The connection came through a server listed as Santa Cruz that location lookups place in Peru, so it is probably virtual; IQ Option’s sign-up form nevertheless showed Bolivia as the country of residence. Each flow ended before the last payment button, so no money was sent.

How to deposit on IQ Option in Bolivia, step by step
We followed the steps with Visa / Mastercard, the first tile under “Recommended”. Each red number marks one click.
Step 1: Click Deposit
Open the traderoom and press the green Deposit button in the upper right corner (1). The $10,000 beside it is play money from the Practice account; the real balance is zero.
Step 2: Choose “Top up your account”
The Make a Deposit window shows the Practice account on the left and the real account, at $0, on the right. The left-hand Refill to $10,000 button only resets virtual funds, so use Top up your account (1) on the right.
Step 3: Choose Visa / Mastercard
Under “Recommended” the cashier lists Visa / Mastercard, Skrill and Neteller, all marked instant. Choose Visa / Mastercard (1). Further down are the seven coins (5 to 60 minutes) and, under “Other methods”, Apple Pay and Google Pay. A purple banner promotes the welcome bonus code IQWELCOME until 18 Oct 2026.
Step 4: Choose the account currency
Euro (1) came pre-selected; pound and US dollar are the alternatives. Press Next (2). A grey box warns that the currency of the account cannot be changed after the first deposit.
Step 5: Enter the amount and check the bonus
Type an amount (1) or tap a preset from €10 to €1,000. The code IQWELCOME was already applied (2). On €10 it added 50%, that is €5, for €15 in total; the presets promised +70% on €20, +80% on €30, +90% on €50 and €100, and +100% from €250. Press the × beside the code if you would rather skip the bonus.
Typing just €1 turns the field red. The card range appears underneath as “From €10 to €9,856” (1), and the bonus section says “Deposit €8.94 or more to get a bonus” (2).
Step 6: Enter your card details and confirm
Card number, expiry, CVC and the cardholder’s name go into the block (1). The Save my card box comes ticked (2). Accept the terms (3) and the green Deposit €10 button (4) pays. That is where we stopped.

Volet.com appears only on the page, the coins only in the cashier. The page’s footnote says some countries have restrictions on certain deposit methods until the account is fully verified.
Depositing with Skrill
Skrill accepted anything from €10 up to €1,000,000. Fill in the amount (1), decide about the bonus code (2), tick the terms (3) and use Proceed to Payment (4), which opens Skrill’s own page. Our test ended before that click.
Depositing with Tether (USDT) and other crypto
Seven coins are offered: Tether (USDT) on TRC20, Bitcoin, USDC on BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum (ERC-20), Ripple (XRP), Cardano and Litecoin. Each takes 5 to 60 minutes and is converted into your account currency once it lands. For Tether the range was €10 to €1,000,000. Put in the amount (1), read the grey note (2) saying the wallet address can be reused, accept the terms (3) and press Proceed to Payment (4). Only the TRC20 network is right for this address. Withdrawing from IQ Option in Bolivia
On IQ Option’s withdrawals page every method shares one free withdrawal per calendar month (1); later ones carry 2%, capped at 30 EUR (25 GBP or 30 USD). A bank transfer is not among the options, so payouts go to a card, an e-wallet, WebMoney or a coin address. The two Visa/MasterCard rows (2) start at €3 and €2.

A footnote on the page allows the issuing bank up to 21 calendar days for card payouts, and any request can take up to 3 business days. The official table lists six coins (Tether, USD Coin on BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum, Ripple, Cardano, Litecoin) and no Bitcoin row; we did not open the withdrawal list inside the account, so check yours. IQ Option let us register from Bolivia, but that is no Bolivian licence. The financial regulator ASFI publishes alerts about firms that offer financial services without its licence. Its alert of December 2025 about one such company advises the public to be careful and not to carry out financial operations with companies that are not supervised and authorised by ASFI, and its alert of November 2025 says that a platform called TEAM TRADE, which promotes investing in crypto-assets, trading, commodities and shares, has no ASFI licence and is not supervised by it. The communiqués page where these alerts are listed names no IQ Option entity in the eight alerts of 2025 and 2026 that we read on 8 October 2026. In a search that day we also found no Bolivian block of the site and no action against people who write about it. These are warnings about named firms, not a ruling on offshore brokers in general.
