Last updated: 5 October 2026. Every screenshot below was recorded that day (Vietnam time) on an IQ Option Practice account registered in Vietnam, over a connection that IQ Option recognised as Vietnamese. We stopped before the final payment button, so no money was sent.
To deposit on IQ Option from Vietnam, you open the cashier, choose your bank’s QR method, set Vietnamese dong (VND) as your account currency, enter at least 250,000 ₫ and confirm. The QR methods we opened asked for no other details. This guide shows each step with Vietcombank QR on the Vietnamese cashier. It then covers VietQR and bank transfers, card deposits, the official minimums and how withdrawals to Vietnamese banks work.

How to deposit on IQ Option in Vietnam, step by step
We followed the steps with Vietcombank QR, the first method the Vietnamese cashier recommends. The numbers in each screenshot show where to click, in order.
Step 1: Click Deposit
In the traderoom, click the green Deposit button at the top right, next to your balance (1).
Step 2: Choose “Top up your account”
The Make a Deposit window shows your free Practice balance ($10,000) and your real account, which on a Vietnamese account is in dong (0 ₫). Refill to $10,000 only refills the Practice account with virtual money, which cannot be withdrawn. To deposit real money, click Top up your account (1).
Step 3: Choose Vietcombank QR
The Vietnamese cashier recommends Vietcombank QR, Vietin Bank QR and BIDV QR. Below them it lists seven cryptocurrencies and the other methods: bank transfers with Techcombank, Vietin Bank, Vietcombank, Sacombank and BIDV, VietQR, Vikki Digital Bank, cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and e-wallets. Click Vietcombank QR (1).
Step 4: Choose dong (VND) as your account currency
Before your first deposit, the cashier asks for the currency of your real account. A Vietnamese account can choose VND, EUR, GBP or USD. Select VND (1) and click Next (2). IQ Option warns that you cannot change the currency after your first deposit. If you pay and withdraw in dong, VND keeps your balance in dong.
Step 5: Enter the amount and check the bonus
Type the amount (1) or click one of the quick amounts. Vietcombank QR accepted 250,000 ₫ to 450,000,000 ₫ on our account, and the field marks anything outside that range in red.
The welcome-bonus code IQWELCOME was already applied (2), but in Vietnam the bonus starts at 260,000 ₫, so the 250,000 ₫ minimum gets no bonus. On 400,000 ₫ it added 60% (240,000 ₫), and the quick amounts showed up to +100% from 10,000,000 ₫. If you do not want a bonus, remove the code with the × before you pay, and read the bonus terms behind the (i) icon first.
Step 6: Accept the terms and confirm
Vietcombank QR asked for no payment details on our account. Tick the box to accept the terms (1) and click Proceed to Payment (2). IQ Option then sends you to the payment page to complete the payment.
We stopped at this screen and did not pay. The cashier lists Vietcombank QR as instant.

In dollars, the deposits page lists $10 for the QR methods, cards and e-wallets and $14 for the bank transfers, VietQR and Vikki Digital Bank. Every method has 0% commission.
Paying with VietQR
VietQR accepted 300,000 ₫ to 300,000,000 ₫, and the bonus starts at 260,000 ₫, as with Vietcombank QR. Like Vietcombank QR, it asked for no payment details: choose VietQR, then VND and Next, enter the amount, tick the terms and click Proceed to Payment. The cashier lists VietQR at 1 to 5 minutes.
Depositing with a bank card in Vietnam
Mastercard and Visa are in the Vietnamese cashier’s list of other methods. Choose your card, set the currency and enter the amount: the Mastercard form accepted 250,000 ₫ to 298,200,364 ₫ (1). Then enter the card number, the expiry date (MM/YY), the cardholder’s name and the CVC, the three digits on the back of the card (2). Accept the terms and confirm the deposit. Use a card in your own name.
Depositing with crypto from Vietnam
The Vietnamese cashier listed the same seven coins we saw in other countries: USDC (BNB Smart Chain), Bitcoin, Cardano, Ethereum (ERC-20), Litecoin, XRP and Tether (USDT, TRC20), each at 5 to 60 minutes. Withdrawing from IQ Option in Vietnam
IQ Option’s withdrawals page for a Vietnamese account gives you one free withdrawal per calendar month, whatever the method (1). After that, IQ Option charges 2%, at most 750,000 ₫ (or $30, €30 or £25).
- Vietnamese banks: from 300,000 ₫ (2). BIDV, Sacombank, Techcombank, Vietcombank, Vietin Bank and Vikki Digital Bank take 1 to 24 hours; VP Bank takes 1 to 3 business days.
- Cards: from 50,000 ₫. The page notes that your bank can take up to 21 calendar days to process a card withdrawal.
- E-wallets: Skrill, Volet.com and WebMoney from 50,000 ₫, Neteller from 261,198 ₫.
- Crypto: seven coins from 300,000 ₫, including Binance Coin (BNB). Bitcoin was not in the withdrawal list.
