Last updated: 8 October 2026. The withdrawal page below was recorded on 8 October 2026 on an IQ Option Practice account registered in Vietnam, over a Vietnamese connection, and the conditions come from IQ Option’s official withdrawals page for that account, read on 4 October 2026. The account held no real money, so IQ Option showed the list of methods but no form. We did not withdraw anything.
To withdraw from IQ Option in Vietnam, you open the withdrawal page, choose a Vietnamese bank, a card, an e-wallet or crypto, enter the amount and confirm. The seven Vietnamese banks and the seven coins start at 300,000 ₫, cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney at 50,000 ₫. The first withdrawal of each calendar month is free; later ones cost 2%, at most 750,000 ₫. IQ Option lists 1 to 24 hours for six banks, the e-wallets and the coins, and 1 to 3 business days for VP Bank. This guide shows what the withdrawal page of a Vietnamese account lists, the official minimums, the fee and the times, and what to check if a withdrawal is late. The steps are the same in every country; the general withdrawal guide shows each one.
Quick answer
- Fee: one free withdrawal per calendar month, whatever the method; after that 2%, at most 750,000 ₫ (or $30, €30, £25).
- Minimum (official table): 300,000 ₫ to the seven banks and the seven coins; 50,000 ₫ to cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney; 261,198 ₫ to Neteller.
- Banks: BIDV, Sacombank, Techcombank, Vietcombank, Vietin Bank, Vikki Digital Bank (1 to 24 hours) and VP Bank (1 to 3 business days).
- Binance Coin (BNB): listed in the Vietnamese table (and the Guatemalan one), next to six coins that every country has.
- Bitcoin: not in the official table, but listed (1 to 24 hours) on the withdrawal page of our Vietnamese account on 8 October 2026; the page had no card entry.
- Empty balance: the withdrawal page shows “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” instead of a form.
What IQ Option shows a Vietnamese account
We opened iqoption.com/en/withdrawal on 8 October 2026 from a Vietnamese connection, logged in to a Practice account registered in Vietnam. The real account held ₫0, so the page showed the method list and no form. IQ Option’s Vietnamese version of the same page is at iqoption.com/vi/withdrawal.
- The page. The heading is Withdrawal, with the notice that you have 1 free withdrawal until the end of the calendar month (1). The column on the left (2) lists the methods with their processing time, starting with the Vietnamese banks. The panel on the right shows the selected method, BIDV, with “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” (3) and a Withdrawal Conditions link (4) that opens IQ Option’s official table.

- The list. The list had 19 entries. The seven banks came first: BIDV, Sacombank, Techcombank, Vietcombank, Vietin Bank and Vikki Digital Bank at “1 – 24 hours”, and VP Bank (1) at “1 – 3 business days”. Then came eight coins with Binance Coin (BNB) (2) first, then Bitcoin (BTC), Cardano, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, Tether (TRC20) and USD Coin, then Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com USD (marked “Under Maintenance”) and Webmoney WMZ, all at 1 to 24 hours. The list had no Visa/Mastercard entry.

- Requests and questions. Below the list, the Withdrawal requests panel (1) was empty (“No requests”). Under it, the page’s Frequently Asked Questions (2) are IQ Option’s own; some of them mention 150.00 BRL, a Brazilian figure that does not apply to a Vietnamese account.

The account’s list and the official table agree on the seven banks (VP Bank in business days), Binance Coin and the other six coins, and the e-wallets. They differ on two points: the list shows Bitcoin, which the table does not, and it had no card entry, which the table has. We could not open a form to test a withdrawal, so check your own withdrawal page for the methods your account can use.
Withdrawal methods and minimums in Vietnam
IQ Option’s official table for our Vietnamese account lists these methods. The minimums are in dong for a dong account, and in dollars, euros or pounds for an account in those currencies.

| Method | Minimum withdrawal | Time shown |
|---|---|---|
| Banks: BIDV, Sacombank, Techcombank, Vietcombank, Vietin Bank, Vikki Digital Bank | 300,000 ₫ (or $14, €13, £13) | 1–24 hours |
| Banks: VP Bank | 300,000 ₫ (or $14, €13, £13) | 1–3 business days |
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard | 50,000 ₫ (or $2, €2, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| E-wallets: Neteller | 261,198 ₫ (or $10, €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
| E-wallets: Skrill, Volet.com USD, Webmoney WMZ | 50,000 ₫ (or $2, €2, £2) | 1–24 hours |
| Crypto: Binance Coin (BNB), Cardano (ADA), Ethereum (ETH) ERC-20, Litecoin (LTC), Ripple (XRP), Tether (USDT) TRC20, USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain) | 300,000 ₫ (or $12, €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
In the Vietnamese interface the free-withdrawal notice at the top of the table shows the placeholder {count} instead of a number (see the Vietnamese version of the screenshot); the English notice says 1 free withdrawal per calendar month. Vietnam is also one of two countries, with Guatemala, where the table lists a seventh coin, Binance Coin (BNB), next to the six that every other country shows.
Fees: one free withdrawal a month, then 2%
The notice at the top of the withdrawal page says that you have 1 free withdrawal per calendar month, whatever the payment method. After the free one, each withdrawal in that month costs 2% of the amount, at most 750,000 ₫ on a Vietnamese dong account ($30, €30 or £25 on an account in those currencies). A second withdrawal of 5,000,000 ₫ costs 100,000 ₫; one at the 300,000 ₫ bank minimum costs 6,000 ₫. The cap is reached at 37,500,000 ₫, so a withdrawal of 50,000,000 ₫ costs 750,000 ₫, not 1,000,000 ₫. Your bank, wallet or card issuer may charge its own fee. Our fees guide covers the other costs.
How long a withdrawal to Vietnam takes
- IQ Option’s processing: up to 3 business days for every request, according to the notes under the official table and the help centre.
- Banks: BIDV, Sacombank, Techcombank, Vietcombank, Vietin Bank and Vikki Digital Bank are listed at 1 to 24 hours. VP Bank is listed at 1 to 3 business days.
- Cards: shown as instant, but the bank that issued the card can take up to 21 calendar days. IQ Option cannot speed that up.
- E-wallets and crypto: 1 to 24 hours in the table; the help centre says the money reaches an e-wallet within about a day of IQ Option completing the request.
Before your first withdrawal: verification
IQ Option’s help centre says you need to verify your identity before you can withdraw: a photo of an identity document, and, if you deposited by card, both sides of the card with the CVV hidden. Documents are checked within 3 business days, so verify before you need the money. See our account verification guide.
If your withdrawal has not arrived
- Check the status. In the Withdrawal requests panel on the withdrawal page, Requested and In process mean IQ Option is still handling it; Funds sent means it has paid out.
- Check the method. VP Bank is listed in business days, and a card can take 21 calendar days.
- Check the amount. Each method has a minimum, and the amount cannot exceed your balance.
- Contact support. Use the chat inside the platform (Chats & Support in the left sidebar) or write to support@iqoption.com. See our support guide.
