Last updated: 9 October 2026. We recorded the withdrawal page below on 9 October 2026 on an IQ Option Practice account registered in New Zealand (the connection was recognised by IQ Option as New Zealand). The conditions are IQ Option’s official withdrawals page for that account, read on 8 October 2026. With no real money in the account there was no withdrawal form, and nothing was withdrawn.
With an account registered in New Zealand, you withdraw by opening the withdrawal page, choosing a card, an e-wallet or one of six cryptocurrencies, entering the amount and confirming. The smallest amounts: the six coins at $12, Neteller at $10 and cards, Volet.com and WebMoney at $2. The first withdrawal of each calendar month is free; later ones cost 2%, at most $30. What follows is specific to a New Zealand account: how the withdrawal page looks, which methods and minimums the official table lists, what the fee is and how long to wait. The steps that never change are in the general withdrawal guide.
Quick answer
- Fee: the first withdrawal of each calendar month is free for every method; later ones cost 2%, up to $30 (€30 or £25).
- Minimum (official table): $2 to cards, Volet.com and WebMoney; $10 to Neteller; $12 to the six coins.
- No bank: the table has neither a bank nor a local wallet for a New Zealand account; withdrawals go back to a card, an e-wallet or a crypto address.
- Time: the e-wallets and coins take 1–24 hours; a card can need up to 21 calendar days because of your bank; IQ Option itself asks for up to 3 business days.
- Bitcoin: not in the official table, but listed (1 to 24 hours) on the withdrawal page of our account on 9 October; the page had no card entry.
- Zero balance: the page shows “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” and no form.
What IQ Option shows a New Zealand account
The recording of iqoption.com/en/withdrawal was made on 9 October 2026 with a Practice account registered in New Zealand (IQ Option took the connection for New Zealand). Its real account held $0.00, so the page offered a method list and no form.
- Opening the page. Under the Withdrawal heading, a notice (1) says that you have 1 free withdrawal until the end of the calendar month. Down the left (2) runs the list of methods with their processing time, in alphabetical order, and opened with Bitcoin (BTC), the selected entry on our account. On the right, the panel for the selected method, Bitcoin (BTC), says “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” (3) and has a Withdrawal Conditions link (4) to IQ Option’s official table.

- The list. The list held 10 entries: Bitcoin, Cardano, Ethereum, Litecoin, Neteller, Ripple, Tether (USDT) TRC20, USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain), Volet.com USD, marked “Under Maintenance” that day (1), and Webmoney WMZ (2). The other entries showed “1 – 24 hours”. We saw no bank, no Skrill and no Visa/Mastercard entry.

- Requests and questions. After the list come two more blocks: the Withdrawal requests panel (1), empty on our account (“No requests”), and the Frequently Asked Questions (2). The questions are IQ Option’s own and mention a Brazilian figure, 150.00 BRL, that means nothing for a New Zealand account.

The account’s list and the official table agree on the six coins, Neteller, Volet.com and WebMoney at 1 to 24 hours. Where they disagree: the list shows Bitcoin, which the table omits, and the list has no card entry, which the table has. Neither shows a bank or Skrill. Because the real balance was zero, the page never opened a withdrawal form; for the methods your own account can use, open your own withdrawal page.
Withdrawal methods and minimums in New Zealand
IQ Option’s official table for our New Zealand account lists these methods. Minimums are given in dollars, euros or pounds, which are the currencies a New Zealand account can hold.

| Method | Minimum withdrawal | Time shown |
|---|---|---|
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard | $2 (or €2, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| E-wallets: Neteller | $10 (or €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
| E-wallets: Volet.com USD, Webmoney WMZ | $2 (or €2, £2) | 1–24 hours |
| Crypto: Cardano (ADA), Ethereum (ETH) ERC-20, Litecoin (LTC), Ripple (XRP), Tether (USDT) TRC20, USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain) | $12 (or €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
New Zealand’s table has one Visa/MasterCard row, Neteller, Volet.com, WebMoney and six coins; there is no bank and no Skrill. The account is held in US dollars, euros or pounds: the deposit guide found no NZD account, so every minimum is in those currencies.
Which method will your withdrawal use?
IQ Option’s help centre says that the withdrawal method depends on how you funded the account: money paid in with an e-wallet can only go back to the same e-wallet account, and a card withdrawal is limited to the amount deposited with that card. The New Zealand cashier also offers Apple Pay and Google Pay, besides Mastercard, Visa, Neteller and seven coins. Apple Pay and Google Pay are deposit methods only: neither is in the withdrawal table or in the list of our account (see the deposit guide).
The fee: 2% after the first withdrawal of the month
One withdrawal per calendar month is free for every method. After that the fee is 2% of the amount, with a ceiling of $30 (€30 or £25) on a dollar account. A second withdrawal of $200 costs $4; one at the $12 crypto minimum costs $0.24. The cap is reached at $1,500, so a withdrawal of $6,000 costs $30, not $120. Your bank, wallet or card issuer may charge separately; see our fees guide for the other costs.
How long a withdrawal to New Zealand takes
- IQ Option’s processing: up to 3 business days for every request, according to the notes under the official table and the help centre.
- Card payouts: the table says instant, yet the issuing bank may need up to 21 calendar days, which is outside IQ Option’s control.
- E-wallets and crypto: 1 to 24 hours in the table (Neteller, Volet.com, WebMoney and the six coins); the help centre says the money reaches an e-wallet within about a day of IQ Option completing the request.
Verification comes before the money
IQ Option does not pay out to an unverified account. The help centre asks for a photo of an identity document and, after a card deposit, a copy of the card (both sides, CVV hidden), and says the documents are checked within 3 business days. It is easier to do this before you need the money; see our account verification guide.
Local rules: New Zealand
IQ Option let us register from New Zealand, but that does not make it a registered firm there. On 19 August 2020 the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) published a warning about RB Options, a website that the FMA said was “currently promoting IQ Option”; it recommended “exercising caution before dealing with these entities as they are not registered companies or financial service providers in New Zealand”. The live FMA page did not open for us, so we read the archived copy of 17 February 2025. The warning is a caution, not a ban: we found no New Zealand block of IQ Option. The deposit guide has the full note; this is not legal advice.
When a withdrawal is late
- See where it stands. A request in the Withdrawal requests panel is Requested, In process or Funds sent; only the last one means the money has left IQ Option.
- Remember the method’s time. A card can take 21 calendar days; e-wallets and coins are listed at 1 to 24 hours.
- Check the amount. Each method has a minimum, and the amount cannot exceed your balance.
- Contact support. Use the chat inside the platform (Chats & Support in the left sidebar) or write to support@iqoption.com. See our support guide.
Other countries’ withdrawal guides
The list of methods and the minimums follow the country of registration. The same recording method was used for these guides:
- Papua New Guinea: Cards, e-wallets, crypto (no banks)
- Brazil: 18 banks, cards, Skrill
- Nigeria: 5 banks, OPay, cards
- Malaysia: 6 banks, cards, e-wallets
- Thailand: 9 banks, cards, e-wallets
- Philippines: GCash, Maya, 8 banks
- South Africa: 6 banks, cards, e-wallets
- Colombia: Nequi, Bre-B, 5 banks
Every country guide is in the grid on the IQ Option withdrawal guide.
The other direction is covered in the New Zealand deposit guide.
