Last updated: 8 October 2026. Two recording sessions that evening, on an IQ Option Practice account registered in Andorra, produced every screenshot on this page: the first in English, the second in IQ Option’s Spanish interface (the traderoom clock read UTC+2). Our VPN server is listed by its provider as Andorra la Vella and flagged “virtual”, and a location lookup placed it in Marseille, yet the sign-up form accepted Andorra as the country of residence. No payment flow went past its last button, so no money moved.
An Andorran account gets a short cashier: Visa / Mastercard, Skrill and Neteller are the only methods, each marked instant, and the page has no cryptocurrency block, no Apple Pay or Google Pay and no Andorran bank option. The currency step lists EUR, GBP and USD, with none ticked in advance. We walk through a €10 card deposit, show the Skrill and Neteller forms, give the limits and the withdrawal table, and quote the warnings of the Andorran Financial Authority. The Spanish version of this page uses the same screens in IQ Option’s Spanish interface.
Quick answer
- Minimum: €10 (or £10, $10) on every method.
- Fee: 0% from IQ Option on every method.
- In our cashier: Visa / Mastercard, Skrill and Neteller, all instant. No cryptocurrencies, no Apple Pay or Google Pay, no Andorran bank or wallet.
- Limits we saw: Visa / Mastercard €10–9,856; Skrill and Neteller €10–1,000,000.
- Currency: EUR, GBP or USD (none pre-selected), chosen before your first deposit and fixed after it.
- Bonus: the method page showed an IQWELCOME banner until 18 Oct 2026 and the promotion box said “View available (1)”; we applied nothing.
- Withdrawals: one free per month, then 2% (at most €30); cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney from €2, Neteller from €10.
- Local rules: the Andorran Financial Authority warns about named fraudulent platforms and none of its entries names IQ Option; read the note before you deposit.
How to deposit on IQ Option in Andorra, step by step
Visa / Mastercard heads the list, so the walkthrough follows it. Red numbered boxes mark each click.
Step 1: Click Deposit
The green Deposit button (1) is at the top right of the traderoom, next to the balance. The $10,000 beside it is Practice money.

Step 2: Choose “Top up your account”
In the Make a Deposit window, the grey Refill to $10,000 button only refills the practice balance. The green Top up your account button (1) opens the real cashier; the real balance is $0.00 until then.

Step 3: Select Visa / Mastercard
A welcome-bonus banner with the code IQWELCOME (valid until 18 Oct 2026) sits above the list. Under “Recommended” we found exactly three tiles, Visa / Mastercard (1), Skrill and Neteller, and nothing after them.

Step 4: Confirm the account currency
No currency was ticked when the step opened. We chose EUR (1), the first of the three, and pressed Next (2). IQ Option notes that the currency of the account cannot be changed after the first deposit.

Step 5: Enter the amount
Enter the amount (1) or use a preset button from €10 to €1,000. The promotion box (2) is an empty code field with an Apply button; the heading above it said “View available (1)”, so one offer was open to our account. We did not open it and applied no code.

With €1 typed the field turns red and shows the limits of the card: “From €10 to €9,856” (1).

Step 6: Fill in the card form
The card block (1) asks for the number, the month and year of expiry, the CVC and the cardholder’s name. A box for saving the card is ticked already (2). When you accept the terms (3), the green Deposit €10 button (4) pays. We stopped in front of it.

Every deposit method in Andorra
IQ Option’s public deposits page, read on 8 October 2026, lists four methods, each from 10 EUR (10 GBP, 10 USD, 700 RUB) at 0% commission and instant. The table sets it beside our cashier.
| Method | Time shown | Limits and notes |
|---|---|---|
| Visa / Mastercard | Instant | €10 to €9,856 |
| Skrill | Instant | €10 to €1,000,000 |
| Neteller | Instant | €10 to €1,000,000; asks for the Neteller email |
| Volet.com | Instant on the deposits page | 10 EUR on the page; not in our cashier |

Only the page lists Volet.com. Its footnote says that until an account is fully verified, some countries restrict certain deposit methods.
Depositing with Skrill
Skrill showed “From €10 to €1,000,000”. After the amount (1), accept the terms (2) and press Proceed to Payment (3), which sends you to Skrill’s own page. We did not press it.

Depositing with Neteller
Neteller took the same €10 to €1,000,000. Under the amount (1) the form wants the email address of your Neteller account (2), and “Link my Neteller Account for instant payments” is ticked. Accept the terms (3) and Deposit €10 (4) pays. We typed no address and left the button alone.

Withdrawing from IQ Option in Andorra
The withdrawals page gives the first withdrawal of every calendar month for free, whatever the method (1); later ones cost 2%, with a cap of 30 EUR. The list holds Neteller, two Visa/MasterCard rows (2), Skrill, Volet.com USD and WebMoney WMZ. It has no cryptocurrency rows and no bank transfer.
| Where the money goes | Minimum | Time shown |
|---|---|---|
| Visa / MasterCard (two rows) | €3 and €2 | Instant; the issuing bank can take up to 21 days |
| Skrill, Volet.com USD, WebMoney WMZ | €2 | 1 to 24 hours |
| Neteller | €10 | 1 to 24 hours |
A footnote lets card issuers take up to 21 calendar days and says any request can need up to 3 business days. We did not open the withdrawal list inside the account, so check yours there. The full routine is in how to withdraw from IQ Option. Our Andorra withdrawal guide shows what the withdrawal page of an Andorran account lists.

Check the rules in Andorra first
IQ Option let us register from Andorra, but that is no Andorran licence. The Andorran Financial Authority (AFA) publishes its warnings on an alerts page. The entry closest to our subject is its notice of 2 October 2025 about a platform called QuantumAI, which was being advertised on social networks and showed “clear signs of fraud”. The AFA said it is not authorised or registered to provide investment services in Andorra and has no licence to raise funds or offer financial products in the Principality, and it told the public to check, before investing, that a firm is authorised and entered in its registers (our translation of the Catalan text). The same page lists a campaign of 3 October 2024 against fake investments and a 2018 warning about virtual platforms offering investments in cryptocurrencies. None of the entries we read on 8 October 2026 names IQ Option, we found no block of the site, and we found no case against people who write about it. This is not legal advice: decide for yourself, with advice if you need it, and never risk more than you can afford to lose. For what other regulators have said about IQ Option, see our legitimacy check.
If your deposit has not arrived
- Look at the time shown. Cards, Skrill and Neteller are instant.
- Check the Neteller email. It must be the address of your own Neteller account.
- Ask your bank. Card payments abroad are sometimes refused; have the issuer allow the payment or use an e-wallet.
- Write to support. Chats & Support in the sidebar and support@iqoption.com both work; the support guide explains how.
