Last updated: 9 October 2026. We logged in on 9 October 2026 to a Practice account registered in Kazakhstan, through a connection that IQ Option took for Kazakh, and read IQ Option’s official withdrawal conditions for it on 8 October 2026. The balance was zero, so there was a list of methods but no form, and nothing was withdrawn.
With an account registered in Kazakhstan, you withdraw by opening the withdrawal page, choosing a card, an e-wallet or one of six cryptocurrencies, entering the amount and confirming. Minimum amounts: $2 for cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney, $10 for Neteller and $12 for the six coins. IQ Option charges 2% on every withdrawal after the first one of the month, up to $30. We show the page as a Kazakh account sees it, then the official minimums, the fee, the times and what to do when a payout is late. The routine itself is the same everywhere and is in the general withdrawal guide.
Quick answer
- Fee: the first withdrawal of each calendar month is free for every method; later ones cost 2%, up to $30 (€30 or £25).
- Minimum (official table): $2 to cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney; $10 to Neteller; $12 to the six coins.
- No bank: the table lists no Kazakh bank or wallet; money goes back to a card, an e-wallet or a crypto address.
- Time: 1–24 hours for the e-wallets and coins; a card can take up to 21 calendar days at your bank; IQ Option asks you to allow up to 3 business days.
- Bitcoin: not in the table, but in our account’s list on 9 October at 1 to 24 hours; no card entry appeared there.
- Zero balance: the page shows “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” and no form.
Inside the withdrawal page of a Kazakh account
On 9 October 2026 we logged in to a Practice account registered in Kazakhstan, over a connection that IQ Option recognised as Kazakh, and opened iqoption.com/en/withdrawal. The real account held $0.00, which is why the page showed the list of methods and no form. IQ Option also serves this page in Russian, at iqoption.com/ru/withdrawal.
- The page itself. The heading is Withdrawal, with the notice that you have 1 free withdrawal until the end of the calendar month (1). The left-hand column (2) shows each method with its processing time. It opened with two e-wallets: on our account the selected entry was Neteller, followed by Skrill. For the selected method, Neteller, the right-hand panel shows “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” (3) and a Withdrawal Conditions link (4) that leads to IQ Option’s official table.

- The list. The list had 11 entries, in a mixed order: Neteller, Skrill, then coins (Tether, USD Coin, Cardano, Bitcoin (BTC) (1), Ethereum, Litecoin and Ripple), then Volet.com USD, marked “Under Maintenance” that day (2), and last Webmoney WMZ. All the others showed “1 – 24 hours”. It had no bank and no Visa/Mastercard entry.

- Requests and questions. After the list come two more blocks: the Withdrawal requests panel (1), empty on our account (“No requests”), and the Frequently Asked Questions (2). The questions are IQ Option’s own and mention a Brazilian figure, 150.00 BRL, that means nothing for a Kazakh account.

Both sources agree on Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com, WebMoney and six coins, at 1 to 24 hours. Two differences: Bitcoin is in the list but not in the table, and the table has a card entry (two Visa/MasterCard rows) that the list does not. A bank is in neither. We never saw a form, because the balance was zero. What your account can use is shown on your own withdrawal page.
Official minimums for Kazakhstan
Here is what IQ Option’s official table lists for our Kazakh account. The minimums are in dollars, euros or pounds, the currencies a Kazakh account can hold.

| Method | Minimum withdrawal | Time shown |
|---|---|---|
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (first row) | $2 (or €3, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (second row) | $2 (or €2, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| E-wallets: Neteller | $10 (or €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
| E-wallets: Skrill, Volet.com USD, Webmoney WMZ | $2 (or €2, £2) | 1–24 hours |
| Crypto: Tether (USDT) TRC20, USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain), Cardano (ADA), Ethereum (ETH) ERC-20, Litecoin (LTC), Ripple (XRP) | $12 (or €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
Kazakhstan’s table has no bank and no local wallet: two Visa/MasterCard rows (€3 and €2 on the euro side), Neteller at $10, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney at $2 and six coins at $12. The account is held in US dollars, euros or pounds: the deposit guide found no tenge account.
Which method will your withdrawal use?
IQ Option’s help centre says that the withdrawal method depends on how you funded the account: money paid in with an e-wallet can only go back to the same e-wallet account, and a card withdrawal is limited to the amount deposited with that card. Neteller is a withdrawal method only here: it is in the withdrawal table and in the list of our account, but the Kazakh deposit cashier did not offer it (it had only Skrill, Visa / Mastercard and seven coins). Every method the cashier offers also appears on the withdrawal side, and nothing local exists in either direction (see the deposit guide).
Fees: one free withdrawal a month, then 2%
The notice at the top of the withdrawal page says that you have 1 free withdrawal per calendar month, whatever the payment method. After the free one, each withdrawal in that month costs 2% of the amount, at most $30 (€30 or £25) on a dollar account. A second withdrawal of $750 costs $15; one at the $12 crypto minimum costs $0.24. The cap is reached at $1,500, so a withdrawal of $4,000 costs $30, not $80. Your bank, wallet or card issuer may charge its own fee. Our fees guide covers the other costs.
When the money arrives in Kazakhstan
- Processing at IQ Option: allow up to 3 business days for every request; the notes under the official table and the help centre both say so.
- Cards: shown as instant, but the bank that issued the card can take up to 21 calendar days. IQ Option cannot speed that up.
- Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com, WebMoney and the six coins: 1 to 24 hours in the table; according to the help centre, an e-wallet gets the money about a day after IQ Option completes the request.
Verification comes before the money
You need to be verified before the first payout. The help centre asks for an identity document and, if you funded the account by card, both sides of that card with the CVV hidden; it promises a check within 3 business days. Upload them before your first request. Our account verification guide walks through it.
Before you start: the rules in Kazakhstan
IQ Option let us register from Kazakhstan, but that is not a Kazakh licence. The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market (ARDFM) told the public in February 2026, as reported by Finratings.kz, that a broker missing from the official ARDFM register leaves your money unprotected by law and that “a foreign licence does not give the right to work in Kazakhstan”. None of the articles we read names IQ Option. This is not legal advice: the deposit guide has the full note.
If your withdrawal has not arrived
- Open the requests panel. On the withdrawal page, a request marked Requested or In process is still with IQ Option; Funds sent means it has paid out and the delay is on the receiving side.
- Compare with the table. A card can take 21 calendar days; e-wallets and coins are listed at 1 to 24 hours.
- Look at the amount. It has to be at least the method’s minimum and no more than your balance.
- Ask support. The chat inside the platform (Chats & Support in the left sidebar) or support@iqoption.com. Our support guide shows how.
