Last updated: 8 October 2026. The withdrawal page below was recorded on 8 October 2026 on an IQ Option Practice account registered in Colombia, over a Colombian connection, and the conditions come from IQ Option’s official withdrawals page for that account, read on 4 October 2026. The account held no real money, so IQ Option showed the list of methods but no form. We did not withdraw anything.
To withdraw from IQ Option in Colombia, you open the withdrawal page, choose Nequi, Bre-B, a Colombian bank, a card, an e-wallet or crypto, enter the amount and confirm. Nequi starts at COL$ 50,000, the five banks and Bre-B at COL$ 110,000, and cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney at COL$ 10,000. The first withdrawal of each calendar month is free; later ones cost 2%, at most COL$ 106,600. IQ Option lists 1 to 24 hours for Nequi, Bre-B, the e-wallets and crypto, and 1 to 3 business days for the five banks. This guide shows what the withdrawal page of a Colombian account lists, the official minimums, the fee and the times, and what to check if a withdrawal is late. The steps are the same in every country; the general withdrawal guide shows each one.
Quick answer
- Fee: one free withdrawal per calendar month, whatever the method; after that 2%, at most COL$ 106,600 (or $30, €30, £25).
- Minimum (official table): COL$ 110,000 to the five banks and Bre-B; COL$ 50,000 to Nequi; COL$ 10,000 to cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney; COL$ 50,190 to Neteller; about COL$ 49,250 to crypto.
- Banks: Banco Davivienda, Banco de Bogotá, Banco de Occidente, Bancolombia and BBVA Colombia, each at 1 to 3 business days.
- Nequi and Bre-B: 1 to 24 hours.
- Bitcoin: not in the official table, but listed (1 to 24 hours) on the withdrawal page of our Colombian account on 8 October 2026; the page had no card entry.
- Empty balance: the withdrawal page shows “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” instead of a form.
What IQ Option shows a Colombian account
We opened iqoption.com/en/withdrawal on 8 October 2026 from a Colombian connection, logged in to a Practice account registered in Colombia. The real account held 0.00 COP, so the page showed the method list and no form. IQ Option’s Spanish version of the same page is at iqoption.com/es/withdrawal.
- The page. The heading is Withdrawal, with the notice that you have 1 free withdrawal until the end of the calendar month (1). The column on the left (2) lists the methods with their processing time, starting with the five Colombian banks, each at “1 – 3 business days”, and Bre-B at “1 – 24 hours”. The panel on the right shows the selected method, Banco Davivienda S.A., with “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” (3) and a Withdrawal Conditions link (4) that opens IQ Option’s official table.

- The list. The list had 18 entries. After the five banks (Banco Davivienda S.A., Banco De Bogota, Banco De Occidente, Bancolombia and BBVA Colombia) and Bre-B came Nequi (1) at 1 to 24 hours, then seven coins with Bitcoin (BTC) (2) first (Bitcoin, Cardano, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, Tether TRC20 and USD Coin), then Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com USD (marked “Under Maintenance”) and Webmoney WMZ, all at 1 to 24 hours. The list had no Visa/Mastercard entry.

- Requests and questions. Below the list, the Withdrawal requests panel (1) was empty (“No requests”). Under it, the page’s Frequently Asked Questions (2) are IQ Option’s own; some of them mention 150.00 BRL, a Brazilian figure that does not apply to a Colombian account.

The account’s list and the official table agree on the five banks (1 to 3 business days), Bre-B, Nequi and the e-wallets. They differ on two points: the list shows Bitcoin, which the table does not, and it had no card entry, which the table has. We could not open a form to test a withdrawal, so check your own withdrawal page for the methods your account can use.
Withdrawal methods and minimums in Colombia
IQ Option’s official table for our Colombian account lists these methods. The minimums are in Colombian pesos for a peso account, and in dollars, euros or pounds for an account in those currencies.

| Method | Minimum withdrawal | Time shown |
|---|---|---|
| Banks: Banco Davivienda S.A., Banco de Bogota, Banco De Occidente, Bancolombia, BBVA Colombia | COL$ 110,000 (or $33, €29, £25) | 1–3 business days |
| Nequi and Bre-B: Bre-B | COL$ 110,000 (or $33, €29, £25) | 1–24 hours |
| Nequi and Bre-B: Nequi | COL$ 50,000 (or $15, €14, £12) | 1–24 hours |
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard | COL$ 10,000 (or $2, €2, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| E-wallets: Neteller | COL$ 50,190 (or $10, €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
| E-wallets: Skrill, Volet.com USD, Webmoney WMZ | COL$ 10,000 (or $2, €2, £2) | 1–24 hours |
| Crypto: Cardano (ADA), Ethereum (ETH) ERC-20, Litecoin (LTC), Tether (USDT) TRC20, USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain) | COL$ 49,251 (or $12, €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
| Crypto: Ripple (XRP) | COL$ 49,245 (or $12, €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
Two details set Colombia apart. The five banks (Davivienda, Banco de Bogotá, Banco de Occidente, Bancolombia and BBVA Colombia) are the only ones in the table listed in business days, while Nequi and Bre-B are listed at 1 to 24 hours. And Nequi has its own, lower minimum (COL$ 50,000) than Bre-B and the banks (COL$ 110,000).
Fees: one free withdrawal a month, then 2%
The notice at the top of the withdrawal page says that you have 1 free withdrawal per calendar month, whatever the payment method. After the free one, each withdrawal in that month costs 2% of the amount, at most COL$ 106,600 on a Colombian peso account ($30, €30 or £25 on an account in those currencies). A second withdrawal of COL$ 1,000,000 costs COL$ 20,000; one at the COL$ 110,000 bank minimum costs COL$ 2,200. The cap is reached at COL$ 5,330,000, so a withdrawal of COL$ 8,000,000 costs COL$ 106,600, not COL$ 160,000. Your bank, wallet or card issuer may charge its own fee. Our fees guide covers the other costs.
How long a withdrawal to Colombia takes
- IQ Option’s processing: up to 3 business days for every request, according to the notes under the official table and the help centre.
- Banks: Banco Davivienda, Banco de Bogotá, Banco de Occidente, Bancolombia and BBVA Colombia are listed at 1 to 3 business days.
- Nequi and Bre-B: 1 to 24 hours.
- Cards: shown as instant, but the bank that issued the card can take up to 21 calendar days. IQ Option cannot speed that up.
- E-wallets and crypto: 1 to 24 hours in the table; the help centre says the money reaches an e-wallet within about a day of IQ Option completing the request.
Before your first withdrawal: verification
IQ Option’s help centre says you need to verify your identity before you can withdraw: a photo of an identity document, and, if you deposited by card, both sides of the card with the CVV hidden. Documents are checked within 3 business days, so verify before you need the money. See our account verification guide.
If your withdrawal has not arrived
- Check the status. In the Withdrawal requests panel on the withdrawal page, Requested and In process mean IQ Option is still handling it; Funds sent means it has paid out.
- Check the method. Banks are listed in business days (1 to 3), and a card can take 21 calendar days.
- Check the amount. Each method has a minimum, and the amount cannot exceed your balance.
- Contact support. Use the chat inside the platform (Chats & Support in the left sidebar) or write to support@iqoption.com. See our support guide.
