Last updated: 8 October 2026. All the screenshots on this page were recorded on 8 October (UTC-6) with an IQ Option Practice account registered in Nicaragua. The VPN server behind the connection is listed by its provider as Managua and flagged “virtual”, and a location lookup put it in Miami, but IQ Option’s sign-up form still offered Nicaragua as the country of residence. We stopped every payment before its last button, so no money moved.

How to deposit on IQ Option in Nicaragua, step by step
The walkthrough uses Visa / Mastercard, the first tile in the cashier. Numbers in red on the screenshots show the order of the clicks.
Step 1: Open the deposit window
Click the green Deposit button at the top right of the traderoom (1). The $10,000 balance beside it is the Practice account; real money starts at $0.
Step 2: Choose “Top up your account”
Two options appear. The grey Refill to $10,000 only tops up the practice balance. The green Top up your account button (1) is the one for real money.
Step 3: Pick Visa / Mastercard
A purple banner at the top of the payment-method page advertises the welcome bonus (code IQWELCOME, until 18 Oct 2026). Under “Recommended” the order is Visa / Mastercard, Neteller, Skrill, all instant. Select Visa / Mastercard (1). The seven coins sit under “Crypto deposit”, at 5 to 60 minutes each.
Step 4: Confirm USD as the account currency
USD was already selected (1), with EUR and GBP beside it. Press Next (2). The grey box repeats a rule worth remembering: once you have made a first deposit, the currency of the account stays as it is.
Step 5: Type the amount and look at the bonus
Enter an amount in the field (1) or use one of the quick buttons between $10 and $1,000. IQWELCOME was in the promotion box before we did anything (2). A $10 deposit showed “Bonus 50%” (+$5) and $15 to be credited; the buttons offered +70% on $20, +80% on $30, +90% on $50 and $100, and +100% from $250. The × at the end of the code box takes the bonus away.
Try $1 and the field goes red. The card’s limits appear underneath as “From $10 to $11,050” (1), and the promotion area says “Deposit $10 or more to get a bonus” (2).
Step 6: Fill in the card form and confirm
The card block (1) has four fields: number, month and year, CVC, name on the card. Underneath, “Save my card for future instant payments” is switched on (2) and the terms box (3) is empty. Once it is ticked, the green Deposit $10 button (4) completes the payment. Our test ended in front of it.

Volet.com is only on the page and the coins only in the cashier. According to the page’s footnote, some countries cannot use every deposit method until the account has been fully verified.
Paying with Skrill
For Skrill the range line said “From $10 to $1,000,000”. Enter the amount (1), keep or drop the bonus code (2), tick the terms (3) and press Proceed to Payment (4) to be sent to Skrill’s own page. We did not go further.
Paying with Tether (USDT) and other coins
The coin list is Bitcoin, Cardano, Ethereum (ERC-20), Litecoin, Ripple (XRP), Tether (USDT) on TRC20 and USDC on BNB Smart Chain. IQ Option converts whatever you send into your account currency. The Tether form took $10 to $1,000,000. Type the amount (1) and read the grey box (2): the wallet address on the next page may be used repeatedly, for any amount from $10 up. Getting money out of IQ Option in Nicaragua
The withdrawals page gives every account one free withdrawal per calendar month (1), whatever the method. Each further one costs 2% up to 30 USD. A bank transfer is not offered. Money goes to a card, an e-wallet, WebMoney or a coin address; the two Visa/MasterCard entries (2) begin at $2.

The page’s footnote says a card payout can take up to 21 calendar days at the issuing bank, and a request may need up to 3 business days. It lists six coins (USD Coin on BNB Smart Chain, Cardano, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, Tether on TRC20) and no Bitcoin; we did not look at the withdrawal list inside the account, so check yours there. Check the rules in Nicaragua first
IQ Option let us register from Nicaragua, but that does not make it a Nicaraguan licensee. In a search on 8 October 2026 we found no notice from a Nicaraguan authority that names IQ Option, no Nicaraguan block of the site and no action against people who write about it. The website of the banking superintendency (SIBOIF) did not answer from our network, so we cannot say which warnings about investment offers it carries, and we quote none. This is not legal advice: work out your own position before you deposit and never risk more than you can afford to lose. If your deposit has not arrived
- Check the time shown. Cards, Neteller and Skrill are instant, coins need 5 to 60 minutes.
- Match the network. Coins sent over a different chain from the one on the form can be lost; Tether runs on TRC20.
- Ask your bank. Some banks refuse online payments to foreign merchants. Have it allow the payment or pay through an e-wallet.
