Last updated: 5 October 2026. On 4 and 5 October 2026 we opened the cashier of IQ Option Practice accounts registered in 13 countries and read IQ Option’s official deposits and withdrawals page for each of them. Jeton was in none of them. We stopped before every payment button, so no money was sent.
Jeton Wallet is a third-party e-wallet that IQ Option used to list for deposits. In October 2026 it was not offered to any of our test accounts: it was not in the cashier’s list of methods, and neither the official deposits table nor the withdrawals table named it. That does not prove nobody can see it, because IQ Option shows each account the methods of the country it is registered in. This page shows what we checked, which e-wallets were on offer instead, and how to check your own cashier in a minute.
Quick answer
- Result: Jeton was not in the cashier, nor in the official deposit and withdrawal tables, of any of the 13 test accounts we checked on 4 and 5 October 2026, and a search for “Jeton” in the Brazilian cashier listed nothing.
- Countries: Brazil, Mexico, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Argentina, Thailand, Vietnam, Nigeria, the Philippines, South Africa, Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates.
- E-wallets we did see: Volet.com (all 13 countries), Neteller (11) and Skrill (10) for deposits: $10 minimum, instant, 0% commission from IQ Option.
- Withdrawals: Volet.com is in all 13 withdrawal tables, WebMoney in 12, Skrill and Neteller in 10; from $2 (Neteller $10; every e-wallet $10 in Nigeria), listed at 1–24 hours.
- What this does not prove: IQ Option shows each account the methods of its country, so check your own cashier.
How to check whether Jeton is offered on your account
The cashier is the only place that shows what your account can use. We opened it on a Practice account registered in Brazil, in English. The numbers in each screenshot show where to look, in order. Opening the cashier costs nothing; do not press the final Deposit or Proceed button unless you mean to pay.
Step 1: Click Deposit
In the traderoom, click the green Deposit button at the top right, next to your balance (1).

Step 2: Click “Top up your account”
The Make a Deposit window offers the free Practice account and your real account. Click Top up your account (1) to open the list of payment methods.

Step 3: Search for the method by name
Click the search field at the top right of the cashier (1) and type the name. To check that the search works, we typed Skrill first: it listed one tile, Skrill, under Other methods (2).

Then we typed Jeton. The list stayed empty (2): the only thing left on the screen was IQ Option’s welcome-bonus banner.

Step 4: Look through the whole list
Clear the search and scroll the cashier. It shows the methods available to your account in three blocks: recommended methods, crypto and other methods. On our Brazilian account the e-wallets were Neteller (2), Volet.com (3) and Skrill (4), and there was no Jeton among the 17 methods.

Step 5: Compare with the official table
IQ Option’s own deposits page and withdrawals page list the methods of the country of the account you are logged in with, with the minimum, the commission and the processing time. We read both pages for each of the 13 countries below. None of the 26 tables names Jeton.
The 13 countries we checked
Each account was registered in that country and recorded over a connection from it on 4 or 5 October 2026. Our country guides show the full cashier of each:
- Brazil and Mexico;
- Peru, Chile, Colombia and Argentina;
- Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and the Philippines;
- Nigeria, South Africa and the United Arab Emirates.
E-wallets that IQ Option offered instead
These are the e-wallets in IQ Option’s official tables on 4 and 5 October 2026. Deposits are 0% commission from IQ Option, minimum $10 (or the equivalent in your currency) and instant, in every country where the wallet was listed. The wallet provider may charge its own fees.
| E-wallet | Deposit tables | Withdrawal tables | Minimum withdrawal |
|---|---|---|---|
| Skrill | 10 of 13 countries (not Malaysia, South Africa, the UAE) | 10 of 13 | $2 (Nigeria $10), 1–24 hours |
| Neteller | 11 of 13 (not Malaysia, the UAE) | 10 of 13 (not Malaysia, the UAE, South Africa) | $10, 1–24 hours |
| Volet.com | 13 of 13 | 13 of 13 (listed as Volet.com USD) | $2 (Nigeria $10), 1–24 hours |
| WebMoney | Not listed | 12 of 13 (not Brazil) | $2 (Nigeria $10), 1–24 hours |
Withdrawals follow the rules in our withdrawal guide: one free withdrawal a month, then 2%, at most $30. For deposits step by step, see how to deposit on IQ Option.
What we removed from this guide
Earlier versions of this page walked through Jeton’s own registration and verification screens and a Jeton deposit, with screenshots from 2019. Those screens belong to Jeton’s website, which we cannot re-check from IQ Option’s side, and IQ Option no longer showed the method to our accounts, so we took them out rather than leave steps nobody has tested. If you hold a Jeton wallet and want to use it, ask IQ Option first: use the chat inside the platform (Chats & Support in the left sidebar) or write to support@iqoption.com, and see our support guide.
Why a method can be missing from your cashier
- Your country. The cashier lists the methods of the country the account is registered in: Brazil showed PIX and PicPay, Nigeria bank transfer and OPay, Thailand Thai bank QR codes.
- Verification. IQ Option’s deposits page says that unless your account is fully verified, some countries may have restrictions on certain deposit methods.
- The method is gone. IQ Option changes its list from time to time; a method that was offered in 2019 is not guaranteed in 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is Jeton available on IQ Option in 2026?
A: Not in the 13 cashiers we recorded on 4 and 5 October 2026, and not in IQ Option’s official deposit or withdrawal tables for those countries. Methods depend on the country and on whether the account is verified, so open the cashier of your own account and search for it.
Q: Can I withdraw from IQ Option to Jeton?
A: We found no Jeton row in any of the 13 official withdrawal tables. The e-wallets in those tables were Skrill, Neteller, Volet.com and WebMoney.
Q: Which e-wallet can I use instead of Jeton?
A: For deposits, Volet.com was listed in all 13 countries, Neteller in 11 and Skrill in 10, each instant with a $10 minimum. For withdrawals, Volet.com and WebMoney start at $2, Skrill at $2 and Neteller at $10 (Nigeria: $10 for every e-wallet).
Q: Does IQ Option charge for e-wallet deposits?
A: No. Every e-wallet on IQ Option’s deposits page showed 0% commission. The wallet provider may still charge its own fee, and a withdrawal costs 2% (at most $30) after the free one each calendar month.
Q: Why is a payment method missing from my cashier?
A: IQ Option shows the methods of the country your account is registered in, and says some countries may restrict methods until the account is fully verified. Contact support through the platform chat or at support@iqoption.com if a method you expect is missing.
Q: Is the old Jeton guide still correct?
A: We removed its screenshots and steps because they showed Jeton’s own screens from 2019 and we could not re-check them. Use Jeton’s own help pages for the wallet itself.
