Last updated: 8 October 2026. We recorded every screenshot on this page that day, on an IQ Option Practice account registered in Kazakhstan, with the traderoom clock at UTC+5. The VPN server we used is listed by its provider as Astana, flagged “virtual”, and a location lookup placed it in Tokyo, yet IQ Option’s sign-up form accepted Kazakhstan as the country of residence. Every payment flow ended before the last button, so no money was sent.
The Kazakhstan cashier is short. Only two methods are recommended, Skrill and Visa / Mastercard, and seven cryptocurrencies sit beneath them. Neteller, Apple Pay, Google Pay and every local method are absent, and there is no tenge account: the currency step lists EUR, GBP and USD and ticks none of them. We walk through a $10 card deposit, then Skrill and Tether, read the limits and the withdrawal table, and set out what the financial regulator says about unlicensed brokers. How to deposit on IQ Option in Kazakhstan, step by step
Our example is Visa / Mastercard, the second of the two recommended tiles. The red numbers on the pictures give the order of the clicks.
Step 1: Press Deposit
The green Deposit button is in the top-right corner of the traderoom, beside the balance (1). That $10,000 is Practice money, not yours.
Step 2: Choose “Top up your account”
A window called Make a Deposit separates the practice side from the real one. Refill to $10,000 only restores play money; Top up your account (1) is the real thing, and the real balance next to it is $0.00.
Step 3: Select Visa / Mastercard
The method page opens with a banner for the welcome code IQWELCOME, valid until 18 Oct 2026. Below “Recommended” there are just two tiles, Skrill and Visa / Mastercard (1), both marked instant, followed by the “Crypto deposit” block with seven coins at 5 to 60 minutes each.
Step 4: Choose the account currency
The currency step opened with nothing ticked and the options in the order EUR, GBP, USD. We clicked USD (1) and pressed Next (2). The grey notice says the currency cannot be changed after a first deposit, and the tenge is not on offer.
Step 5: Enter the amount
Enter an amount (1) or use a preset button from $10 to $1,000. The banner of step 3 mentioned IQWELCOME, but our account did not apply it: the promotion box (2) was an empty code field with an Apply button. An orange “View available” link sat next to its heading; we did not open it and did not try the code.
Typing $1 turns the field red and prints the card limits below it: “From $10 to $11,050” (1).
Step 6: Complete the card form
The card block (1) takes the card number, expiry month and year, the CVC and the cardholder’s name. The option to save the card for future instant payments is ticked by default (2). Tick the terms (3), and the green Deposit $10 button (4) pays. Our test ended before it.
All deposit methods in Kazakhstan
We compared our cashier with IQ Option’s public deposits page, both read on 8 October 2026. The page lists three methods, each from 10 EUR (10 GBP, 10 USD, 1000 RUB), with 0% commission and instant processing.

Volet.com is listed on the page only. The page also says that some countries restrict certain deposit methods until the account is fully verified.
Depositing with Skrill
Skrill’s range read “From $10 to $1,000,000”. Type the amount (1), tick the terms (2) and press Proceed to Payment (3) to be redirected to Skrill’s page. We did not press it.
Depositing with Tether (USDT) and other coins
The coins offered are Bitcoin, Cardano, Ethereum (ERC-20), Litecoin, Ripple (XRP), Tether (USDT) on TRC20 and USDC on BNB Smart Chain. IQ Option converts whatever you send into the currency of your account. For Tether the range was $10 to $1,000,000. Enter the amount (1); the grey note (2) explains that the wallet address on the next page works any number of times for amounts of $10 or more. Then tick the terms (3) and press Proceed to Payment (4). Use only the TRC20 network. More on this in does IQ Option accept crypto.
Withdrawing from IQ Option in Kazakhstan
The withdrawals page offers one free withdrawal per calendar month, whatever the method (1). After that, each costs 2%, capped at 30 USD. The list opens with two Visa/MasterCard rows (2) and goes on with Neteller, Skrill, six cryptocurrencies, Volet.com USD and WebMoney WMZ. Bank transfers are not among them.

A footnote warns that card payouts can take up to 21 calendar days at the issuing bank and that requests may need up to 3 business days. The coins are Tether (TRC20), USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain), Ethereum, Ripple, Cardano and Litecoin, so Bitcoin cannot be withdrawn. Check the rules in Kazakhstan first
IQ Option let us register from Kazakhstan, but that is not a Kazakh licence. The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market (ARDFM, in Russian АРРФР) told the public in February 2026, as reported by Finratings.kz, that the number of companies offering investments without a licence has grown, that a broker missing from the official ARDFM register leaves your money unprotected by law, and that “a foreign licence does not give the right to work in Kazakhstan”. In June 2021 the agency published a list of unlicensed companies after “more than 40 complaints” about firms that give access to trading platforms for operations in foreign currency and other financial instruments (Kapital.kz report). We could not open that list on the government portal, so we cannot say whether IQ Option appears on it; none of the articles we read names IQ Option. Separately, a law signed in July 2022 introduced criminal liability for advertising financial pyramids; the report does not mention forex or binary options. We found no block of the site and no case against people who write about IQ Option. If your deposit has not arrived
- Compare with the time shown. Cards and Skrill are instant, coins can take up to an hour.
- Check the network. A coin sent over the wrong chain can be lost; Tether must travel over TRC20.
- Ask your bank. Card payments to foreign merchants are sometimes declined; ask the issuer to allow the payment or use an e-wallet.
