMZ, the others at “1 – 24 hours”. We saw no bank, no coin and no Visa/Mastercard entry.
- Requests and questions. Below the list, the Withdrawal requests panel (1) was empty (“No requests”). Under it, the page’s Frequently Asked Questions (2) are IQ Option’s own; some of them mention 150.00 BRL, a Brazilian figure that does not apply to a Monegasque account.

The account’s list and the official table agree on Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney at 1 to 24 hours. The list and the table disagree on a single point: the card entry (two Visa/MasterCard rows) is only in the table. Neither shows a bank or a cryptocurrency, so there was no Bitcoin either. No form appeared with a zero balance, so we cannot show how a withdrawal ends; your own withdrawal page lists what your account can use.
The official table for Monaco
Here is what IQ Option’s official table lists for our Monegasque account. The minimums are in euros, dollars and pounds, the currencies a Monegasque account can hold.

| Method | Minimum withdrawal | Time shown |
|---|---|---|
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (first row) | €3 (or $2, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (second row) | €2 (or $2, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| E-wallets: Neteller | €10 (or $10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
| E-wallets: Skrill, Volet.com USD, Webmoney WMZ | €2 (or $2, £2) | 1–24 hours |
Monaco’s table has only six rows: two Visa/MasterCard rows (€3 and €2), Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney at €2, and Neteller at €10. There is no bank, no local wallet and no cryptocurrency. The account is held in euros, pounds or US dollars, so every minimum is in those currencies.
Deposits decide withdrawal methods
According to IQ Option’s help centre, the way you deposited decides the way you can withdraw: an e-wallet deposit can only be withdrawn to the same e-wallet account, and what you can send back to a card is limited to what you deposited with it. The Monegasque cashier offers only Visa / Mastercard, Skrill and Neteller, with no coins, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Every one of them shows up on the withdrawal side as well, so none is deposit-only, and nothing local exists in either direction (see the deposit guide).
Fees: one free withdrawal a month, then 2%
On a euro account the fee works like this: nothing for the first withdrawal in a calendar month, then 2% of the amount with a ceiling of €30 ($30 or £25). A second withdrawal of €600 costs €12; one at the €3 Visa/MasterCard minimum costs €0.06. The cap is reached at €1,500, so a withdrawal of €10,000 costs €30, not €200. Charges by your bank, wallet or card issuer come on top; see the fees guide for them.
How long a withdrawal to Monaco takes
- IQ Option’s processing: up to 3 business days for every request, according to the notes under the official table and the help centre.
- Cards: shown as instant, but the bank that issued the card can take up to 21 calendar days. IQ Option cannot speed that up.
- E-wallets (Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney): 1 to 24 hours in the table, and about a day after IQ Option completes the request, according to the help centre.
What IQ Option checks before it pays
Withdrawing needs a verified account. According to IQ Option’s help centre that means an identity document and, if you paid by card, a copy of both sides of the card with the CVV covered; the check takes up to 3 business days. Do it before you request the money: how verification works.
Check the rules in Monaco first
IQ Option let us register from Monaco, but that does not amount to a Monegasque licence. The Commission de contrôle des activités financières (CCAF) publishes warnings on its warnings page; its alert of 9 April 2026 concerns entities claiming to offer banking or financial services in Monaco (among them “Forbes Private Bank Monaco SA” and “Simple Swift Bank”), not foreign brokers, and IQ Option is not named. For the full note see the deposit guide; it is not legal advice.
When a withdrawal is late
- Read the status. The panel under the method list shows where the request stands: Requested and In process are still on IQ Option’s side, Funds sent is not.
- Think about the method. A card can take 21 calendar days; e-wallets are listed at 1 to 24 hours.
- Look at the amount. It has to be at least the method’s minimum and no more than your balance.
- If nothing helps, contact support. Chat from the left sidebar (Chats & Support) or write to support@iqoption.com; our support guide explains both.
