Last updated: 9 October 2026. Recorded on 9 October 2026 with a Practice account registered in Ghana (a connection that IQ Option took for Ghanaian); official table read on 8 October 2026. There was no real money in the account, so IQ Option offered no form and we did not withdraw anything.
A withdrawal from IQ Option in Ghana comes down to this: open the withdrawal page, choose mobile money (MTN, Mpesa/Vodafone or Airtel Money), a card, an e-wallet or one of six cryptocurrencies, enter the amount and confirm. The official minimums: $2 for cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney, $10 for Neteller and $12 for mobile money and the six coins. The first withdrawal of each calendar month is free; later ones cost 2%, at most $30. The steps are identical in every country, so they live in the general withdrawal guide. This page covers what differs for a Ghanaian account: the list of methods, the minimums, the fee, the waiting times and the checks for a late payout.
Quick answer
- Fee: 2% after the first withdrawal of the calendar month, which is free for every method; the fee never exceeds $30 (€30 or £25).
- Minimum (official table): $2 to cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney; $10 to Neteller; $12 to mobile money and the six coins.
- Local methods: mobile money (MTN, Mpesa/Vodafone, Airtel Money).
- Time: 1–24 hours for most methods; a card can take up to 21 calendar days at your bank; IQ Option asks you to allow up to 3 business days.
- Bitcoin: on 9 October the withdrawal page of our account listed it (1 to 24 hours) although the official table does not; there was no card entry.
- Empty balance: with no money in the account you get the message “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” and no form.
What the withdrawal page looks like in Ghana
This is iqoption.com/en/withdrawal as it looked on 9 October 2026 for a Practice account registered in Ghana (connection recognised by IQ Option as Ghanaian). The real account held $0.00, so there was a method list but no form.
- The first screen. Withdrawal is the heading, and the notice under it (1) gives you 1 free withdrawal until the end of the calendar month. The column on the left (2) lists the methods with their processing time. It opened with a coin, USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain), the selected entry on our account, and the second entry was mobile money. Right panel: USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain), the selected method, with “You cannot withdraw funds because your balance is 0” (3) and a Withdrawal Conditions link (4) that opens IQ Option’s official table.

- The list. We counted 12 entries in the list. After USD Coin came “Mobile Money (MTN, Mpesa/Vodafone, Airtel Money)” at “1 – 24 hours”, then Tether, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum, Ripple, Cardano and Litecoin, then Neteller and Skrill (1), Volet.com USD, marked “Under Maintenance” that day (2), and last Webmoney WMZ. There was no bank and no Visa/Mastercard entry.

- Requests and questions. Under the list sits the Withdrawal requests panel (1), empty on our account (“No requests”), and under that IQ Option’s own Frequently Asked Questions (2). Some questions quote 150.00 BRL, a Brazilian minimum that does not apply to a Ghanaian account.

For mobile money, Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com, WebMoney and six coins (1 to 24 hours), the list and the official table agree. They do not match on two points. Bitcoin appears only in the list, and the card entry appears only in the table. A bank is in neither. We could not open a form to test a withdrawal, so check your own withdrawal page for the methods your account can use.
The official table for Ghana
These are the methods in IQ Option’s official table for our Ghanaian account. The amounts are in dollars, euros or pounds: the currencies a Ghanaian account can hold.

| Method | Minimum withdrawal | Time shown |
|---|---|---|
| Local methods: Mobile money (MTN, Mpesa/Vodafone, Airtel Money) | $12 (or €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
| Visa and Mastercard: Visa/MasterCard | $2 (or €2, £2) | Instant (see the note on cards) |
| E-wallets: Neteller | $10 (or €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
| E-wallets: Skrill, Volet.com USD, Webmoney WMZ | $2 (or €2, £2) | 1–24 hours |
| Crypto: USD Coin (BNB Smart Chain), Tether (USDT) TRC20, Ethereum (ETH) ERC-20, Ripple (XRP), Cardano (ADA), Litecoin (LTC) | $12 (or €10, £10) | 1–24 hours |
Ghana’s table has one local method, mobile money (MTN, Mpesa/Vodafone and Airtel Money share one row), at $12 (€10, £10) and 1 to 24 hours, the same minimum as the coins. There is no bank. The account is held in US dollars, euros or pounds: the deposit guide found no cedi account, so every minimum is in those currencies.
Which method will your withdrawal use?
IQ Option’s help centre links the two directions: the method you deposit with limits where you can withdraw. An e-wallet deposit can only come back to the same e-wallet account, and a card payout cannot be larger than what the card paid in. Mobile money works in both directions: the Ghanaian cashier offers Ghana Mobile Money for deposits, and the withdrawal table lists mobile money. The deposit form was greyed out with a “Verification required for this method” notice (see the deposit guide), a reminder that IQ Option’s verification rules apply before a withdrawal too. Visa / Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller and the coins also have withdrawal rows.
Costs: one free withdrawal, then 2%
Every calendar month, IQ Option waives the fee on one withdrawal, whichever method you use. Further withdrawals in the same month cost 2% of the amount, up to $30 (€30 or £25) on a dollar account. A second withdrawal of $400 costs $8; one at the $12 crypto minimum costs $0.24. The cap is reached at $1,500, so a withdrawal of $3,000 costs $30, not $60. The bank, wallet or card issuer on the receiving side can charge too; the other costs are in our fees guide.
Processing times for Ghana
- Processing at IQ Option: allow up to 3 business days for every request; the notes under the official table and the help centre both say so.
- Mobile money (MTN, Mpesa/Vodafone, Airtel Money): 1 to 24 hours (listed in the table).
- Cards: the table shows instant, but the money can need up to 21 calendar days to reach you, because that part is up to the bank that issued the card.
- Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com, WebMoney and the six coins: listed at 1 to 24 hours. For e-wallets the help centre says the money arrives about a day after IQ Option has completed the request.
Verification before the first payout
You need to be verified before the first payout. The help centre asks for an identity document and, if you funded the account by card, both sides of that card with the CVV hidden; it promises a check within 3 business days. Upload them before your first request. Our account verification guide walks through it.
Check the rules in Ghana first
IQ Option let us register from Ghana, but that is no Ghanaian licence, and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has published several warnings about online platforms. Its public notice SEC/PN/002/07/2026 of 22 July 2026 names 23 entities “operating on social media and online, promoting and offering unlicensed investment products” and says the SEC “is currently collaborating with Law Enforcement Agencies to clamp down on the people behind these entities and schemes”. In June 2026 it also issued Directive Dir/001/06/2026 on online investment and trading platforms. None of these documents names IQ Option, and we cannot tell whether the directive reaches a foreign broker. For the whole note, see the deposit guide. It is not legal advice.
Money not arrived? Check these
- Look at the request. The Withdrawal requests panel shows each request: Requested and In process mean IQ Option is still working on it, Funds sent means the money has left.
- Compare with the table. A card can take 21 calendar days; the other methods are listed at 1 to 24 hours.
- Check the figures. The request must reach the method’s minimum and stay within your balance.
- If nothing helps, contact support. Chat from the left sidebar (Chats & Support) or write to support@iqoption.com; our support guide explains both.

A: The official table lists mobile money and the six coins at $12, Neteller at $10 and cards, Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney at $2.
Q: Can I withdraw from IQ Option to mobile money in Ghana?
A: Yes. The official table lists mobile money (MTN, Mpesa/Vodafone, Airtel Money) from $12 (€10, £10) at 1 to 24 hours, and it was the second entry in the list of our Ghanaian account. The deposit form for Ghana Mobile Money asked for identity verification first, so check your own account.
Q: Can I withdraw to a Ghanaian bank account or in cedis?
A: Not according to the official table or to the list in our account: neither shows a Ghanaian bank, and the account is held in US dollars, euros or pounds, not cedis.
Q: Is there a fee to withdraw from IQ Option in Ghana?
A: The first withdrawal of the month is free. Later ones cost 2%, capped at $30 (€30 or £25).
Q: How long until a withdrawal reaches me in Ghana?
A: The request takes up to 3 business days to process, according to IQ Option. After that, the table gives 1 to 24 hours for most methods and up to 21 calendar days at your bank for a card.
