Last updated: 9 October 2026. We recorded the withdrawal page below on 9 October 2026 on an IQ Option Practice account registered in Cambodia (the connection was recognised by IQ Option as Cambodian). The conditions are IQ Option’s official withdrawals page for that account, read on 8 October 2026. With no real money in the account there was no withdrawal form, and nothing was withdrawn.
You withdraw from IQ Option in Cambodia on the withdrawal page: choose a card, an e-wallet or one of six cryptocurrencies, enter the amount and confirm. Minimums in the official table: $2 for cards, Skrill, WebMoney and Volet.com, $10 for Neteller and $12 for the six coins. The first withdrawal of each calendar month is free; later ones cost 2%, at most $30. We show the page as a Cambodian account sees it, then the official minimums, the fee, the times and what to do when a payout is late. The routine itself is the same everywhere and is in the general withdrawal guide.
Quick answer
- Fee: one free withdrawal per calendar month, whatever the method; after that 2%, at most $30 (€30 or £25).
- Minimum (official table): $2 to cards, Skrill, WebMoney and Volet.com; $10 to Neteller; $12 to the six coins.
- No bank: the table has neither a bank nor a local wallet for a Cambodian account; withdrawals go back to a card, an e-wallet or a crypto address.
- Time: 1–24 hours for the e-wallets and coins, up to 21 calendar days for a card (your bank decides), and up to 3 business days for IQ Option to process the request.
- Bitcoin: not in the table, but in our account’s list on 9 October at 1 to 24 hours; no card entry appeared there.
- Empty balance: instead of a form, the withdrawal page shows “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0”.
What IQ Option shows a Cambodian account
This is iqoption.com/en/withdrawal as it looked on 9 October 2026 for a Practice account registered in Cambodia (connection recognised by IQ Option as Cambodian). The real account held $0.00, so there was a method list but no form.
- The page itself. At the top is the Withdrawal heading and a notice (1): 1 free withdrawal until the end of the calendar month. On the left (2), a column lists the methods and their processing time and opened with two e-wallets: the selected entry was Skrill, with Neteller second. Right panel: Skrill, the selected method, with “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” (3) and a Withdrawal Conditions link (4) that opens IQ Option’s official table.

- The list. 11 entries were listed and ended with Webmoney WMZ (2). Volet.com USD came third and was marked “Under Maintenance” that day; then came seven coins, Bitcoin (BTC) among them, with Ethereum, Ripple, Cardano and Litecoin at the end (1). The other entries showed “1 – 24 hours”. No bank, no Cambodian wallet and no Visa/Mastercard entry was listed.

- Requests and questions. Under the list sits the Withdrawal requests panel (1), empty on our account (“No requests”), and under that IQ Option’s own Frequently Asked Questions (2). Some questions quote 150.00 BRL, a Brazilian minimum that does not apply to a Cambodian account.

The account’s list and the official table agree on Skrill, Neteller, Volet.com, WebMoney and six coins. Two differences: Bitcoin is in the list but not in the table, and the table has a card entry (two Visa/MasterCard rows) that the list does not. With a zero balance no withdrawal form opened, so look at your own withdrawal page for what your account can use.
Methods and minimums for a Cambodian account
The table below is IQ Option’s own, for our Cambodian account. A Cambodian account can hold dollars, euros or pounds, and the minimums are in those currencies.

| Method | Minimum withdrawal | Time shown |
|---|---|---|
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (first row) | $2 (or €3, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (second row) | $2 (or €2, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| E-wallets: Skrill, Webmoney WMZ, Volet.com USD | $2 (or €2, £2) | 1–24 hours |
| E-wallets: Neteller | $10 (or €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
| Crypto: Tether (USDT) TRC20, USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain), Ethereum (ETH) ERC-20, Ripple (XRP), Cardano (ADA), Litecoin (LTC) | $12 (or €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
Cambodia’s table has no bank and no local wallet, so there is nothing to withdraw to in riel. The account is held in US dollars, euros or pounds (see the deposit guide), and every minimum is in those currencies. Neteller is the one e-wallet with a higher minimum ($10 against $2).
Which method will your withdrawal use?
IQ Option’s help centre says that the withdrawal method depends on how you funded the account: money paid in with an e-wallet can only go back to the same e-wallet account, and a card withdrawal is limited to the amount deposited with that card. The Cambodian cashier also offered two Thai banks, Krungsri and SCB, which our deposit guide could not explain. Neither is in the withdrawal table or in the list of our account, and there is no Cambodian bank or KHQR method in either direction.
What a withdrawal costs: free once a month, then 2%
Every calendar month, IQ Option waives the fee on one withdrawal, whichever method you use. Further withdrawals in the same month cost 2% of the amount, up to $30 (€30 or £25) on a dollar account. A second withdrawal of $250 costs $5; one at the $12 crypto minimum costs $0.24. The cap is reached at $1,500, so a withdrawal of $10,000 costs $30, not $200. The bank, wallet or card issuer on the receiving side can charge too; the other costs are in our fees guide.
Waiting times in Cambodia
- The request itself: IQ Option says to allow up to 3 business days to process every withdrawal (notes under the official table and the help centre).
- Cards: the table shows instant, but the money can need up to 21 calendar days to reach you, because that part is up to the bank that issued the card.
- E-wallets and crypto (Skrill, WebMoney, Volet.com, Neteller and the six coins): 1 to 24 hours in the table, and, for an e-wallet, about a day after IQ Option completes the request, says the help centre.
Verification before the first payout
Before the first payout IQ Option wants to know who is asking. Its help centre lists a photo of an identity document and, for a card deposit, both sides of the card (hide the CVV). It says documents are checked within 3 business days, so send them early. The steps are in our account verification guide.
Check the rules in Cambodia first
IQ Option accepts Cambodian sign-ups, but that is not a Cambodian licence. The Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia has issued only a handful of derivatives licences, and a news report notes that unlicensed forex and metals firms still advertise openly while the regulator publishes warnings about unlicensed entities. In a search on 8 October 2026 we found no Cambodian block of IQ Option and no action against people who write about it. For the whole note, see the deposit guide. It is not legal advice.
When a withdrawal is late
- Start with the status. Requested and In process, in the Withdrawal requests panel, mean the request has not been paid yet; Funds sent means IQ Option has done its part.
- Compare with the table. A card can take 21 calendar days; e-wallets and coins are listed at 1 to 24 hours.
- Check the amount. A request below the method’s minimum, or above your balance, is not accepted.
- Write to support. Chats & Support in the left sidebar opens the chat; the email address is support@iqoption.com. More in our support guide.
