Last updated: 8 October 2026. The withdrawal page below was recorded on 8 October 2026 on an IQ Option Practice account registered in Mexico, over a Mexican connection, and the conditions come from IQ Option’s official withdrawals page for that account, read on 5 October 2026. The account held no real money, so IQ Option showed the list of methods but no form. We did not withdraw anything.
To withdraw from IQ Option in Mexico, you open the withdrawal page, choose SPEI, a Mexican bank, a card, an e-wallet or crypto, enter the amount and confirm. SPEI starts at 200 MXN, the eight banks at 570 MXN and cards at 40 MXN. The first withdrawal of each calendar month is free; later ones cost 2%, at most 620 MXN. IQ Option lists 1 to 24 hours for SPEI, all eight banks and the e-wallets. This guide shows what the withdrawal page of a Mexican account lists, the official minimums, the fee and the times, and what to check if a withdrawal is late. The steps are the same in every country; the general withdrawal guide shows each one.
Quick answer
- Fee: one free withdrawal per calendar month, whatever the method; after that 2%, at most 620 MXN (or $30, €30, £25).
- Minimum (official table): 200 MXN to SPEI; 570 MXN to the eight banks; 40 MXN to cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney; 213 MXN to Neteller; 227 MXN to crypto.
- Banks: BBVA Bancomer, Banamex, Santander, Banco Azteca, BanCoppel, HSBC, Scotiabank and Banorte.
- Time: 1 to 24 hours for SPEI, the banks and the e-wallets.
- Bitcoin: not in the official table, but listed (1 to 24 hours) on the withdrawal page of our Mexican account on 8 October 2026; the page had no card entry.
- Empty balance: the withdrawal page shows “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” instead of a form.
What IQ Option shows a Mexican account
We opened iqoption.com/en/withdrawal on 8 October 2026 from a Mexican connection, logged in to a Practice account registered in Mexico. The real account held 0.00 MXN, so the page showed the method list and no form. IQ Option’s Spanish version of the same page is at iqoption.com/es/withdrawal.
- The page. The heading is Withdrawal, with the notice that you have 1 free withdrawal until the end of the calendar month (1). The column on the left (2) lists the methods with their processing time, starting with SPEI and the eight Mexican banks. The panel on the right shows the selected method, SPEI, with “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” (3) and a Withdrawal Conditions link (4) that opens IQ Option’s official table.

- The list. The list had 20 entries, all at “1 – 24 hours”: SPEI, BBVA Bancomer, Banamex, Santander, Banco Azteca, BanCoppel, HSBC, Scotiabank and Banorte; then Skrill, Neteller and seven coins with Bitcoin (BTC) (1) among them (Tether TRC20, Bitcoin, USD Coin, Ethereum, Ripple, Cardano and Litecoin); and last Volet.com USD (marked “Under Maintenance”) and Webmoney WMZ. The list had no Visa/Mastercard entry.

- Requests and questions. Below the list, the Withdrawal requests panel (1) was empty (“No requests”). Under it, the page’s Frequently Asked Questions (2) are IQ Option’s own; some of them mention 150.00 BRL, a Brazilian figure that does not apply to a Mexican account.

The account’s list and the official table agree on SPEI, the eight banks, Skrill, Neteller, Volet.com and WebMoney at 1 to 24 hours. They differ on two points: the list shows Bitcoin, which the table does not, and it had no card entry, which the table has. We could not open a form to test a withdrawal, so check your own withdrawal page for the methods your account can use.
Withdrawal methods and minimums in Mexico
IQ Option’s official table for our Mexican account lists these methods. The minimums are in Mexican pesos for a peso account, and in dollars, euros or pounds for an account in those currencies.

| Method | Minimum withdrawal | Time shown |
|---|---|---|
| Banks: BBVA Bancomer, Banamex, Santander, Banco Azteca, BanCoppel, HSBC, Scotiabank, Banorte | 570 MXN (or $36, €33, £29) | 1–24 hours |
| SPEI: SPEI | 200 MXN (or $12, €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard | 40 MXN (or $2, €2, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| E-wallets: Skrill, Volet.com USD, Webmoney WMZ | 40 MXN (or $2, €2, £2) | 1–24 hours |
| E-wallets: Neteller | 213 MXN (or $10, €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
| Crypto: Tether (USDT) TRC20, USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain), Ethereum (ETH) ERC-20, Ripple (XRP), Cardano (ADA), Litecoin (LTC) | 227 MXN (or $12, €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
The Mexican table lists SPEI separately from the eight named banks, with a much lower minimum (200 MXN against 570 MXN). Both are listed at 1 to 24 hours.
Fees: one free withdrawal a month, then 2%
The notice at the top of the withdrawal page says that you have 1 free withdrawal per calendar month, whatever the payment method. After the free one, each withdrawal in that month costs 2% of the amount, at most 620 MXN on a Mexican peso account ($30, €30 or £25 on an account in those currencies). A second withdrawal of 5,000 MXN costs 100 MXN; one at the 200 MXN SPEI minimum costs 4 MXN. The cap is reached at 31,000 MXN, so a withdrawal of 50,000 MXN costs 620 MXN, not 1,000 MXN. Your bank, wallet or card issuer may charge its own fee. Our fees guide covers the other costs.
How long a withdrawal to Mexico takes
- IQ Option’s processing: up to 3 business days for every request, according to the notes under the official table and the help centre.
- SPEI and banks: SPEI, BBVA Bancomer, Banamex, Santander, Banco Azteca, BanCoppel, HSBC, Scotiabank and Banorte are all listed at 1 to 24 hours.
- Cards: shown as instant, but the bank that issued the card can take up to 21 calendar days. IQ Option cannot speed that up.
- E-wallets and crypto: 1 to 24 hours in the table; the help centre says the money reaches an e-wallet within about a day of IQ Option completing the request.
Before your first withdrawal: verification
IQ Option’s help centre says you need to verify your identity before you can withdraw: a photo of an identity document, and, if you deposited by card, both sides of the card with the CVV hidden. Documents are checked within 3 business days, so verify before you need the money. See our account verification guide.
If your withdrawal has not arrived
- Check the status. In the Withdrawal requests panel on the withdrawal page, Requested and In process mean IQ Option is still handling it; Funds sent means it has paid out.
- Check the method. A card can take 21 calendar days; SPEI and the banks are listed at 1 to 24 hours.
- Check the amount. Each method has a minimum, and the amount cannot exceed your balance.
- Contact support. Use the chat inside the platform (Chats & Support in the left sidebar) or write to support@iqoption.com. See our support guide.
