Last updated: 9 October 2026. Screenshots of the withdrawal page: 9 October 2026, Practice account registered in Morocco, connection recognised by IQ Option as Moroccan. Official conditions: read on 8 October 2026. The account held no real money, so IQ Option listed the methods but offered no form, and we withdrew nothing.
You withdraw from IQ Option in Morocco on the withdrawal page: choose a card, an e-wallet or one of six cryptocurrencies, enter the amount and confirm. The table sets these minimums: 110 MAD for the six coins and 20 MAD for cards, Skrill, Volet.com, WebMoney and Neteller. The first withdrawal in a calendar month is free, and later ones cost 2% (at most 310 MAD). We show the page as a Moroccan account sees it, then the official minimums, the fee, the times and what to do when a payout is late. The routine itself is the same everywhere and is in the general withdrawal guide.
Quick answer
- Fee: nothing for one withdrawal a month, whichever method; then 2% of the amount, capped at 310 MAD (or $30, €30 or £25).
- Minimum (official table): 20 MAD to cards, Skrill, Volet.com, WebMoney and Neteller; 110 MAD to the six coins.
- No bank: the table has no Moroccan bank or wallet, so money goes back to a card, an e-wallet or a crypto address.
- Time: IQ Option asks for up to 3 business days; then the e-wallets and coins are listed at 1–24 hours and a card can take up to 21 calendar days at your bank.
- Bitcoin: not in the official table, but listed (1 to 24 hours) on the withdrawal page of our account on 9 October; the page had no card entry.
- Empty balance: no form opens; the page says “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0”.
The withdrawal page of a Moroccan account
We looked at iqoption.com/en/withdrawal on 9 October 2026, logged in to a Practice account registered in Morocco over a connection that IQ Option recognised as Moroccan. With $0.00 in the real account, IQ Option showed the list of methods and no form. For the Arabic version of the page, open iqoption.com/ar/withdrawal. For the French version of the page, open iqoption.com/fr/withdrawal.
- The first screen. The heading is Withdrawal, with the notice that you have 1 free withdrawal until the end of the calendar month (1). The column on the left (2) lists the methods with their processing time and started with two e-wallets: the selected entry was Skrill, followed by Neteller. For the selected method, Skrill, the right-hand panel shows “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” (3) and a Withdrawal Conditions link (4) that leads to IQ Option’s official table.

- The list. The list ran to 11 entries and ended with Webmoney WMZ (2). Volet.com USD, third, was marked “Under Maintenance” that day. The seven coins followed, among them Bitcoin (BTC), and the last four (Ethereum, Ripple, Cardano and Litecoin) are in the picture (1). Every other entry showed “1 – 24 hours”. We saw no Moroccan bank and no Visa/Mastercard entry.

- Requests and questions. Below the list, the Withdrawal requests panel (1) was empty (“No requests”). Under it, the page’s Frequently Asked Questions (2) are IQ Option’s own; some of them mention 150.00 BRL, a Brazilian figure that does not apply to a Moroccan account.

Both sources agree on Skrill, Neteller, Volet.com, WebMoney and six coins, at 1 to 24 hours. They do not match on two points. Bitcoin appears only in the list, and the card entry (two Visa/MasterCard rows) appears only in the table. Neither shows a Moroccan bank. Because the real balance was zero, the page never opened a withdrawal form; for the methods your own account can use, open your own withdrawal page.
Morocco: methods, minimums and processing times
IQ Option’s official table, as it appears for our Moroccan account, has these methods. The minimums are in dirhams for a dirham account, and in dollars, euros or pounds for an account in those currencies.

| Method | Minimum withdrawal | Time shown |
|---|---|---|
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (first row) | 20 MAD (or $2, €3, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (second row) | 20 MAD (or $2, €2, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| E-wallets: Skrill, Volet.com USD, Webmoney WMZ | 20 MAD (or $2, €2, £2) | 1–24 hours |
| E-wallets: Neteller | 20 MAD (or $10, €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
| Crypto: Tether (USDT) TRC20, USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain), Ethereum (ETH) ERC-20, Ripple (XRP), Cardano (ADA), Litecoin (LTC) | 110 MAD (or $12, €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
Morocco’s table shows its minimums in dirhams (20 MAD for cards, Skrill, Neteller, Volet.com and WebMoney, 110 MAD for the six coins) next to the dollar, euro and pound amounts. It has no bank and no local wallet. The two Visa/MasterCard rows differ only in the euro minimum (€3 and €2).
Which method will your withdrawal use?
The help centre ties withdrawals to deposits. Money paid in through an e-wallet can only be withdrawn to the same e-wallet account, and a card can only receive up to the amount that was deposited with that card. The Moroccan cashier is international (Visa / Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller and seven coins) and has no Moroccan bank or wallet, so every deposit method also has a withdrawal row and nothing local exists in either direction (see the deposit guide).
The fee: 2% after the first withdrawal of the month
IQ Option charges nothing for the first withdrawal of a calendar month, whatever the method. Each later one costs 2%, capped at 310 MAD (or $30, €30 or £25) on a dirham account. A second withdrawal of 5,000 MAD costs 100 MAD; one at the 110 MAD crypto minimum costs 2.20 MAD. The cap is reached at 15,500 MAD, so a withdrawal of 100,000 MAD costs 310 MAD, not 2,000 MAD. The receiving bank, wallet or card issuer can add its own charge. Other costs are in our fees guide.
When the money arrives in Morocco
- Processing at IQ Option: allow up to 3 business days for every request; the notes under the official table and the help centre both say so.
- Card payouts: the table says instant, yet the issuing bank may need up to 21 calendar days, which is outside IQ Option’s control.
- Skrill, Volet.com, WebMoney, Neteller and the six coins: 1 to 24 hours in the table; according to the help centre, an e-wallet gets the money about a day after IQ Option completes the request.
Verification comes before the money
IQ Option’s help centre says you need to verify your identity before you can withdraw: a photo of an identity document, and, if you deposited by card, both sides of the card with the CVV hidden. Documents are checked within 3 business days, so verify before you need the money. See our account verification guide.
Local rules: Morocco
IQ Option accepts Moroccan sign-ups, but that is not a Moroccan licence. In December 2025 the AMMC, the capital markets authority, warned the public about fake trading platforms and unlicensed investment advice. It did not name IQ Option. A commercial guide to Moroccan trading rules, updated in May 2026, says forex and CFD trading is regulated rather than banned but that binary options and cryptocurrencies are prohibited; we could not confirm that in an official text. None of this is legal advice: the deposit guide has the full note, so check your own position before you deposit or withdraw.
If your withdrawal has not arrived
- Read the status. The panel under the method list shows where the request stands: Requested and In process are still on IQ Option’s side, Funds sent is not.
- Check the method. A card can take 21 calendar days; e-wallets and coins are listed at 1 to 24 hours.
- Check the figures. The request must reach the method’s minimum and stay within your balance.
- Go to support. Start the chat from Chats & Support in the left sidebar, or email support@iqoption.com. The support guide has the details.
Other countries’ withdrawal guides
