IQ Option’s sign-up form recognised the connection as Jamaican, although the server (Kingston) shows up in location lookups as American, so it is probably virtual. How to deposit on IQ Option in Jamaica, step by step
We followed the steps with Visa / Mastercard, the third “Recommended” tile. Each red number marks one click.
Step 1: Click Deposit
Open the traderoom and press the green Deposit button in the upper right corner (1). The $10,000 shown beside it is play money; the real balance is zero.
Step 2: Choose “Top up your account”
A dialog titled Make a Deposit puts the Practice account on the left and the real account, at $0, on the right. The left-hand Refill to $10,000 button only resets virtual funds, so use Top up your account (1) on the right.
Step 3: Choose Visa / Mastercard
The top row of the cashier holds Neteller, Skrill and Visa / Mastercard, all marked instant, and the coins follow in their own block. Choose Visa / Mastercard (1). A purple banner promotes the welcome bonus until 18 Oct 2026.
Step 4: Choose US dollars (USD) as your account currency
Tick USD (1), then Next (2). Euro and pound are the alternatives. A grey box reminds you that the account currency is frozen once the first deposit has gone through.
Step 5: Enter the amount and check the bonus
Enter an amount (1) or tap a preset from $10 to $1,000. The code IQWELCOME was in place before we touched anything (2). On $10 it added 50%, which is $5, for $15 in total; the presets promised +70% on $20, +80% on $30 and +100% from $250. Press the × if you would rather skip the bonus.
Entering just $1 colours the field red. The card range appears underneath as “From $10 to $11,050”, and the bonus section says a deposit of $10 or more is needed.
Step 6: Enter your card details and confirm
Card number, expiry, CVC and the name on the card go into the block at the top (1). The Save my card box arrives ticked (2). Accept the terms (3) and the green Deposit $10 button (4) pays. That is where we stopped.

Depositing with Skrill
Skrill accepted anything from $10 up to $1,000,000. Fill in the amount (1), decide about the bonus code (2), tick the terms (3) and use Proceed to Payment (4), which opens Skrill’s own page. Our test ended before that click.
Depositing with Tether (USDT) and other crypto
Seven coins are offered: Bitcoin, Cardano, Ethereum (ERC-20), Litecoin, XRP, Tether (USDT on TRC20) and USDC on BNB Smart Chain. Each takes 5 to 60 minutes and is converted into your account currency once it lands. For Tether the range was $10 to $1,000,000. Put in the amount (1), read the grey note (2) saying the wallet address can be reused, accept the terms (3) and press Proceed to Payment (4). Only the TRC20 network is right for this address. Withdrawing from IQ Option in Jamaica
On IQ Option’s withdrawals page, every method shares one free withdrawal per calendar month (1); the next ones carry 2%, with a ceiling of $30 (€30 or £25). A bank transfer is not among the options (2), so payouts go to a card, an e-wallet or a coin address.

The footnote on card rows allows the issuing bank up to 21 calendar days, and any request can take 3 business days. Check the rules in Jamaica first
IQ Option let us register from Jamaica, but that is no Jamaican licence. The Financial Services Commission says securities business must be licensed and that operating without a licence breaches the Securities Act (see its public statement of 13 February 2024 on another firm). In a search on 8 October 2026 we found no FSC licence or notice naming IQ Option, no Jamaican block of the site and no action against people who write about it.
