IQ Option’s sign-up form recognised our connection as Ecuadorian, although the traderoom clock showed UTC-6 and Ecuador itself is on UTC-5, so the server is probably virtual. We stopped before the final payment button, so no money was sent.

How to deposit on IQ Option in Ecuador, step by step
We followed the steps with Visa / Mastercard, the card option of the Ecuadorian cashier. The numbers on each screenshot give the click order.
Step 1: Click Deposit
Once the traderoom has loaded, press the green Deposit button at the upper right (1). A new account holds $10,000 of virtual Practice funds.
Step 2: Choose “Top up your account”
The Make a Deposit window sets the Practice account ($10,000) beside the real account ($0.00). Refill to $10,000 only restocks the virtual balance, which can never be withdrawn. To fund the real account, press Top up your account (1).
Step 3: Choose Visa / Mastercard
The cashier groups its methods. “Recommended” held Skrill, Visa / Mastercard and Red Activa; the seven cryptocurrencies came next; and “Other methods” held Mi Comisariato, Neteller, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Press Visa / Mastercard (1). The bonus banner read “Expires 17 Oct 2026” on the day we recorded.
Step 4: Choose US dollars (USD) as your account currency
The currency step offered USD, EUR and GBP. Pick USD (1), then Next (2). A grey notice says the currency is locked once the first deposit is made. Ecuador’s own money is the US dollar, so a USD account avoids a conversion at your bank.
Step 5: Enter the amount and check the bonus
Enter an amount (1), or use one of eight preset tiles from $10 to $1,000. The code IQWELCOME was already applied (2): $10 earned +50% ($5), so $15 would be credited, and the tiles climbed to +100% from $250. The × next to the code removes it if you do not want a bonus; read its terms behind the (i) icon first.
Step 6: Enter your card details and confirm
Fill in the card number, the expiry date, the cardholder’s name and the CVC (1). The Save my card option arrives ticked (2); clear it if you would rather not store the card. After ticking the terms (3), the last button is Deposit $10 (4). We stopped on this screen and sent no payment.

This is what the cashier and IQ Option’s own deposits page showed on 8 October 2026. The page gives $10, €10, £10 or 700 RUB as the minimum of every method and 0% commission.

The Banco Pichincha methods and Volet.com are on the page but did not appear in our cashier, and the seven cryptocurrencies are in the cashier but not on the page. The two lists do not always agree, so open your own cashier to see what you can use.
Paying with Red Activa
Red Activa is listed at 1 to 4 hours and accepted $10 to $499, the narrowest range of any method we opened. Its quick amounts stopped at $250. A $1 test shows the range and the line “Deposit $10 or more to get a bonus” (1).
After the currency step, the amount and the bonus, the payment details ask for your first name (1), last name (2) and cédula de identidad, a 10-digit number (3). Tick the terms (4) and press Proceed to Payment (5). IQ Option says you will be redirected to a payment page to finish. We did not type any personal data and stopped before that step.
Paying with Mi Comisariato
Mi Comisariato is listed at 5 to 60 minutes and accepted $10 to $300. The form is the same as Red Activa’s: first name (1), last name (2), cédula (3), the terms (4) and Proceed to Payment (5).
Skrill, Neteller, Apple Pay, Google Pay and crypto
Skrill accepted $10 to $1,000,000 and is listed as instant. Neteller, Apple Pay and Google Pay are also listed as instant; we did not open their forms. The cashier lists seven coins at 5 to 60 minutes each: Bitcoin, Cardano, Ethereum (ERC-20), Litecoin, XRP, Tether (USDT, TRC20) and USDC (BNB Smart Chain), converted into your account currency on arrival. Withdrawing from IQ Option in Ecuador
For an Ecuadorian account the withdrawals page grants one fee-free withdrawal each calendar month, regardless of method (1). Further ones cost 2% with a cap of $30 (€30 or £25). It also lists six Ecuadorian banks (2).

A footnote says the issuing bank may need up to 21 calendar days to credit a card. Bitcoin is not in IQ Option’s official withdrawals table; the withdrawal lists inside our accounts in other countries on 8 October 2026 did show Bitcoin (BTC), so check your own list. Check the rules in Ecuador first
IQ Option accepts Ecuadorian sign-ups, but that is not an Ecuadorian approval. Ecuador’s securities market is supervised by the Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, and in a search on 8 October 2026 we found no Ecuadorian licence for IQ Option, no block of its site and no action against people who write about it. - Check the method’s time. Red Activa is listed at 1 to 4 hours, Mi Comisariato at 5 to 60 minutes and Pichincha Mi Vecino at 1 to 9 hours; cards, Skrill and Neteller are instant.
- Match the network. A coin sent on a different chain than the one named in the form can be lost; Tether here is TRC20.
