Last updated: 9 October 2026. The withdrawal page below was recorded on 9 October 2026 on an IQ Option Practice account registered in Bhutan, over a connection that IQ Option recognised as Bhutanese, and the conditions come from IQ Option’s official withdrawals page for that account, read on 8 October 2026. The account held no real money, so IQ Option showed the list of methods but no form. We did not withdraw anything.
You withdraw from IQ Option in Bhutan on the withdrawal page: choose a card, an e-wallet or one of six cryptocurrencies, enter the amount and confirm. The smallest amounts: cards, Volet.com and WebMoney at $2, Neteller at $10 and the six coins at $12. Each calendar month the first withdrawal is free; after that the fee is 2%, never more than $30. Everything here comes from a Bhutanese Practice account: the page, the official table, the fee, the processing times and a short list of things to try when a payout is late. The click-by-click routine is in the general withdrawal guide.
Quick answer
- Fee: 2% after the first withdrawal of the calendar month, which is free for every method; the fee never exceeds $30 (€30 or £25).
- Minimum (official table): $2 to cards, Volet.com and WebMoney; $10 to Neteller; $12 to the six coins.
- No bank: neither a Bhutanese bank nor a local wallet is in the table, so payouts go to a card, an e-wallet or a crypto address.
- Time: 1–24 hours for the e-wallets and coins, up to 21 calendar days for a card (your bank decides), and up to 3 business days for IQ Option to process the request.
- Bitcoin: the official table does not list it, but our account’s withdrawal page did on 9 October (1 to 24 hours); that page had no card entry.
- Zero balance: the page shows “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” and no form.
What IQ Option shows a Bhutanese account
We looked at iqoption.com/en/withdrawal on 9 October 2026, logged in to a Practice account registered in Bhutan over a connection that IQ Option recognised as Bhutanese. With $0.00 in the real account, IQ Option showed the list of methods and no form.
- The page itself. The heading is Withdrawal, with the notice that you have 1 free withdrawal until the end of the calendar month (1). The column on the left (2) lists the methods with their processing time. The entries ran in alphabetical order and opened with Bitcoin (BTC), the selected one on our account. The panel on the right belongs to the selected method, Bitcoin (BTC): it shows “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” (3), and its Withdrawal Conditions link (4) opens IQ Option’s official table.

- The list. 10 entries were listed: Bitcoin, Cardano, Ethereum, Litecoin, Neteller, Ripple, Tether (USDT) TRC20, USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain), Volet.com USD, marked “Under Maintenance” that day (1), and Webmoney WMZ (2). The other entries showed “1 – 24 hours”. The list had no bank, no Skrill and no Visa/Mastercard entry.

- Requests and questions. After the list come two more blocks: the Withdrawal requests panel (1), empty on our account (“No requests”), and the Frequently Asked Questions (2). The questions are IQ Option’s own and mention a Brazilian figure, 150.00 BRL, that means nothing for a Bhutanese account.

For the six coins, Neteller, Volet.com and WebMoney (1 to 24 hours), the list and the official table agree. The two differ in two places. The list adds Bitcoin, which the table does not have, and it lacks the card entry that the table has (two Visa/MasterCard rows). Neither shows a bank or Skrill. There was no form to try without a balance; your own withdrawal page is the final word on which methods you can use.
Bhutan: methods, minimums and processing times
These are the methods in IQ Option’s official table for our Bhutanese account. Minimums are given in dollars, euros or pounds, which are the currencies a Bhutanese account can hold.

| Method | Minimum withdrawal | Time shown |
|---|---|---|
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (first row) | $2 (or €3, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (second row) | $2 (or €2, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| E-wallets: Neteller | $10 (or €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
| E-wallets: Volet.com USD, Webmoney WMZ | $2 (or €2, £2) | 1–24 hours |
| Crypto: Cardano (ADA), Ethereum (ETH) ERC-20, Litecoin (LTC), Ripple (XRP), Tether (USDT) TRC20, USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain) | $12 (or €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
Bhutan’s table has no bank, no local wallet and no Skrill: two Visa/MasterCard rows (€3 and €2 on the euro side), Neteller at $10, Volet.com and WebMoney at $2 and six coins at $12. The account is held in US dollars, euros or pounds: the deposit guide found no ngultrum account.
Where the money can go
What you can withdraw to depends on what you deposited with, says the help centre: money from an e-wallet can only be paid back to the same e-wallet account, and a card can only be repaid up to the amount deposited with it. Neteller is a withdrawal method only here: it is in the withdrawal table and in the list of our account, but the Bhutanese cashier offered only Visa / Mastercard and seven coins, with no Skrill, Neteller, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Every method the cashier offers also appears on the withdrawal side (see the deposit guide).
Fees and the free monthly withdrawal
One withdrawal per calendar month is free for every method. After that the fee is 2% of the amount, with a ceiling of $30 (€30 or £25) on a dollar account. A second withdrawal of $500 costs $10; one at the $12 crypto minimum costs $0.24. The cap is reached at $1,500, so a withdrawal of $4,000 costs $30, not $80. Your bank, wallet or card issuer may charge separately; see our fees guide for the other costs.
Waiting times in Bhutan
- IQ Option’s side: processing takes up to 3 business days whatever the method, according to the notes under the table and the help centre.
- Card payouts: the table says instant, yet the issuing bank may need up to 21 calendar days, which is outside IQ Option’s control.
- E-wallets and coins: the table lists 1 to 24 hours for Neteller, Volet.com, WebMoney and the six coins. The help centre adds that an e-wallet receives the money within about a day of IQ Option completing the request.
Before your first withdrawal: verification
IQ Option does not pay out to an unverified account. The help centre asks for a photo of an identity document and, after a card deposit, a copy of the card (both sides, CVV hidden), and says the documents are checked within 3 business days. It is easier to do this before you need the money; see our account verification guide.
Local rules: Bhutan
IQ Option let us register from Bhutan, but that is no Bhutanese authorisation, and the country’s rules on foreign currency are strict. The Royal Monetary Authority’s Foreign Exchange Regulations 2013 say that no person except authorised banks and authorised money changers “shall deal in or transfer any foreign currencies to any person who is not an authorised person”, with a fine of up to two times the amount involved. The texts are written about foreign currency in general and do not mention online brokers, CFDs or binary options, and we cannot tell whether a trading account at a foreign broker falls under them. If you live in Bhutan, ask the Royal Monetary Authority or a lawyer before you send money abroad. The deposit guide has the full note.
When a withdrawal is late
- Start with the status. Requested and In process, in the Withdrawal requests panel, mean the request has not been paid yet; Funds sent means IQ Option has done its part.
- Match the method to its time. A card can take 21 calendar days; e-wallets and coins are listed at 1 to 24 hours.
- Look at the amount. It has to be at least the method’s minimum and no more than your balance.
- Go to support. Start the chat from Chats & Support in the left sidebar, or email support@iqoption.com. The support guide has the details.
