Last updated: 9 October 2026. Everything below comes from an IQ Option Practice account registered in Singapore: the withdrawal page was recorded on 9 October 2026 over a connection that IQ Option recognised as Singaporean, and the official conditions were read on 8 October 2026. The account held no real money, so no withdrawal form opened and no money moved.
To withdraw from IQ Option in Singapore, you open the withdrawal page, choose a card, an e-wallet or one of six cryptocurrencies, enter the amount and confirm. The official minimums: S$ 15 for the six coins and S$ 3 for cards, Volet.com and WebMoney. The first withdrawal in a calendar month is free, and later ones cost 2% (at most S$ 43). The steps are identical in every country, so they live in the general withdrawal guide. This page covers what differs for a Singaporean account: the list of methods, the minimums, the fee, the waiting times and the checks for a late payout.
Quick answer
- Fee: the first withdrawal of each calendar month is free for every method; later ones cost 2%, up to S$ 43 (or $30, €30 or £25).
- Minimum (official table): S$ 3 to cards, Volet.com and WebMoney; S$ 15 to the six coins.
- No bank: the table has no Singaporean bank or wallet, so money goes back to a card, an e-wallet or a crypto address.
- Time: 1–24 hours for the e-wallets and coins, up to 21 calendar days for a card (your bank decides), and up to 3 business days for IQ Option to process the request.
- Bitcoin: the official table does not list it, but our account’s withdrawal page did on 9 October (1 to 24 hours); that page had no card entry.
- Empty balance: instead of a form, the withdrawal page shows “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0”.
Inside the withdrawal page of a Singaporean account
On 9 October 2026 we logged in to a Practice account registered in Singapore, over a connection that IQ Option recognised as Singaporean, and opened iqoption.com/en/withdrawal. The real account held 0.00 SGD, which is why the page showed the list of methods and no form.
- The page. The page is headed Withdrawal; a notice (1) says you have 1 free withdrawal until the end of the calendar month. The left-hand column (2) shows each method with its processing time. It started with the coins: on our account the selected entry was Bitcoin (BTC). On the right, the panel for the selected method, Bitcoin (BTC), says “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” (3) and has a Withdrawal Conditions link (4) to IQ Option’s official table.

- The list. The list had only nine entries, all at “1 – 24 hours” except one: Bitcoin (BTC), Cardano, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, Tether (USDT) TRC20, USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain), Volet.com USD, marked “Under Maintenance” that day (1), and Webmoney WMZ (2). We saw no bank, no Skrill, no Neteller and no Visa/Mastercard entry.

- Requests and questions. After the list come two more blocks: the Withdrawal requests panel (1), empty on our account (“No requests”), and the Frequently Asked Questions (2). The questions are IQ Option’s own and mention a Brazilian figure, 150.00 BRL, that means nothing for a Singaporean account.

The account’s list and the official table agree on the six coins, Volet.com and WebMoney. They differ on two points: the list shows Bitcoin, which the table does not, and it had no card entry, which the table has (two Visa/MasterCard rows). Neither shows a bank, Skrill or Neteller. Because the real balance was zero, the page never opened a withdrawal form; for the methods your own account can use, open your own withdrawal page.
Official minimums for Singapore
Here is what IQ Option’s official table lists for our Singaporean account. The minimums are in Singapore dollars for a Singapore-dollar account, and in dollars, euros or pounds for an account in those currencies.

| Method | Minimum withdrawal | Time shown |
|---|---|---|
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (first row) | S$ 3 (or $2, €3, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (second row) | S$ 3 (or $2, €2, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| E-wallets: Volet.com USD, Webmoney WMZ | S$ 3 (or $2, €2, £2) | 1–24 hours |
| Crypto: Cardano (ADA), Ethereum (ETH) ERC-20, Litecoin (LTC), Ripple (XRP), Tether (USDT) TRC20, USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain) | S$ 15 (or $12, €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
Singapore’s table has no bank and no wallet other than Volet.com and WebMoney: cards, two e-wallets and six coins. It has no Skrill and no Neteller. The two Visa/MasterCard rows differ only in the euro minimum (€3 and €2). Singapore accounts can be held in Singapore dollars, which is why the minimums above start with an S$ amount.
Which method can you withdraw to?
According to IQ Option’s help centre, the way you deposited decides the way you can withdraw: an e-wallet deposit can only be withdrawn to the same e-wallet account, and what you can send back to a card is limited to what you deposited with it. The Singapore cashier offered Maybank as its one local method (see the deposit guide), but Maybank is not in the withdrawal table or in the list of our account, and neither is any other bank, so withdrawals go to a card, an e-wallet or a crypto address. Apple Pay and Google Pay are deposit methods that are not in the withdrawal list either.
Costs: one free withdrawal, then 2%
One withdrawal per calendar month is free for every method. After that the fee is 2% of the amount, with a ceiling of S$ 43 (or $30, €30 or £25) on a Singapore dollar account. A second withdrawal of S$ 300 costs S$ 6; one at the S$ 15 crypto minimum costs S$ 0.30. The cap is reached at S$ 2,150, so a withdrawal of S$ 5,000 costs S$ 43, not S$ 100. Your bank, wallet or card issuer may charge separately; see our fees guide for the other costs.
How long to wait for a withdrawal in Singapore
- IQ Option’s processing: up to 3 business days for every request, according to the notes under the official table and the help centre.
- Cards: shown as instant, but the bank that issued the card can take up to 21 calendar days. IQ Option cannot speed that up.
- E-wallets and crypto (Volet.com, WebMoney and the six coins): 1 to 24 hours in the table, and, for an e-wallet, about a day after IQ Option completes the request, says the help centre.
Before your first withdrawal: verification
IQ Option does not pay out to an unverified account. The help centre asks for a photo of an identity document and, after a card deposit, a copy of the card (both sides, CVV hidden), and says the documents are checked within 3 business days. It is easier to do this before you need the money; see our account verification guide.
Check the rules in Singapore first
IQ Option accepts Singapore sign-ups, but that does not mean the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) approves it. MAS lists “IQ Option Europe Ltd; IQ Option Ltd” on its Investor Alert List, with a listing date of 7 April 2017. It is a warning list, not a block. We are not lawyers: the deposit guide has the full note, and our IQ Option legitimacy check lists the regulators that have commented.
If your withdrawal has not arrived
- See where it stands. A request in the Withdrawal requests panel is Requested, In process or Funds sent; only the last one means the money has left IQ Option.
- Match the method to its time. A card can take 21 calendar days; e-wallets and coins are listed at 1 to 24 hours.
- Check the amount. Each method has a minimum, and the amount cannot exceed your balance.
- Go to support. Start the chat from Chats & Support in the left sidebar, or email support@iqoption.com. The support guide has the details.
