Last updated: 9 October 2026. We recorded the withdrawal page below on 9 October 2026 on an IQ Option Practice account registered in Sri Lanka (the connection was recognised by IQ Option as Sri Lankan). The conditions are IQ Option’s official withdrawals page for that account, read on 5 October 2026. With no real money in the account there was no withdrawal form, and nothing was withdrawn.
With an account registered in Sri Lanka, you withdraw by opening the withdrawal page, choosing a card, an e-wallet or one of six cryptocurrencies, entering the amount and confirming. The table sets these minimums: $2 for cards, Skrill, WebMoney and Volet.com, $10 for Neteller and $12 for the six coins. IQ Option charges 2% on every withdrawal after the first one of the month, up to $30. This guide shows what the withdrawal page of a Sri Lankan account lists, the official minimums, the fee and the times, and what to check if a withdrawal is late. The steps are the same in every country; the general withdrawal guide shows each one.
Quick answer
- Fee: nothing for one withdrawal a month, whichever method; then 2% of the amount, capped at $30 (€30 or £25).
- Minimum (official table): $2 to cards, Skrill, WebMoney and Volet.com; $10 to Neteller; $12 to the six coins.
- No bank: neither a Sri Lankan bank nor a local wallet is in the table, so payouts go to a card, an e-wallet or a crypto address.
- Time: the e-wallets and coins take 1–24 hours; a card can need up to 21 calendar days because of your bank; IQ Option itself asks for up to 3 business days.
- Bitcoin: not in the table, but in our account’s list on 9 October at 1 to 24 hours; no card entry appeared there.
- Zero balance: the page shows “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” and no form.
The withdrawal page of a Sri Lankan account
We opened iqoption.com/en/withdrawal on 9 October 2026 over a connection that IQ Option recognised as Sri Lankan, logged in to a Practice account registered in Sri Lanka. The real account held $0.00, so the page showed the method list and no form.
- First look. At the top is the Withdrawal heading and a notice (1): 1 free withdrawal until the end of the calendar month. Down the left (2) runs the list of methods with their processing time. It started with the e-wallets: on our account the selected entry was Skrill, followed by Neteller. For the selected method, Skrill, the right-hand panel shows “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” (3) and a Withdrawal Conditions link (4) that leads to IQ Option’s official table.

- The list. The list had 11 entries and ended with Webmoney WMZ (2). After Skrill and Neteller came Volet.com USD, marked “Under Maintenance” that day, and then seven coins: Tether (USDT) TRC20, Bitcoin (BTC), USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain), and at the end Ethereum, Ripple, Cardano and Litecoin (1). Volet.com aside, every entry showed “1 – 24 hours”. The list showed no bank and no Visa/Mastercard entry.

- Requests and questions. Under the list sits the Withdrawal requests panel (1), empty on our account (“No requests”), and under that IQ Option’s own Frequently Asked Questions (2). Some questions quote 150.00 BRL, a Brazilian minimum that does not apply to a Sri Lankan account.

For Skrill, Neteller, Volet.com, WebMoney and six coins (1 to 24 hours), the list and the official table agree. The two differ in two places. The list adds Bitcoin, which the table does not have, and it lacks the card entry that the table has. Banks appear in neither. We never saw a form, because the balance was zero. What your account can use is shown on your own withdrawal page.
The official table for Sri Lanka
These are the methods in IQ Option’s official table for our Sri Lankan account. The minimums are in dollars, euros or pounds, the currencies a Sri Lankan account can hold.

| Method | Minimum withdrawal | Time shown |
|---|---|---|
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (first row) | $2 (or €3, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard (second row) | $2 (or €2, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| E-wallets: Skrill, Webmoney WMZ, Volet.com USD | $2 (or €2, £2) | 1–24 hours |
| E-wallets: Neteller | $10 (or €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
| Crypto: Tether (USDT) TRC20, USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain), Ethereum (ETH) ERC-20, Ripple (XRP), Cardano (ADA), Litecoin (LTC) | $12 (or €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
Sri Lanka’s table has no bank and no local wallet, so there is nothing to withdraw to in rupees. The account is held in US dollars, euros or pounds: the currency step in our deposit guide has no rupee option. Two rows are called Visa/MasterCard; they differ only in the euro minimum (€3 on the first, €2 on the second).
Where the money can go
In IQ Option’s help centre, withdrawals follow deposits: funds that came in through an e-wallet can only go back to that e-wallet account, and a card payout cannot exceed what was deposited with the card.
IQ Option’s help centre says that the withdrawal method depends on how you funded the account: money paid in with an e-wallet can only go back to the same e-wallet account, and a card withdrawal is limited to the amount deposited with that card. The Sri Lankan deposit cashier also offers Apple Pay and Google Pay, but neither is in the withdrawal table or in our account’s withdrawal list, so ask IQ Option support how a withdrawal after such a deposit would be paid before you rely on it.
Fees: one free withdrawal a month, then 2%
On a dollar account the fee works like this: nothing for the first withdrawal in a calendar month, then 2% of the amount with a ceiling of $30 (€30 or £25). A second withdrawal of $600 costs $12; one at the $12 crypto minimum costs $0.24. The cap is reached at $1,500, so a withdrawal of $4,000 costs $30, not $80. Charges by your bank, wallet or card issuer come on top; see the fees guide for them.
How long a withdrawal to Sri Lanka takes
- Before the payout: the help centre says requests are processed within 3 business days, and the notes under the official table ask you to allow the same, whatever the method.
- Cards: the table shows instant, but the money can need up to 21 calendar days to reach you, because that part is up to the bank that issued the card.
- Skrill, WebMoney, Volet.com, Neteller and the six coins: listed at 1 to 24 hours. For e-wallets the help centre says the money arrives about a day after IQ Option has completed the request.
What IQ Option checks before it pays
IQ Option’s help centre says you need to verify your identity before you can withdraw: a photo of an identity document, and, if you deposited by card, both sides of the card with the CVV hidden. Documents are checked within 3 business days, so verify before you need the money. See our account verification guide.
Local rules: Sri Lanka
IQ Option’s sign-up form accepts Sri Lanka, but that does not tell you what Sri Lankan law allows. The Central Bank of Sri Lanka’s notice to the public of 21 October 2019 on unauthorised online forex trading says that, under the Foreign Exchange Act No. 12 of 2017, persons in Sri Lanka may not undertake forex trading transactions or remit funds abroad for them. It is about forex trading, and we are not lawyers. The deposit guide has the full note; check your own position before you deposit or withdraw.
Money not arrived? Check these
- Check the status. In the Withdrawal requests panel on the withdrawal page, Requested and In process mean IQ Option is still handling it; Funds sent means it has paid out.
- Remember the method’s time. A card can take 21 calendar days; e-wallets and coins are listed at 1 to 24 hours.
- Check the amount. A request below the method’s minimum, or above your balance, is not accepted.
- If nothing helps, contact support. Chat from the left sidebar (Chats & Support) or write to support@iqoption.com; our support guide explains both.
